The platform was very user friendly and easy to use and understand. It didn’t take a lot of clicks to get to where I needed to go.

Purchasing individual courses can get expensive especially when trying to cover multiple departments and topics.

I am a student in a formal school and their test prep was send me a link to a test that I could take over and over again. When I could pass the test with a 90% four times in a row then I could schedule the test. The problem is I had moved on to new classes and I was months down the road so my recall was not the best. ACI really let me prep for the exam and refresh on very current material at my pace with spot on material.

Clarity gained. I am a student in a formal school. ACI explains it better. The examples they use are spot on

I have been a member for several years. It was a good platform when it was ITPro TV, but ACI Learning is not keeping it relevant. Where as the competitors are releasing new courses regularly, I haven't seen any new content released since it was acquired. Maybe they are "re-tooling" after the acquisition. Time will tell if is worth renewing when my current subscription is up.

A wide selection of courses in various area and vendors with included practice exams and labs. Includes certification courses as well as general knowledge.

A very missed feature of the old ITPro TV platform was the forums, where you could interact with other students and the edutainers (instructors) to ask questions and discuss topics. When I logged in one day and found them missing, I contacted support, who had no idea what I was talking about.

Over all the platform is B+ and I haven't come across anything that is near comparable. I like how it is easy to navigate and the information is up to date.

Great to keep up-to-date in the IT realm. I have tried other solutions in the past and they nowhere come even remotely close to the content in ITPROTV.

Notes, transcripts, virtual labs, test questions. The help provided when having a problem with a virtual lab it very fast.

The only thing I didn't like is having to wear a headset when Gordon does his lectures. His voice fades out even when I turn my TV up to 30 or higher.

I would recommend that, if other people have the same concern, if Gordon wear a headset to prevent this from happening.

I'm very impressed with the labs. I actually started watching the cloud videos from a preview and then I moved on as they're watching the CompTIA A+ videos and I'm surprised by the labs and how it all works and how well everything is explained!
