B2B Business Outreach has always been a challenge for a Solopreneur or even when I got a helper on the side! I needed an easy way to automate that first handshake to a prospect whilst sounding human. Closely helps me do this in a very easy, intuitive fashion.

Closely Pros:
(1) a cloud based tool that mimics human conversations better than others I tried in the past
(2) warms up and then keeps tag and track of the LinkedIn limits of daily outreaches when growing
(3) scaling via (autopilot) automation and sequences within the ambit of LinkedIn rules
(4) ability to send personalized messages - I kind of combine this with my ai writing tool to get some good results
(5) Closely interface isn't complicated - easy and intuitive
(6) Closely quietly works away in the background - since its cloud based, not a memory intensive app
(7) Looking forward to the continuous roadmap being delivered

Closely Cons:
(1) Not able to relate to their (optional) scraping tool - it could have been better integrated with the automation side of things - or maybe I am yet to discover some hidden feature as they release another update?
(2) Not sure if same client can be managed well between two LindkedIn accounts managed by the team
(3) Closely could give a quota system to divide up the limits between multiple campaigns. Without this, we can run only one campaign at a time per LinkedIn account

Closely has a really nice interface for LinkedIn campaigns. You can easily keep track of your campaign's progress and make changes on the fly. This makes it a great tool for managing LinkedIn campaigns.That said, it's important to keep in mind that Closely is only useable for LinkedIn Outreach. So if you're looking for a tool to help with other social media platforms, then this isn't the right choice for you.

The built in throttle for the outreach campaigns is very effective. They give you a projection on how long it will take to increase your total contacts. This slowly warms up LinkedIn so you don't look like a spammer and it is very effective.

Simple interface, quick to setup and effective. Closely has an intelligent set of rules to follow that make it a successful piece of software.

I would like to see more campaign types as well as automatic responses for Birthdays, Promotions or Job changes so you can consistently engage your current network.

Overall, it is a fantastic tool to connect to people and find leads in a specific industry. Highly recommended!

This is the biggest problem that Closely solves for me. Its ability to allow me to manage leads and run campaigns from multiple accounts with only a few clicks, and from a single dashboard, saves me hours. Better put it increases my efficiency, which means that I can increases my volume, which in turn improves my success rate.

The thing I like best about Closely is how it enhances the Linkedin experience by making it friendlier for prospecting rather than networking. Why is that? Linkedin started as a networking platform that its users turned into much more. Unfortunately, the UX hasn't kept pace with user needs making the features offered by the platform somewhat convoluted or lacking. This is where Closely shines; it strips out a lot of what Linkedin is and focuses on prospecting and content management with an easy-to-understand interface focused on these simple goals.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Closely because it focuses on what it does best. The issue for me, however, is that it uses methods of data collection that may violate Linkedin's terms of service and could cause possible account suspension. Closely has processes in place and onboarding to help mitigate this, but it still leaves me feeling uneasy using some of the features. The trade-off, however, is worth the minor risk.

So far this tool beats any other tool that I’ve used to connect in LinkedIn. Purchasing this on the app sumo for this price has just been absolutely amazing.

I just got Closely and I love it. The quick start guide gave me every bit of info I needed to get started and the tool is so simple to use.

So far I have not found any negative aspects to this program.

I love the product very much. First of all it's easy to use and the video library on different ways to maximize the power of closely is immense.

The professional looks of the app, and the super easy use. It's not only bulk growth hacking your network, but a useful app to find people with the same interest that you have.

The app could use some kind of dashboard, but I think that it's coming soon!

The interface is clean and the ability to enrich data with email using the chrome extension adds to the functionality. Overall the tool seems well thought out and researched. Let's hope the road map is implemented and we do get more features to stay at the top of our game.

I have used quite a few other LinkedIn Automation tools - Closely with its ability to use multiple accounts, warm-up feature to keep accounts safe, and facility to find prospects from relevant posts stand out for me.

Would like to see more personalization options, including images and video personalization integration, Also cross channel followup is something that is needed, especially emails.

I sell books and I need someone to reach out to libraries and schools for me. This tool get me several replies on LinkedIn that can generate me thousands per month.

It just works! It only take me only 15 mins to set up, and all I need to do is just wait, and then leads will answer after several days.

Nothing yet, after all, a tool that gives out result is a tool worth to buy.

The clear Pro is how easy it is to set up Closely and optimize it later on. It's very good in Design and UI.

Closely has a great and active team with an active facebook community, can hopefully be as good as Expandi soon.

Not so much about the tool, but about the LinkedIn guidelines about the email verification.

Fewer emails after the onboarding... felt overwhelmed.

Another big plus is that Closely is cloud-based, which is huge for me. I can't stand to extra tabs/browser windows open all day long.

Closely is a great tool with a lot of potential. However, there are some features that are missing. For example, the ability to remove connection requests, or upload a list of 1st degree connections for a campaign.

Overall I can recommend using this tool for growth and to connect with specific people. I have not used all features yet, but will try out soon.

I like the simplicity of use, basically you just got to set up your campaigns in less than 3 minutes and afterwards it runs on autopilot day after day.

At the moment I wish there are more custom variables like {company} which can paste the company our lead is currently working in.
