NumaNuma is the AI Customer Operations System purpose-built for dealerships that are losing revenue and customers to broken processes they've been patching for years. Every day, service calls go unanswered, advisors are buried fielding "where's my car?" instead of selling work, and managers don't hear about unhappy customers until the bad review is already live. Numa solves this at the infrastructure level, automatically following up with customers and giving advisors, reps, and managers real-time visibility into customer satisfaction across the entire operation. Operator answers and routes every inbound call so no opportunity goes dark. Status Updates proactively contacts customers so advisors aren't drowning in callbacks. Voice AI books appointments on the spot so customers never sit waiting. LiveCSI surfaces heat cases in real time so managers can step in before a CSI score takes the hit. Opportunities reaches out on declined services, open recalls, and equity moments, recovering revenue that would otherwise sit untouched. All of it runs through one unified system: one inbox, one shared context, nothing falling through the cracks. The result: revenue recovered, advisors freed up, and a customer experience that lifts CSI and builds lasting loyalty.

PBRS Power BI Reports DistributionGive every customer, manager or business location the reports they need without repeatedly exporting, assembling and sending files. PBRS (Power BI Report Scheduler) from ChristianSteven Software helps BI and IT teams turn recurring reporting requirements into managed workflows. Choose the reports, define the recipient rules and configure how the results should arrive. Data-driven (Dynamic) schedules can read a database query or JSON data to select report contents, adjust filters and parameters, personalize filenames and messages, and determine each destination. Update the source data as requirements change instead of maintaining a separate schedule for every recipient. Combine several outputs into one delivery: attachments in a single email, a ZIP package, a merged PDF with bookmarks or an Excel workbook containing multiple tabs where supported. Generate PDF, Excel and CSV outputs, including formatted and template-based Excel files. Apply PDF passwords and encryption before distribution. Send results to employees, customers and partners through email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, cloud storage, secure file transfer, shared folders, Slack or printers. People receiving exported files do not need Power BI access. Control when work runs through recurring timetables, custom business calendars or supported operational triggers. Coordinate dataset refresh with report generation so delivery follows refresh completion. Configurable retries, failure notifications, execution history and blank-report handling help administrators oversee automated jobs. PBRS is a Windows application supporting Power BI Service, Report Server, Paginated Reports and Microsoft SSRS. Its REST API also enables supported reporting workflows to be managed and launched from business systems and customer portals. For organizations outgrowing basic subscriptions or individually built Power Automate flows, PBRS centralizes report personalization, packaging and distribution.

InboxAllyEmail that never reaches the primary inbox never gets read. InboxAlly is a deliverability platform built for senders who need to recover inbox placement and then hold it. It works with any ESP, SMTP relay or custom sending infrastructure, needs no migration, and does not require your sending credentials. It scales from one domain to enterprise programs running many sender profiles, with a REST API, native integrations, a dedicated customer success manager on every plan, and 24/7 live support.

Vehicle Acquisition Network (VAN)Vehicle Acquisition Network (VAN) is buy center software for franchise and independent auto dealerships, built for buying used cars directly from private sellers. Dealers use it to buy from consumers in their market before those cars reach the auction lane. How it works: - VAN scans 25+ online marketplaces for for-sale-by-owner vehicles and puts them in one dashboard, matched to your buy box (year, make, model, mileage) inside your territory. - It filters out listings from other dealers, scam listings, and Do-Not-Call numbers, decodes each VIN, and adds live market valuation. - Your buyer calls, texts, and emails sellers from inside VAN, and every conversation stays attached to the vehicle. - One click pushes a car into vAuto, where your manager appraises it. CARFAX and AutoCheck reports run inside VAN. - VAN runs inside VINCUE Buy Center Pro as VAN Mode, where VINCUE applies your buy plan to each private-seller car. Plans: - Professional ($1,695/month): the core platform plus an Acquisition Coachâ„¢, an experienced private-party buyer who meets with your team. Every plan includes one. - VAN Accelerateâ„¢ ($2,495/month): adds automated text and email outreach, automated follow-up for unresponsive sellers, automatic replies to KBB ICO leads within minutes, and automatic responses to AccuTrade leads. - VAN Managed Buyerâ„¢ ($5,995/month, 90-day initial term): VAN hires, trains, and manages a full-time buyer who works only for your store on sourcing, outreach, and negotiation. Your desk inspects, makes the final buy decision, and signs the check. Listed prices are starting rates; final price depends on territory size and number of users. Software plans go live in about four days, and Canadian dealers are billed in CAD. VAN was founded in 2013 by Tom Gregg and serves dealers in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. To see VAN on your market, call 855-952-4949.

What is PrintSent?
PrintSent is a dedicated virtual printing solution tailored for Dealertrack DMS, featuring a compact, pre-configured device that connects effortlessly to the dealership's Dealertrack network, effectively simulating one or more compliant network printers. This allows staff to print directly from Dealertrack without the need for changes to their workstations, eliminating the necessity for additional software, adjustments to workflows, or extensive training.
This cutting-edge tool adeptly captures the entire print stream, preserving logos and formatting after the Send Logos function is executed, and converts each print job into a professionally branded PDF file. These documents are promptly accessible in a shared online portal, where users can conveniently view, download, or email them as required. An additional optional routing feature is available, which can direct specific document types, such as repair orders, purchase orders, invoices, and statements, to designated inboxes tailored to different needs.
One device can efficiently handle multiple printer IP addresses across various departments, including Service, Parts, and Accounting, all while integrating seamlessly with existing printers. The installation process is straightforward and can usually be completed in under 30 minutes, requiring only the addition of the printer IP, the creation of the printer within Dealertrack, and the execution of Send Logos. Moreover, the PDFs produced by PrintSent are encrypted both during transmission and when stored for enhanced security.
It is crucial to recognize that PrintSent is specifically designed to work exclusively with Dealertrack DMS, serving as a virtual printing solution rather than a full DMS, and it does not make use of OpenTrack or any API integrations. This targeted approach ensures that dealerships can improve their document management processes without complicating their established systems, thereby facilitating a more efficient workflow. Ultimately, PrintSent stands out as a valuable asset for any dealership aiming to streamline their printing needs while maintaining professionalism and security.
What is Chromis POS?
You may have noticed the updated Chromis Logo displayed prominently at the top, a change that came about after consultations with various stakeholders who felt that a more streamlined design was essential. This refreshed logo is set to be introduced with the next iteration of Chromis POS, which is currently under active development utilizing OpenJFX version 11. The decision to transition to OpenJFX was influenced by the recent updates to Oracle's Java licensing model. Among the new features expected in this release are a loyalty program and gift card capabilities, while we will be phasing out the integrated Derby database engine. Although Chromis POS is still in its formative stages, it has origins linked to an open-source POS system known as Unicenta, which itself is a derivative of Openbravo. My journey with Unicenta began when I was searching for a POS solution for a friend's tropical fish shop, marking a significant turning point. As we strive to enhance and evolve Chromis POS further, we eagerly anticipate rolling out additional improvements in forthcoming updates, ensuring it meets the needs of our users. This commitment to innovation highlights our dedication to providing a superior point-of-sale experience.
