This is, by far, my favorite app of the year! So easy to use and good aesthetics too! I am definitely satisfied with Clockify.

I can't view my Summary Reports from the mobile app.

This is super easy to use. I mostly use it to report hours worked and it's better than any of the other programs we used before.

Adding and deleting employees is confusing. They make it difficult to keep the customer base out of the tracking.
there should be limited access for users to view other users.

So far I have been able to use the free version. Maybe if I come to a point where I have to pay something then I come back and complain.

Truly, I've o no other words, this is the best tool, I've ever used on a daily bases to track my activities on different projects, it' s so easy to use.

Easy to use, I love the functionality that I can copy the activities and time allocation from the previous week over to the new week, this saves so much time. This is for me the best feature.

Easy to use or user friendly. Has mobile app, desktop app, and a website URL application, so it is very flexible.

Need to stop the clock for lunchbreak, hence, sometimes we forgot to re-run after the1 hour break.

I do like the extensive reporting capabilities. You can easily track your hours and even start a timer when you start working on a new task. I use the free version and even that version is great.

The way of updating the hourly rate in the free version. But it's not a big issue.

The design is very human, Clockify simply helps small to large scale companies track their employees work time to make greater analysis.

Overall i think this product is great and is so easy to use. Also, it should have some smart features like it should track my average hours and if somehow i forget to clock off, it should send me a reminder that did i forget the clock on?

Most easy platform i have ever used. This covers pretty much everything which is needed for time tracking. Just a few shortcomings which are in cons.

I am going to focus on some improvements.
1. When i select my team member from filter, I should not have to click apply button to get the filtered results. It should automatically apply the filter.
2. Timezones are a bit confusing but maybe that is lack of my understanding.
3. Sometimes my login page throws me an error and then i have to clear cookies and start a new session in a new browser or go incognito.

I have tried several time trackers, but Clockify was the first time tracker that felt intuitive and allowed what I wanted, add time entries manual and track them while working.

Easy to make reports, which I attach to customer invoices.
Already exciting options available with the free version.
I can quickly add new users, customers, projects, tasks etc.

I did not find any cons yet.
I would like to have a feature that automatically can link the document I work on with tracking the time I work on this document. So integration with SharePoint would be great.

Absolutely love using Clockify, it saves my company and myself many hours during the week in manual entry about work I've already done. Having the stress of timesheeting off my back opens me up to do the things I'm actually passionate about in the workplace! The small shortfalls are outweighed by the conveniences. Highly recommended.

I can't install an app on a corporate laptop so this is a great service for me to be able to EASILY capture the time in spend on different projects and then enable to record them in the company charging system. LOVE IT.

I switched from another app last year due to cost and thought I'd lose some of the features that I like. But Clockify is GREAT. I can have multiple clients, projects and tasks. I use the timer on the app and billing my clients has gone from a horrible weekly task that took me up to 2 hours, to a quick 15 minute job!

Reporting is mostly done from the desktop version as the app has limited reports.

Everything about my time at work I manage on it and I don't feel anything missing. Maybe it would be interesting to implement a feature that prevents teammates from knowing your personal activity.

Overall, Clockify is the best time tracking tool I have used in the 4 years I have worked remotely.

I love that I am able to track time by timer or manually for each project I'm working on. It helps me to send time reports to the agency I work for with ease through summarised or detailed reports.

The only problem I have ever had with Clockify is when my Internet went out while tracking time and the timer proceeded to run until our Internet was restored two days later (ice storm problems). It was a very easy issue to fix, I just had to edit the time on my report, but I wish there was a way to adjust the settings on the timer so that it stops when computer activity ceases.

For the most part, the system is clean and easy to use. And, as it proposes, it delivers practically everything. Just need to make the use of some features clearer.

I've been using Clockify for 5 years now in various capacities and wish I'd have started sooner. I use the basic features but it definitely has more advanced features that I would consider using if I started my own business.

There really isn't anything to dislike. Clockify does everything I need it to and quite a bit more.

I have been using this software for almost three months now. It is beyond doubt the greatest time tracker and recorder for me, from my dashboard where I can find the total time and the dates that I have worked with my projects, list of clients and the detailed reports. The time duration format is also good since you can choose from full, compact to decimal format. I love the "Dark themed Clockify" as well, this software is very good for those who have trouble with too much light since you can adjust the theme from light to dark. Overall, the design is user-friendly and very accessible.

I personally like the "Time Tracker" feature of Clockify. This is the easiest software to manage my workflow and to ensure that I deliver the correct time consumed while working with my projects. I highly recommend this software if you are working in a professional set up where it demands accurate output about time recording. You have the absolute control of your project and, most importantly, this software has granted me the best support I needed to manage and analyze every project together with my clients. Even if you accidentally click the exit button or close the tab, the time in this app is still running in the background, so I don't panic at all. You can just click the "stop" button if your job is done. Very convenient. It even has timesheets and its own summary reports that you can share via email. How cool is that!

If I am not mistaken, the languages supported in this product are only six. I would love to share and use this with my Filipino clients as well since it might be a huge help if I can use this in my own language.

Overall - I have been using this app for over a year now and so far I love it. It has remained the same in terms of the simplicity and I would recommend this to any other person or business to use in their daily duties.

I like the simplicity of the app. It's very easy to use and very user friendly, unlike many other apps that are an eye sore this one is very easy to use!

Sometimes it doesn't refresh and therefore tracks an entry on a different day, but easy to change/edit.

Great tools for the small businesses who are not willing to spend too much on employee tracking tools.

They give lot of features in free version as compared to competitors. It has been quite easy for employees to use & for employer to track work progress.

It would have been good if we get screenshots as well in free plan as well. And the UI could be bit better.
