    Summary

    Very good experience and recommended for all in integration CRM, Call Center and Chats. Their ecosystem is the best.

    Use Barantum for few years. Their support is the best in term of service quality, product knowledge and fast respond.

    Negative

    Nothing much to complain.
    Maybe some improvement for AI Integration which they said will be done in Q4 2023.
