The reporting and dashboards could be easier to use and generate reports from.

I currently use this for tracking my time for a client I work for, with the billing section and time section which makes my life so much easier.

Very simplistic and easy to use, very consistent across devices and a good range of categories and projects I can filter my work by.
There is no minimum time that needs to be tracked so I can add 2-3 minutes of work if I need to and it adds to the week total.

Recently the Clockify app has been crashing on the iPhone but it was repaired with an update.

I am loving it. It helps me keep track of my time, avoid procrastination and I would definitely recommend this to people who are having problems with keeping track of their time.

When I use Clockify, I can efficiently manage my time and see whether I am starting to procrastinate or not. Clockify is very easy to use and has helped me achieve my goals. I really like the fact that I can view my history and see how much time I spent on my tasks every day. Being able to see my history can assist me in seeing if I am getting lazier.

Sometimes I have to refresh the window in order to see how much time I spent on a task.

Great peace of mind software to understand what projects I spend my time on and when I am least productive (because haven’t started Clockify recording a task).

That I can quantify how much time I’ve spent on a project without having to keep writing down time spent, now I start Clockify and it records and collates the hours for me.
The analysis section is excellent, I can visualise where I’ve spent my time on which projects.

Sometimes the webpage throws errors when I start Clockify to record time, but page refresh solves this and Clockify is still recording anyway. This problem was limited to two days and has since been resolved.

Overall great app/product to use for companies who wish to track the time employees spend working on tasks.

Has a great web interface with a lot of features that can help track ones time. Best part of it is that it can be used perfectly fine on the free version.

Using the mobile version is a little clunky and bugs out when manually entering time.

Clockify is a great way to track employee work time efficiently. This helps us track hours spent on implementations across the business as well as tracking billable vs non-billable hours for monthly reconciliation.

Sometimes there are issues with the date picker and it looks like they take multiple days.

This tracker is highly recommended to those clients who work with Virtual Assistant like me to see the progress of the work being done.

It's so easy to use. I can easily find the list of tasks that I have made in a week. I can also add the task I forgot to plot manually.

Nothing. So far so good using this app. I always look forward to the weekly summary of my work.

Overall, I really like the functionality and practicality of organizing time and seeing the time spent on some activity.

I can organize my time of day at work with ease.
Change my schedule if I forget to close or even open the schedule.
It's great that they let you know by email if my time count has been running for a long time.
I can name the schedules I'm doing to organize it better.
I also really like the extension that you can put in the browser and do the time overlap.

I really don't see any cons, but I think it might be nice to add notifications that can be seen on the desktop with time running out from time to time.

The program works really good and I recommend it to people.

I am a moderator on a game and we use Clockify as a perfect system to track our hours that we done.

I didn't like the fact that there is no down sight.

I would recommend this to anyone. It helped our team better plan out our days and assign more accurate timelines. This has changed the way we handle our sprint planning and how we delegate tasks.

Great integration with a multitude of services. Free to start. Browser integration makes this very portable for anyone using a chrome based browser. I also like the desktop application on Mac.

Project organizations/setup feels a little clunky at times. I wish this could be inherited from sprints when timers begin.

I would recommend this to everyone as it is very helpful. I am using this on daily basis and I am really happy with it.

I just don't like it when my computer hangs and the time is still running.

I like that it is very simple and convenient to use. Almost all important features in tracking your time can be used for free so it's one of the best. No fancy and complicated UX design but really efficient to use. I love the exporting feature to which you can choose from a pdf or excel file format. Can work both on browser or via mobile app. :)

Easy to use and very quick and keep good track of the tasks I am on. It's been 1 month I am using it and so far all good.

The tool is very useful and simple. It helps a lot in my daily work, but I would love to see more options for power users!

The tool is quite simple. Every new user will get used to it in a matter of an hour or two.
The interface is simple and minimalistic.
It's customizable, you can even choose your theme.

The biggest cons are that you have to set time manually in the military format and you cannot sort users by the role they are assigned to.

Would recommend. I have used in an independent contractor setting and feel that it is a great option for those who do not want to pay for a paid service.

I use the basic version of Clockify and have had no issues with it. It's a great way to run reports for my client, keep tabs on how long projects are taking me, and it's cool that it can integrate with webpages. The app is easy to use.

Sometimes I forget to clock out. But that's not Clockify's problem! :)

Clockify gives me a great experience working on freelancing projects but also helps me keep track of tasks that take a lot of time. This also helps me improve my workflows and rethink approaches in further projects.

I have recommended it to several friends, colleagues and I am promoting it in the workplace, for those who practice freelance it is really very useful and the smartphone app allows you to monitor even when you work on the move.

Finally I can monitor the time I dedicate to the tasks of the various projects and better define the costs and my free time. The tool is simple to use and offers many variables in the reporting section.

The graphical interface could be improved and made more intuitive, now I'm used to it but at first it was difficult for me to go straight to the item that interested me.

Overall great product for time tracking, since it maintains the level of detail needed to accurately record what I spend my time on at work.

Time tracker feature allows me to track time on projects as I work on them. Can add PTO later on as well.

Doesn't automatically include company holidays, doesn't pull PTO from our HR system.
