Multi-site support, multi-language interfaces, and flexible templates for notifications, badges, and agreements make it suitable for distributed, global operations. Beyond check-in, friendlyway provides real-time occupancy visibility and detailed visit logs for audits and incident response. Integration with access control and enterprise systems enables features like watchlist screening, emergency mode with evacuation lists, and automated host alerts. Because it runs on the friendlyway Cloud Platform, organizations can extend the deployment with digital signage, guidance, and self-service modules – creating a unified solution for visitor management, access, and on-site communication.

What is PeopleTrack?

PeopleTrack provides a flexible facility management solution that can be customized to fit your unique requirements, featuring a variety of powerful tools that aid in the monitoring, tracking, and administration of visitors. Boost security and keep accurate attendance records by logging the entry and exit of visitors, contractors, and employees as they access the workplace. Attendance can be easily documented for various scenarios such as classes, events, activities, lunch periods, detentions, or field trips, ensuring that you have the necessary support in every situation. Regular visitors are afforded the convenience of self-check-in at the entrance, which allows the software to efficiently handle the intricate details with its sophisticated capabilities. Users have the choice of three database options for their PeopleTrack system: MS Access, a locally installed SQL server, or our cloud-based database, each facilitating smooth third-party integrations. Additionally, those who choose the local hosting option will receive a one-year service maintenance agreement (SMA), which guarantees access to program updates as well as phone, email, and remote support services.
