What is SERIES 3 Distribution?

The MBA Sales Order Entry module is an all-encompassing solution designed to streamline the order processing workflow and manage every facet of order administration. It adeptly tracks customer orders, manages back orders, and can produce quotes and invoices while adjusting inventory levels accordingly. Invoice data is automatically incorporated into the MBA Accounts Receivable module, which monitors any pending payments. Additionally, the customer record feature supports multiple shipping addresses, enabling different sales representatives to be assigned to each location. Users can utilize the Order Inquiry function to search for and assess the status of sales orders based on various criteria. Moreover, Quick Orders can be executed with invoices generated on the spot, updating inventory in real time, making this feature particularly effective for point-of-sale situations.
