What is IMsupporting?

IMsupporting is a hybrid AI-powered live chat platform engineered for organisations that need fast, accurate and secure digital communication. It combines real-time human support with advanced AI automation, allowing the system to resolve common enquiries, guide users through structured workflows, collect data, and escalate to a human operator instantly when required. This hybrid approach reduces operator workload while improving overall response times and service quality. At the core of IMsupporting is a built-in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine. Organisations can upload their own documents, PDFs, FAQs and internal guidelines, which are securely indexed so the AI can answer questions using verified, organisation-specific knowledge. This ensures accuracy, consistency and compliance—particularly valuable for public-sector bodies such as councils, police forces, healthcare and emergency services. IMsupporting is designed as a true multi-tenant platform.
