I am very pleased with this product. I have used other LI tools previously but Closely exceeds most of the expectations.

Inbox messages, as for now, can only be archived but not deleted.

I have used a few other LinkedIn automation tools already, and Closely matched them in terms of intuitiveness, ease of use and specifically, the cloud-based platform it provides.

You don't need to keep logging into LinkedIn for the automation to start, which is always a huge time saver.

Automation is slow, but that's a good thing keeping the LinkedIn limits in mind.

Unfortunately, the tool lacks some important features.

1. Messaging group members without a connection request

2. We cannot create automations based on rules or conditions. Also, the time between follow-up messages can only be a minimum of 1 day. There is no flexibility in terms of the gap between two messages.

3. The "Invite by email" campaign had a lot of issues. I do not know if we can run those campaigns now.

The downside is that Closely is a bit pricey. However, it's worth it if you're running a lot of LinkedIn campaigns.

This tool made it easy and quick to set up an automation campaign. The dialog box walks you through setting up and gives you all the necessary options. Also, it's great that the inbox is built into the tool because it means everything is in one place. So long as everything is set up properly, I have to ensure the campaign is successful and check the response rate every so often. I don't have to leave LinkedIn open in my browser as with other chrome-based LinkedIn automation applications.

Sometimes, the LinkedIn import tool doesn't get all of the search results from LinkedIn. Closely says this is normal because LinkedIn doesn't always let you see all the profiles that come up in a search. But the good thing about Closely is that they are helpful, keep an eye on the import feature, and try to improve it.
