In a short period of time in my use, closely works fine for my needs. Closely is Great, But it’s not perfect.

Being able to manage my inbox better has been a godsend, Linkedin's inboxing is so bad. I really enjoy that it's just able to take some of the mundane tasks away and is freeing up time for our sales people to concentrate on calls.

The interface needs a touch of paint but the guys are responsive to any problems that arise and help actively to fix things.
