Love it! It works great as a dms and the invoicing and estimate features work flawlessly. I am very happy so far.

I am a one man shop right now so overhead is key for me. This product is affordable and has features that the big names in the game offer

Some of the templates are confusing to figure out at first. I wish the online inspection sheets were better

Love how everything is streamlined! The attention to updates in making this software user AND client friendly is much appreciated. There are no bugs or glitches that I've encountered, no lost of information. Pricing is phenomenal. Would recommend this to anyone that doesn't have it!

This platform is easy to use! Particularly labor guides and with the recent update of showing prices in the area it really helps in staying competitive.

Being able to send customers a link to assist in the appointment process and gather info saves on time stopping and having to repeat myself.

That there isn't a feature to automatically input profit/losses, cost, purchases, labor time cost into Reports. Currently don't use Reports bc that's an extra step that slows me down and requires repetition.

I run a mobile mechanic shop and there isn't a section to preauthorize or put a temporary hold on credit cards to secure payments before going on a road call.

I haven't been able to link my email address to send invoices/estimates. That process/step for me is currentlyimpossible. So when i send an email i have to tell people to look for ARI in their spam box.

Having to customize invoices/estimates every single time instead of my settings being saved(taking certain items off the page so it isn't cluttered).

This app isn't advertised, lol! I had found it fumbling in the PlayStore looking for better software.

And lastly that I still have to use Square for payment collection.

Definitely recommend this app. It's a whole suite in 1 compact app. Very affordable and easy to use.

Very easy to navigate this app. I really like the all the integrated features. Makes my job easier. I love the price point, way cheaper than other shop software with identical features. I've been using it about a year or so and I'm very happy with it. I definitely recommend this for mobile mechanics and shops.

Honestly, this app is amazing....they are constantly improving the app through customer feedback. I wouldn't change anything as I feel like this app is not lacking in any area.

The entire software has been a breath of fresh air for the business and has helped me keep jobs and money a lot more organized.

ARI has been great with being able to send estimates, finished invoices, and inspections. I have a mobile automotive repair company called Full Armor Mobile Repair and the customers have complimented the ease of use with the customer portal and the continuous updates they get about their vehicle. ARI has been extremely helpful in tracking all my jobs and income/expenses all in one place.

The only thing I don’t like is there aren’t manufacturers specifications as in, repair steps, torque specs, and electrical diagrams.

ARI is intuitive, easy to use, easy to navigate, and a huge time saver. I absolutely love this software and will continue to use it and support it.

I love the repair assistant AI, it has always been pretty accurate and helps narrow down things when troubleshooting and doing diagnostics. The inspection features are amazing! The integration of labor guides and being able to build an estimate from them is a life saver! The absolute best thing about ARI is the price point! For a small one man show like me, being able to have professional shop management software at a fraction the cost is a life saver.

There isn’t really anything that I don’t like about ARI. I have used other big name brand shop management software and in my opinion, ARI is the best bang for the buck.

It’s literally the best application that helps to manage your business from A to Z. So I think you should try it!

This application is absolutely simple in use and very helpful. You may put any information, and store it. Also you may create online invoices thru the application and customers gonna pay them easily! Highly recommend!

Overall ARI is a fantastic tool for shop owners. Your able to get a complete shop management tool for under 60$ / month. Pack full of features and a support staff that respond right away.

Very low cost. Very easy to get started. Tool is very powerful and if full of many great features.

the email connects & the terminal situation. the excel spreadsheet for timeclock reports could be better too.

As a mobile mechanic, the cross platform and use of all features from my phone AND laptop are crucial for me. I love the ability to pull up Carfax on any vehicle giving me a little insight and the labor times through ARI have been very accurate and its all super affordable compared to most other shop management software

The only way I have been able to pull up wiring diagrams through ARI and not Mitchel, is through the AI chat assistant [which works incredibly] but id like a tab to look through all the diagrams like mitchell does. Also, the OBD scanner in the app can be very confusing and rudimentary which i opt to use my own scanner instead

Overall I have enjoyed this software and will be continuing to use it, you can't beat the value that ARI offers in comparison to other shop software.

