Most contact centers are stitched together from tools that don't talk to each other — a phone system here, a chatbot there, a support queue that loses context the moment it changes hands. Dialpad Contact Center replaces that patchwork with one AI-native platform where voice, digital, and human agents work from the same intelligence. The difference is agentic action. Rather than summarizing a call after the fact, Dialpad's AI agents reason through the issue in real time and carry it to resolution on their own — no handoff required unless one actually adds value. Voice and data stop living in separate silos, so every channel feeds the same connected picture of the customer. That connected picture gets smarter with use. Dialpad is already past 775 million AI recaps, and every conversation adds to a base of intelligence that keeps improving resolution speed, agent output, and customer satisfaction over time. It's all run through Dialpad's Guardian layer, which keeps AI behavior secure, auditable, and within the boundaries enterprises expect. The result: up to 80% of tickets resolved without a person touching them, and a support team that spends its time on the cases that actually need human judgment — intelligence doing the routine work, people handling what matters. Skeptical an AI contact center can deliver on that? Dialpad's Proving Ground lets you pilot and measure real ROI before you commit, rather than adopting on promises alone.

StackAI is an enterprise AI automation platform built to help organizations create end-to-end internal tools and processes with AI agents. Unlike point solutions or one-off chatbots, StackAI provides a single platform where enterprises can design, deploy, and govern AI workflows in a secure, compliant, and fully controlled environment. Enterprise knowledge bases such as SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, and internal databases can be connected directly, with features for version control, citations, and permissioning to keep information reliable and protected. AI agents can be deployed in multiple ways: as a chat assistant embedded in daily workflows, an advanced form for structured document-heavy tasks, or an API endpoint connected into existing tools. StackAI integrates natively with Slack, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Airtable, and more. Security and compliance are embedded at every layer. The platform supports SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google), role-based access control, audit logs, data residency, and PII masking. Enterprises can monitor usage, apply cost controls, and test workflows with guardrails and evaluations before production. StackAI also offers flexible model routing, enabling teams to choose between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or local LLMs, with advanced settings to fine-tune parameters and ensure consistent, accurate outputs. A growing template library speeds deployment with pre-built solutions for Contract Analysis, Support Desk Automation, RFP Response, Investment Memo Generation, and InfoSec Questionnaires. Most marketing platforms show you what already happened. Active Intelligence shows you what to do next. While competitors bury you in dashboards reporting yesterday's failures, Active Intelligence flags issues before they damage campaigns and surfaces opportunities you didn't know existed. AI agents analyze billions of data points to recommend which campaigns to run, which segments to target, and which automations to build—without prompting. You set goals. Active Intelligence handles execution. Three capabilities. One platform. Real-time intelligence that adapts to customer behavior as it happens. Market-leading deliverability that puts 30% more emails in the inbox than competitors. Proactive recommendations that eliminate guesswork. The result? Act faster, automate smarter, scale without adding headcount. Why businesses choose ActiveCampaign: Traditional platforms demand weeks of training and complex setup. ActiveCampaign delivers measurable results in days. Teams see engagement lifts and conversion improvements within 30 days, not quarters. Enterprise-grade capabilities with an intuitive interface that requires zero technical expertise. Whether you're a solo marketer or growing team, ActiveCampaign scales without the enterprise price tag or complexity. 89% of customers say ActiveCampaign meets their needs better than alternatives. 88% report faster time-to-value than previous platforms. These aren't aspirational—they're standard outcomes for teams who stop managing campaigns manually and start orchestrating growth autonomously.

kama.ai is a Responsible AI Agent platform that provides organizations with a more accurate, accountable, and safe way to use AI. It supports training, compliance guidance, internal support, customer service, and specialized community needs. Unlike generic GenAI tools that create answers probabilistically, kama.ai combines deterministic Knowledge Graph AI with governed Generative AI and Trusted Collections. Trusted Collections is a RAG-based technology that helps reduce hallucinations on the generative side while giving AI Agents a reliable source of approved, accurate, and brand-safe information. This solution is a composite technology, specifically called GenAI’s Sober Second Mind™. In this case the sober element is the deterministic AI which guides and orchestrates the AI Agents to ensure hallucinations, and information sourced from nefarious sites, does NOT creep into your data or answers. kama.ai is designed for situations where answers need to be accurate, traceable, brand-safe, and aligned with approved source material. Human experts and Knowledge Managers can curate content, review AI-generated drafts, manage knowledge domains, and improve responses over time. This creates a governed-in-advance approach to AI, instead of relying on corrections after something has already gone wrong. kama.ai is especially well suited for knowledge-heavy organizations, training programs, compliance environments, Indigenous and community-focused initiatives, HR support, education, research, and other use cases where trusted and brand-safe information matters. By focusing on Responsible AI use and delivery, kama.ai helps organizations adopt AI more readily. This improves access to knowledge, reduces repetitive workloads, and provides more consistent support to the people who rely on their expertise. Think kama.ai for trusted AI, governed knowledge, and answers your organization is willing to stand behind.
