    Overall experience is nine out of ten. The tool is very useful and is used extensively to enable the designed comms strategy for multiple clients/ use-cases.

    Bulk SMS enables speedy comms of messages. The ability to personalize messages are critical and this really helps us to makes messages personal and deliver it on time.

    Negative

    At times the downstream delivery of SMS are delayed. The SMS delivery report does show failure status, but the "why" is not always clear. It's not always clear in the ZA context whether the failure is at Cellular Service Provider level or due to Cellular tower failure due to electricity blackouts.

    Very slow implementation, very scarce communcation

    Summary

    The impression that BulkSMS is very well established in the southern African countries (where we work and need sound aggregation services) and therefore can establish the necessary services quickly and reasonably priced, was obviously wrong. It is just a hope a the moment, that after many months of waiting the basic service proposal will be stablished in the near future and will work smoothly.

    The promises in the proposal of what BulkSMS will be able to do sounded very good at the beginning (last year).

    Implementation is still pending after many months of patience.
