The UI & UX of Asana is really good, its very easy to collaborate and check on the work status of your entire team.
In terms of work management, in my opinion Asana is the best one out there, you never feel it gets too clunky regardless of how many tasks or projects you have on there, again this ties back to the UX.
They've also recently added some new features that makes it very efficient to use, one of my favorites is the workflow builder for creating automated processes to keep every on track and on the same page.
They also have other features like Goals, adding forms, and integrating other apps as well.
I think Asana is the ultimate project manager experience.

You can make the argument that despite all it has, the too many products can be an issue.
For smaller teams, Asana might feel like an overkill and quite overwhelming.
To an extent some experience is required, some team members wanted to use Notion because of familiarity and they thought Asana might have been too complicated for them to learn and use over a shorter time period.
