I needed to upgrade our licence for bigger one quickly. The customer service representative in chat answered in seconds after I opened the chat. She understood my needs in one message and advised what to do in few messages. Literally after couple of minutes our licence was upgraded. She forwarded all the information needed to billing so I didn't need to do anything else. Simply the best customer service there is!

Regarding customer service, nothing. I've yet to encounter a ClickMeeting customer service representative that wouldn't have know answers to my problems.
