Each client has a consolidated record that captures all agreements, requests, and project histories, facilitating easy access to essential information. Time tracking is user-friendly, featuring options for reviewing hours prior to finalization, and linking approved hours and direct costs to the total project value; the platform also includes robust invoice management, payment processing, and receivables tracking. Furthermore, it keeps an organized record of requests and approvals, ensuring that decisions are properly documented and assigned to the relevant stakeholders. Additionally, PLYNTUM supports the management of multiple companies as separate workspaces within a single account, enhancing its versatility. The pricing model begins at $55 per month for each workspace, which also covers team member memberships, and the Launch plan provides a 7-day free trial without the need for a credit card. Originating from Tbilisi, Georgia, and created by the innovative agency Lost & Found, PLYNTUM is offered in both English and Georgian, catering to a wide-ranging audience. This forward-thinking platform is designed to optimize workflow and boost teamwork, ultimately serving as a powerful tool for the effective management of client-related tasks and projects.
