Overall I highly recommend this all business owners or virtual assistant team that needs to monitor it's team punctuality and attendance.

The pro of Clockify is that it allows its end user to edit and update its log-in time. It is user-friendly and doesn't let its user wonder about each button and tab functions.

Not much I just hope they could fix the minor bugs that sometimes interfere with the use.

Clockify is one of the best tools in our stack in the sense of user experience. Covers our use cases in intuitive ways which is rare nowadays. Also, it shaped how we work in a better way.

Reports are not too complex and cover 100% of the ways we are tracking data. More so, quite frequently all the new ways we want to look into the data are covered already which is nice.

Chrome extension is very useful. Links well with ClickUp which is our project management tool.

We can do all payroll calculations from Clockify, we can calculate a base salary for each employee and the platform will automatically calculate the corresponding salary depending on the hours worked and overtime, so it is easy to make payroll payments.

Clockify is our main manager to measure the work time of each of our employees and to ensure that each task has a timer, it is important to measure the time spent for each assignment. What I like the most about Clockify is that it sends immediate notifications when one of the employees has already completed their work and attaches the time invested for that work, these notifications help me to stay informed that my employees are fulfilling their tasks in my sector Sales. In addition, I like to have separate reports with Clockify, the separate reports for each employee allows me to know how long they have worked in their workdays and thus I can have control of weekly payments.

The calendar that Clockify offers me is not that attractive and it is difficult to see the assignments that I have made for a specific day and time, the calendar must have a better organization of the assignments so that they can be visualized correctly. Currently, I see the assignments in list mode, so I can keep a correct control and I can have a broader view. The calendar still needs several optimizations, they need to improve the layout and also need to improve the way pre-assignments are sorted.

I also liked that this platform is also capable of counting the time spent by each employee within a specific website, this function is very important for us since it allows us to know how much time an employee spends on certain web pages, I consider that this function It is one of the most important since it helps us monitor web browsing and browsing time.

One of the main negative characteristics of this platform is the widget available for computers. The main reason why this Widget is negative is because it only allows you to view in real time the work hours that the system has recorded for each of the employees. , it does not allow you to create a new activity, it does not allow you to plan activities and it does not allow you to access the calendar of activities scheduled for specific dates, I consider that this Widget should be much more complete and offer much more advanced functions to be really useful. Another of the negative things that this platform has is that when I try to use my account within another device that is not registered, the system automatically asks me for a five-digit code, it is really annoying that you asked me for a code every time I am using a new device, I think this additional security only gets in the way when logging in on a new device. The last negative thing that this platform has is that currently there is no type of backup system to protect the information or the reports collected are the hours worked, so if for some reason access to this data is lost or are deleted, the Posted Hours reports cannot be retrieved.

My overarching experience would be good. My productivity has been much more consistent and higher since I can visually see all the effort I'm investing and set goals to reach those same effort levels.

I think there are many things to like about this app. Firstly, you can record times manually but also do a stopwatch. Secondly, you can use it on multiple devices. Lastly, you can see graphs and reports super easily. All of these features make me use the app every day.

I don't like that I can't customize the data more. I'd love to be able to see it in different types of graphs and such.

Overall it was amazing due to its ease of use and simple like features, not to mention the admin is helpful too.

It allows me to keep track of the time spent on a project and then issue an invoice.

- I can't filter for specific projects or tags, for example if I want to tell a customer how much time I spent on a project, I need to look trough all entries.

As an independent contractor with multiple clients, Clockify has absolutely been a game changer for my business! Clockify helps me to quickly gain trust with my clients because I can give them second-by-second reports of the time I am charging them for. I am able to easily track time between multiple clients and export individual reports for each of them. Clockify has made my life so much easier and taught me how to manage my time better!

As I have just started adding multiple clients, I find myself wishing that I could quickly view the "Week Total" by client. Since I work towards a weekly hour goal, I am now having to go to a different page to filter out entries to check my progress during the week. I would love to see an option to view the "Week Total" together and then separate by client.

It meets my needs well, whenever I needed the platform was always active and without bugs. I use and recommend.

One of the best means of marking work hours I've used so far. I didn't know this platform, but I loved it for being super interactive. They are to be congratulated!
