Overall, It's been a great experience. It has come a long way since I used it first time and it's only growing + they have the best support staff.

My experience with closely has been great so far, I would've loved if they included a cold email module to send out mails directly from the app.

Purchased 1 code in Appsumo and had a chance to try out the product, and I already looking forward to buy an extra code today. Closely is one of the useful product I got in Appsumo and based on my interaction with them. They are very helpful and committed in improving the product even more.

They are quite new and there's still some functionality that can be implemented.

- There are very few cons, but perhaps adding in the ability to integrate closely with campaigns from other tools like Lemlist?

It's a pretty straight-forward process. The UX and UI are great. I like the simplicity of the software. All you need to do is set up your campaign and let it run.

I like the fact that I can set up a campaign and just log off and let the software do the work. So far, I'm getting a 14% conversion rate for Connection Requests to Requests Accepted - all on autopilot. This takes a load off my outreach efforts. Highly recommended.
