I've been using Clockify for more than one year (daily, for the past few months) and I can say I am very happy about it. Sure, always room for improvements here end there, but it's a real help on a daily basis, especially for small businesses like mine.

I like the ease of work and the fact that graphics are very clear at a first glance (nice choice of colors by the way). The reports, downloadable in Excel are very useful and easy to use. Cherry on top, the chrome add-on comes more than handy (as well as quick buttons on other apps, but this is not generalized).

I don't have any cons, to be honest. However, I wish we could click on the lists items from Most tracked activities and to quickly see the details of these activities.

Overall, this is a great time tracking app. I have not used many, but this is comparable to some of the bigger name ones and cost is much more affordable.

Can create multiple clients and projects within clients. Can track time live or enter time worked. Reporting is easy and helpful.

The only con that I can think of is the fact that it remains running in the background and sometimes it feels like my computer is running a bit slower.

I'm a full-time worker in the company. And I had a proposition to work additionally from one person I know a long time. I told him that I want to be paid by hour and then - I started to look for a software that will help me. Very happy with Clockify. Thank you for it's free for me.

I see no cons. My activity in the Clockify is not very often.

I highly recommend using Clockify to anyone that needs to track down their work time. Hope they can upgrade some of the features.

It took us 3-4 weeks from start to real life use. Features and Navigation is easy and clear, can recommend!

Easy to set up and to roll it out, since there is little adjustment necessary. Just put in your projects and you are ready to go.

We don't use the full suit, so there are no big cons in the "lighter Version", suits our needs! The reports could be bit clearer structure-wise, i feel like the excel format is not as state-of-the art as it could be, but thats cherry picking.

There were no cons as of now. We are using it for more than 6 months. For premium we have to pay amount and for adding more members they have limit so that is one of the cons.

Positive experience, needs to improve on ease of editing working hours. Easy to capture weekly work hours.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the product and will continue using it. As I don't need any of the more advanced features, it’s just a way for me to track my freelancing hours.

It’s very quick and easy to track time, set up new projects and review your hours spent, which is crucial to me.

Sometimes it’s a bit clunky when manually setting the time on some tasks, especially when I work before and past midnight.

Overall my team is very satisfied with the product. We used to have another time tracking program which was too complicated and expensive. Clockify is easy to implement and the Google add on (we all use chrome) makes time tracking a very convenient experience. More than that, the free version suffices for most of our operations.

Sometimes the interface is quirky and the need to directly assign the time to a project can be tedious some times. the timer does not automatically turn off if not turned off manually. and dragging in the calendar view can sometimes be a pain.

Overall I do enjoy using Clockify and find it to be very user friendly. I would give it 5 stars but its a 4 for me because its not very mobile friendly (which is a huge thing for me).

For starters, Clockify makes for an efficient way to track time and its relatively easy to use, which is important!

I think best user-friendly for any dev team and quickly understand.

This is a fabulous tool to identify a developer's work efficiency with connecting to the Jira task.
Master can download reports as per their requirement and give them to their customer instead manually create it.
Scrum Master has not to keep eye on every developer's work.
Honest developers can do work very flexible time.
If customers have no trust in their dev team they can track it by using this without direct blame team.

Hours should be displayed into hours and minutes, E.g. 8h 30m instead of 8.5, it's very confusing for new members.
Request time off approval permission only given to scrum master or manager or admin, instead of the whole team.
Jira task timer connected that time title or description should not be changed from direct Clockify.

Very satisfied with the tool in these 6 months of intensive use. I recommend.
I hope that every month new functionalities are presented, for loading, control and analysis of information.

Loading hours is done very easily thanks to the list of issues previously entered. The integration with Outlook is also very good, since I use the calendar intensively and Clockify allows me to record the time associated with the project of each appointment.

The reporting tool is good, but could be better.
I don't know if it has a web api to integrate with our systems, if it doesn't it is also a disadvantage.

For now is my number one in team time management. I'll try to remove problems with support help and then review!

I have not found a better tracker that is free available. I think this one has a lot of great features and works really well for having multiple projects to work on on the same day.

The tracker seems accurate track of time for my projects. You can have separate times for each project and adjust it if needed. My job recently changed time zones, so I was able to find that you can change this in settings to reflect the time needed to fill our invoices later.

One thing I have noticed is if I lose power or internet connection the timer is impossible to stop. I usually write down hoe much time was in the timer, but the timer will keep running if you cannot stop it due to this.

I think this is a very optimal option, especially if you a startup. Keep in mind that there are other options out there, of course that they are more expensive than this option.

I love Clockify and have been using it for years. It's easy to navigate and reliable. I don't see myself switching to another time tracker any time soon. I've tried others, but keep coming back to Clockify due to how simple it is to manage.

I love how simple it is to set up, and how I can download the mobile app or use it on desktop. It's really reliable and super easy to pull reports, check time spent per project, etc.

I did get a little confused when it came to setting up projects and assigning different hourly rates to those projects.

I've been using Clockify for a few months now and I think it's wonderful, it perfectly meets my work and study needs. I use it to generate reports of hours in my work, separated by projects and stages within the projects. The possibility of using more than one workspace is great for interspersing personal projects with professional projects.

You can use many different projects and workspaces.
It works perfectly. Reports are wonderful for seeing where your time is going.

For me the only negative point is that the monthly fee is in dollars, which makes it impossible to pay because where I live the current currency is the real and converting it is very expensive for me. I would love it if there was some kind of promotion for college students like many apps have.

I don't know how it works as a team or in a professional setting, however, it suits my needs as a university student, who wants to track their studying time, time spent on little side projects, books I'm reading, extremely well.

(I have not tried support or looked at pricing, as it has what I need in the free version.)

It's feature-rich, even better, most of the features are free - those that are paid, you typically won't use much (I know I certainly came across them but it didn't affect my usage of the software), but improves QoL a little.

There's a time sheet: a little weekly overview of your projects and the times you spent on each project, and time spent on everything per day, and you can modify each timestamp if need be.

There's the time tracker and even a calendar with a more visual overview of how you've spent your time and where. It has a dashboard and report which are more than comprehensive. There are so many features and little bits to know about Clockify that even after using it extensively for four months, I find out more and more things to make it more fun.

(This is mostly because I got a part-time and can track my billable hours. I mean, who doesn't like seeing those trailing digits.)

The billable hours - if you set them when you create the project, then you're good to go, but if you set them after you've created entries, then you have to manually go back and edit them - unless you've paid membership.

This is what I mean by QoL - mostly because I didn't have that many entries anyway, but it could be rather frustrating for others.

A little annoyance: you can modify and customise how time is 'organised'. For example, mine is Category > Project > Task. If you choose one of theirs, the page display will show their default, but if you customise it, it seems alright.

The design could be better and easy on the eye - it's why I really wanted to like TogglTrack - but it works and that's what matters at the end of the day.

I use the application every time I start working on a project. It is easy to use and it does exactly what I need.

Easy to start a timer. If it takes too much time to start it will not be nice to use for small tasks.

The phone app is a little short on features. This sometimes makes me want to use the browser version on my phone.

Perfect for payroll control, with the monitoring of the hours used in the execution of the plans and specifications of many projects.

Clockify is a free productivity tracking app that allows you to manage your time. For the time management of my projects it is the best application.

No negative comments towards the application. So far everything has been useful.
