Overall experience is too good, the best part is that you can communicate with team members really.
I have had such a good experience with Clockify till now.
Hoping to see good results.

I would say, the automated timer we can stop and end whenever we want so it helped me out very much.
Whenever i take break, I will stop and then restart it.

Cons, sometimes it is hard to check older data, I am still learning it as soon as I learn those then everything would be nice.

Using Clockify as an employee who works a flexible and hybrid schedule has made time tracking a breeze. Its been very helpful when looking to track client retainer hours, and even in scheduling my focus blocks. It's very useful to see total hours worked on a specific project, especially when we bill our clients monthly. It's so easy to switch between projects/clients which is critical in an agency setting where we work on multiple accounts/projects at a time. I like that I can submit my time off requests in one place, and also see what hours I have remaining for the year.

Ability to create specific projects.
Ability to bill clients with well cataloged information.
Ability to approve/reject time off requests.

Sometimes when I don't indicate if it's am/pm it can get miscalculated, but that's more user error than anything else.

I use Clockify every day for my business and love it. I recommend it to other virtual assistants as a good way to show accountability to their clients and hours.

I really like using the ability to sort by client. It has great detailed monthly reports, and is really easy to use. I can manage multiple clients with no real difficulty.

Not always easy to delete projects. I would like to be able to see the client hour breakdown total on the main page without having to drill down into a report.

Overall I really like Clockify, it has helped me manage my time for better and helped me tracked about how much time i am using and where.

This product is very easy to use and portable,I can use this on my android as well as laptop. I can also calculate my working and how much i have worked in a week , This helps in managing my office related activities and how many time i am giving to which project and how efficiently i am using my time.

The Design could be more unique and there could be more features which can help user track his/her activities.

Anyone looking for a simple time keeping app, especially a small business, you can't go wrong with this.

It keeps me consistent and focused during my work. I can track my time easily. I can use Pomodoro Technique with Clockify as well.

Easy to use and accurate timing, also gives you notifications if you left the timer on so you don't forget. Also love that you can title what you spent the time doing as projects, makes it feel very organised. Helps me show my employer what I was doing and how long it took.

The webpage could be more aesthetic and modern but honestly the simplicity probably helps.

Overall, this is seamless and easy to use. I like how you can pull reports monthly or weekly or even specific dates. It makes is easy when calculating remaining hours. No complaints here!

I like how easy the times is and how easy the reports are to pull and read. The timer is precise and is a great tool for me because I never remember how long I take on a task.

Sometimes adding the tag is tedious but I understand why it's necessary.

Excellent application to work with. It was difficult to get everyone on board but now everyone is using it.

I pretty well like everything about it. We have 5 employees using it and it makes it easier for the person doing payroll to get the hours and attribute the hours to each project for invoicing.

Cannot set it up the account with email for another employee.

It's easy to use, with a really nice dashboard. Option for invoicing - really cool! Search options for different projects, really works well! Also, I like the ability to use different colors for each project.

Anything really. All work perfectly. I would remove the "Add description" option for each project, I don't use it and I can't hide it.

Worth a try if your firm is looking to switch time capture providers.

The team have been using the app for the longest time now, which only means Clockify have been very useful. It's been a very dependable help for our payroll and timekeeping, zero disputes. Loving it everyday!

Generally great! Very easy to learn and navigate. The features are useful and not complex at all. Extracting reports and tracking are easy breezy. Most of all there are no annoying pop ups! Plus you can access through mobile. Highly recommended!

Maybe just a suggestion, the windows app when I try to log in just routes me to the web based tool.

I really enjoy using Clockify. I use it on a daily basis to track my tasks. This helps when my manager wants to know what I have been busy with.

An excellent overall experience with Clockify, it has been key to the company's performance and way to work. So, totally recommended.

The way it is possible to include several projects and tasks to do the time tracking makes everything actually really smooth inside the company. The ease of use of the website also makes it perfect to continue working efficiently and the different ways it is possible to customize the experience working with Clockify, makes it feeling really good.

Well, one thing by the way, if you are using the mobile application and also the PC application, if you change your preferences in the PC, for some reason, when you enter in the mobile application, when you re-enter again in PC, it resets all of your preferences, making a little bit tedious the process to customize it again.

Overall comment, that Clockify is good so far and very useful. It is recommendable. I didn't yet explore everything but I will give you feedback if you want if I found negative about it. But for now, the features for me are good, the design is good as well very minimalist yet good in the eye, it is a clean design. I give you 5 stars.

The software/application is easy to use and navigate.
Well arrange and you don't have to take time to find what is looking for.
Editable time, which I think we freelancers can able adjust if we wanted to give clients a discount by lowering the time.
Can use by a team, so this is good when you have an hr agency.
Easy filtering if you want to know your employees' time records.
Never miss sending your summary weekly report.

I think no other option? I mean no other function aside from the time tracker/ record itself alone. Other than that none so far for me.

I hope the product management and pricing strategy would be same for the future. I am using the free version, but the pricing strategy (feature selling) is right. And there is no nagging for free users to upsell. Thank you for that.

Time entry is easy as should be. You can start and stop timers or you write a start and stop time. What can I say more? Mostly product trying to be "smart" and getting hard to use. Clockify does not join that wagon.

There is no grouping for task based. I am former Everhour user and only missing feature is this. But this is okay because I can see what time I spend on my weekly timesheet.
