It's honestly great, nothing too complex and yet I have every feature that help me doing my job. Simplicity is key :D

Dashboard in Clockify is really simple and allows you to monitor work of every employee, with Clockify I'm able to keep track what my employees do and how much time do they spent on it.

Normal users cannot see how much money they earned through billing hours, only administrators see amount.

Great, helps to keep everyone accountable for how they spend their time and it is easy to use and incorporate into your day to day.

Able to capture this previously inaccessible information and use it in different areas of the business.

Very easy to use. I've only been using it for a few months, but never once have there been any questions about HOW to use the program. I ESPECIALLY like the fact that the program can be used on several gadgets at the same time - both at home and at work. Do not need any additional efforts to create several accounts.

Тhe display of results is sometimes late. For example: if a son works at home with a program, then his work time comes a little with a delay on my phone. But this is a trifle:)

I am a freelance consultant. I work with multiple clients, ans some have more than one project. So I reviewed a few tools until I found Clockify.
This tool is the only one that is super easy to use - almost stupid proof.
I use Clockify daily, multiple times. I love the dashboard view and I always know where I'm standing with each of my clients.

Easy to use.
Free version - been using it for almost 2 years now and veru happy with it.
Manage clients and multiple projects for each client using colors and tags.
Reporting is super easy - end of the month i just pull out the reports to Excel and send them to my clients.

The software is easy to use in all aspects. Time recording, correcting errors, and as well as the ability to review previous weeks with ease. Employees can log in from home when remote work is necessary. Our office made the switch over 3 years ago and have never considered looking for a new product.

Currently, we have had zero issues with the software so I am unable to list any cons.

I highly recommend to companies who want to move away from time and project management in Excel to an external application designed for this.

- ability to add billable hours makes it possible to evaluate each activity and assess how profitable it was

It's hard to point out the downside. Perhaps there could be more levels of categorization depending on the team - while the customer service can record their time based on customers (e.g., 2 hours working on customer X, 1.5 hours on customer Y), the IT team should be able to choose more project-based tracking of time and progress.

Overall, Clockify is a great tool especially if you are running a project and all your colleagues are working remotely.

What I like about this tool is that as an Admin, I can check on my reps' detailed punches on a daily basis. I can keep track of what they are doing and cross-reference this to the output they have by end of the day. I usually use this to see who of my team members are already over break and the current project/task they are doing.

What I don't like about this is once you have made a colleague as an admin, you are no longer able to change the role unless you are the owner. Also, time stamps can be edited by the members.

For an intuitive, effortless time tracking and staff workload management tool, Clockify would be my first choice. This tool is easy to use and install, quick to create custom reports, readable dashboard view.

I love the fact that this tool can be added as a Chrome extension, making it one of the easiest tools to access.

In addition, the ability to manage team members workloads, generate custom time tracking reports, tag by client and/or project makes this a very versatile option in my toolbox.

As a small shop, the only thing I don't like about this tool is the inability to create invoices without upgrading my existing plan.

Love this program. Allows me to focus solely on my actual work, and not be busy with all of the technical.

If we compare it with other free-to-use time management tools then Clockify is really a great tool. Didn't find any bad point about it.

I worked for a web design firm as contractor. And in such a job, time is money. Clockify entirely is a great tool not also for employers but also for workers.

Sometimes I forget to stop my clock on Clockify, then Clockify immediately made a reminder, it is a life saver for me when I feel too busy, tired and lost in distraction. Thanks a lot, it is also a real support.

Obligation to specify the project name. It got made me confused and because of those difficulties when I had to be fast it got harder to move.

I like it. Easy, simple, to the point, reliable. It makes my life as a freelancer easier and thus a credible person with the records that I have.

Easy tools to organise task, make report, grouping tasks, and add meticulous details. I can also predict how much will I get in a month, or if I can have more free time. I get notifications if I forgot to turn the clock off and if my screen is off (sometimes I do sketches by hand, etc). For me it is a good reminder.

Sometimes the page lags because I work on multiple windows and devices. Perhaps we can have an offline version? So we can work anywhere :)

All you need in one place, simple and powerful, works just fine. I use it every day with my coworkers and never had a thought to look for something else!

I use Clockify every day and keyboard shortcuts would be handy. I miss it a lot! Also the design could be updated, it's a bit old school now, but its clean and intuitive!

It's been easy to use and fairly intuitive. The app allows me to track how much time i spend on each task while I work and has been just what I needed.

The free version of Clockify lets me track time between tasks and organize my work day. It's easy to use and gives me the information I need to know how my time is being spent.

No real complaints, it's been working fine for what i need. The different options on how to categorize each task might have room for improvement, but it's all details.

Clockify is perfect for managing teams and tasks in general, despite being simple and having some limitations, Clockify is able to meet different user profiles.

There are small timezone related bugs that mess up the timer of tasks in progress.
The lack of session cookies affects accessibility, forces us to log in every time we enter the platform.
Although profile settings meet basic requirements, they are few and far between.

It was a really good experience, I have suggested Clockify to all my friends as it easy to use. All its services are really good.

I really liked how i m able to time my services along with that have a weekly, team wise assessment of the time. Secondly, it also helps one to write description about the work they are doing, which is like the most helpful tool for me.

As a person who works in a start up it would be really helpful if it had monthly analysis so that we know that on which activity my team spend most of their time.
