I shifted from in-house Time management to Clockify. It was a great decision. This works absolutely amazing on mobile and desktop devices. Remote time tracking is also possible.

The free option to change between manual and auto-tracking, ease for collaboration, ease of UI, synced workflow across web, mobile, desktop devices.

I've been using Clockify to keep track of what my hours are at work, and I find it very easy to use. It is very user friendly, and I like how it keeps a history of the different days you used it. The desktop app is a nice feature as well.

I wouldn't say there are any cons. I just need it to clock what activities I'm doing when at work, and it works just fine for that. I would only suggest that we be able to customize the colors maybe.

It's a great app for a low cost. I haven't got any type of complaint till the moment. So I recommend this app.

- Clockify Allows employees to configure the monitoring of overtime, within our company overtime is performed by any employee who wishes to work more, these hours are very well paid within our company, and within the platform we have configured a automated rate which allowed us to calculate the corresponding payment depending on the overtime worked by our employees. To activate the overtime monitoring process, it is only enough for the employee to select a button, the system will start counting overtime and will save it in the system, so that we can have knowledge of the corresponding payment.

- Clockify sends us automated alerts when an employee has finished his workday or when an employee has not started his workday on time, this function is quite important for us, each employee has within this system some works to accomplish every day , so when the system detects that the employee hasn't shown up at their office or hasn't done any type of work during the day, it sends them an alert so that we can be aware of it, this function is quite important, it keeps them alert and It helps us to know exactly which employee is having deficiencies in their work attendance.

Some of the main negative points about this work hours accounting platform are the following:

- Clockify does not have a silent mode system, our employees sometimes feel a bit harassed or scared because we know everything they are doing inside the computers, thanks to this platform, however for us it would be much better than our employees they did not know that we are monitoring them, in this way they could have greater privacy and would feel much more comfortable during each working day.

- This platform does not generate any type of generalized reports of the hours worked and the hours missing within each labor sector, for me and for my company it is quite necessary to obtain detailed reports where I can see the number of hours that have been worked on by all our employees, in this way I will be able to get a specific calculation and I will be able to know more information in a general way. Currently, within this platform you can only view the hours worked, rest hours, overtime hours of employees individually, there is no way to view the number of hours worked by a work team.

I have found Clockify to be an excellent time tracking and invoicing tool. The interface is very user-friendly and the features are robust and cover everything I need. The ability to track time and expenses by project has been particularly helpful in keeping track of billable and non-billable hours. Overall, I highly recommend Clockify to anyone in need of a time tracking and invoicing solution.

I have been using Clockify for almost for two years now in my remote outsourcing company and I absolutely love it! It is by far the best time tracking and expense tracking tool I have used. It is extremely easy to use and has a ton of great features.
Some of my favourite features include the ability to track time and expenses for multiple projects, the ability to create invoices and track payments, the ability to track vacation and leave, and the reporting and analytics. Clockify has saved me a lot of time and money and I would highly recommend it to anyone especially for a remote company.

There is not much that I dislike about Clockify. The only thing I could say is that I would like the ability to track time for multiple projects in one place. Other than that, I absolutely love Clockify and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I'm a VA that sells time in blocks of hours. Clockify allows me to raise each package as an project and set the estimate so I can see how much time a package has left.

I can't see the total estimated time of my projects, so in essence (the time remaining).

Simple, easy to learn, easy to review, love it - I have never used it with money input, but just to track how much time I take to do certain tasks makes it very simple.

I enjoy how simple Clockify makes my work tracking. I like that I can make live time tracking or add tasks in the past/future.

Nothing everything is great, I love that the homepage is the time tracker and all you need to do is sign in and press start.
