It handles lien waivers, COIs, W-9s, contracts and licenses on a single record for each subcontractor, so the team can see what is on file before paying a sub. Requests go out through secure links that subs open on a phone or computer with no login, and scheduled reminders do the chasing. SubLien covers lien waivers in all 50 states, applying the statutory waiver form in states that prescribe one, and it also accepts a contractor's own waiver templates.