The amount of features for the price is unmatched. The ease of converting job cards to estimates and to invoices is super helpful. and the way it integrates with partstech.

The AI Labor guides can be hit or miss, sometimes it doesn't work at all and sometimes it's a little off.

It assists me in communication with customers, service writing and price comparison with the parts tech system

I love that we can have one program for many different functions. It is helpful to be able to communicate with customers from their profiles and it is all documented for reference back if needed

I do not like that I cannot custom name the fee categories. I would like to add Waste Disposal instead of EPA or for us we do not deal with Tires so it could take the place of "tires" as a fee as well.

Compared to enterprise GMP platforms, ARI’s integration ecosystem is still growing. Sync with specialized diagnostic systems or advanced asset management tools is either manual or requires API workarounds.

ARI is helping us save the planet! We are essentially 100% paperless after switching to Shop-Ware. We are able to do everything with the use of a desktop computer, laptop, cell phone, or tablet. We no longer have to worry about keeping the technician's paper work orders in the correct orders in racks in the shop because we can switch things up with a simple "click and drag!

ARI is browser-based, so I can access it anywhere! This is super helpful so that I can check the status of things even if I'm out of the office at an appointment or even taking the day to work from home. I don't need to feel guilty about taking a day off of work or even a week for vacation when I know I can check in and help out if needed.

It seems like every time an update is pushed out, the system crashes the next day or there are other features that stop working because a new update was pushed out. This is very frustrating!

Communication with customers is the biggest problem solving benefit. It is also nice that we can see our customers information across all of our shops as sometimes they like to go to different locations.

I like that I can easily look up a customer's history. I also like that I can both email and text them information about their cars. The online billing options are good too.

There really isn't anything I dislike per say. Sometimes the system goes down but that is a server side, not software, issue. I honestly don't have any suggestions for change.

Increasing efficiency across the board by tracking all parts purchased, optimizing the price based on revenue projections, increasing average RO prices and making sure technician hours are tracked accurately.

ARI is built around a modern shop; they are focused on the customer interaction and constant updates and improvements. The community of ARI users is strong and very helpful. The business seems to be founded and run by shop-owners, and it shows in the details. The integration with PartsTech makes it a one-stop system. An entire shop can be run with just this system.

ARI doesn't have the best digital vehicle inspections. As a user, you can build from scratch, but I've demoed other systems with a very useful and technician-friendly interface.

The reports the program offers are far more valuable than any report I can create I'm QuickBooks as it offers me more detailed information based on each technician or each department separately. I have 5 repair departments that all work on different types of vehicles and this allows me to categorize them for reporting purposes.

The program has a ton of features. It easily links with QuickBooks and has a variety of reports. It covers my inventory needs and makes ordering stock parts very simple. I have my main vendors set up for one push ordering.

My computer is the master, I often lose connection to my employees' computers which becomes incredibly irritating.

The problem of transparency in the industry that is typically not seen as trustworthy. Trying to track KPI's and learn about how the business is performing is also a challenge that we are able to overcome with ARI.

It's easy to use and easy to access. Also, from a manager's position, it's easy to keep track of the workflow.

I want an option to revert an open Work Order to an Estimate.

The numbers in Reports - Technician Report do not match the numbers in the Analytics - Technician Report Card.

I need Technicians and advisors separate or advisors taken out of the Reports - Technician Report.

Add in a Service Clocks tab under Reports.

Add in a delete option for Shift Clocks and Service Clocks.

In Analytics, I want the option to export data to excel.

In Analytics, I want the option to change graphs between line, bar, pie.

In Analytics, I want the option to look at graphs between weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

A search option in the Estimates calendar is needed to find customer's appointments and ROs.

In Analytics - Duration of Service, add in a graph to track "No Status, Checked In, Needs Estimate, Waiting for Approval, Needs Parts Ordered, Waiting for Parts, Work In Queue, Work In Progress, Quality Control, Ready for Pickup, Completed and Contacted, Waiting for Dispatch, Problem, Waiting for Sublet, Needs Scheduled, and Needs Deposit Paid".
