I set up two accounts, initially just my main one for a few months and recently a second one that I can manage alone or concurrently in the internal CRM.
Right now I am only using the system to a small part of its potential mainly for new connections because I have been on lk for a short time, and I can't keep up with the new features but I plan to use a good half of it, especially the CRM with which I will manage separately from the corporate CRM where I have active customers. Support is fast and helpful, they also provided me with business/sales advice for specific use in my industry, and I must say they know what they are talking about.

It has many functions, some recently implemented, others adapted in a very short time to the recent changes in Linkedin, however, the interface is immediately user-friendly, you will not need to schedule a slot of a few hours to learn how to use it: you are up and running in five minutes.
The company, the community behind it, and the roadmap are always on point. I also know the company for lat their saas software, plus I have found Closely to be more immediately usable than other software for the exact same use.
We entrepreneurs don't have time, so it is important to be up and running right away.

You can also download emails and phone contacts of contacts you would like to get in touch with, in some cases sourcing them outside of Linkedin but fully compliant with international privacy regulations.

Some competitor features are still in the roadmap, but working by priority, those most voted by users will be available. Fortunately, they recently added an internal CRM to easily manage contacts, and they have a smart system with tags as well.

Overall I'm happy to keep using this app. Haven't faced any real issues yet, and development is fast. so happy customer.

Closely is very easy to use, and all details are pretty straight forward. What I'm looking for is an easier way to set steps (follow request, message, endorsement, like last post, comment last post, etc.). but with the speed it gets developed I'm sure we'll be fine.

Sometimes the backend is still buggy. Note that this is a startup and they got a ton of clients lately. But they get there. Support is usually fast and ok.

Mainly, we have been using closely for guest blog outreaching and my marketing team is using for cold emailing. Closely is great addition to our tool list.

Finding leads become breeze.
Ability to search using multiple filters meaning if you don't know the exact name of the lead, you can search concerned person using their company search. I personally like to see all my LinkedIn contacts in "My Network".

I haven't seen any challenge using this product however If I have to give one cons, I would say it should reveal my network LinkedIn contacts' email right in the Closely. IMO this is free in the LinkedIn.

I got the lifetime deal and I'm happy with it. Usually I would just buy a deal and never use the product but Closely actually delivered on the promises.

Closely makes LinkedIn automation simple. I can easily schedule campaigns to connect with people and it works flawlessly.

They are adding some features that are not really necessary in my opinion (eg. the lead database) but it doesn't affect my experience of the other features so that's fine.

Great product that helped me growing my LinkedIn account 43% in less than a month. The UI is great and you can manage multiple accounts from one place. They will provide team access in the future, too. If the team delivers on the roadmap it will be among the best LinkedIn tools.

One of the best UIs of any LinkedIn tools I have seen so far. Very easy to use, no need to read through articles or watch videos. Everything is straightforward.

There are some missing features that I personally need that are missing.
1. Sending messages to non-connected group members without connecting
2. Combining group and Sales Navigator searched. Right now, you can just select a group and the tool will randomly try to connect to people from that group. I want to combine it with a Sales Navigator search, so I can choose location and such, so the tool only tries to connect to the right people.

I give it a 5 star review because of all of the functionality Closely has. The customer service is excellent and I believe in their product. (that's why I got 8 accounts running now and am looking to add 3x that amount in the near future:))

email campaigns were deprecated and we can no longer grow our network at scale thanks to LinkedIn's new update.

I'm mainly using the tool for connecting and to automate the first touch msg. I've found that the tool shines there and saves me loads of time. Tried the contact data extraction. That works great as well.

Vast database with great data quality. Excellent Linkedin automation and explorer features. A good amount of tutorials and supporting documentation. All the features I tried showed to be solid!

I have noticed a few bugs, but nothing serious enough to jeopardize my LinkedIn account.
