We are very Happy with CodeTwo. The goal we wanted to achieve was for the whole company to present itself in a unified manner. We have succeeded in doing so.

Easy to Setup and integrate into an MS365 Tenant. We use the Hybrid Configuration and the Wizard creates everything correctly.
Signatures are easy to create and the Placeholders are a powerful tool.

If you have users with multiple accounts, shared mailboxes, and multiple signatures at once, setting up can be challenging, but it's possible.

We now organize our signatures with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 and this program helps us a lot. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is easy to use and has many options for creating and managing signatures. This is very easy with the templates available in the system.

Many things are self-explanatory. The navigation is user-friendly, and sorting and managing the signatures is also self-explanatory. If you don't know your way around, the support is great to help or you can watch one of the good videos about functions.

One little thing: Quickly integrate call to actions into placeholders actually not usable.

The overall experience is very good. the employee from the marketing department is also very happy with this tool. Disclaimers can be easily changed and added. I think the price-performance ratio is very good. They have a very good and fast support.

the initial configuration was really easy and since then there were no problems. It is very simple to use for the user. the adaption and changing of an signature template is very easy.

the sync of a new AD-Group needs some time, but if the structure you need is once set up the little issue becomes irrelevant

CodeTwo was very easy to understand right from the start, and it is also very easy to manage. The support team also responds very quickly.

You cannot directly select whether you do not want to have a signature on a particular client, but I have regulated this with a rule in the Exchange Connector.

The option to increase licences is also simple and we certainly haven't used all of CodeTwo's options yet.

CodeTwo makes it much easier to have standardised and uniform email signatures. This ensures that the current signature is used at all times and you can design and activate signatures specifically for individual users.

We've been using CodeTwo for several months now, and our experience has been consistently positive. Payment isn’t that straightforward — we ran into an issue with credit card support on the site. But the support team is great and responds quickly, so it’s not a big deal.

CodeTwo is a very good signature software. We have been successfully operating several customers with CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro for years and are gradually migrating them to Signatures 365. We have opened many support tickets in all this time and have always been able to speak of professional support that works in a solution-oriented manner.
The connection to M365 is very simple and intuitive to use.
Handling HTML formatted texts and other properties can be a bit tricky in Signatures 365.
However, we will continue to rely on CodeTwo here in the future.

It's designed to be super simple, so that, for example, the marketing team can now adjust the design themselves. Me as IT Engineer only need to help if something needs to be done on the Exchange or Active Directory

We haven't had any issues with the product. It's very easy to use.

I used to use a server-based program which bolted into my AD. They had no KB, no support, no billing flexibility. Now we're with C2 and literally everything works a lot better, without using so much of my time.

C2 makes everything a lot easier to manage.
I'm the account owner, but the whole marketing and IT teams have access to create, edit, distribute templates out to our employees.

Originally I wasn't a big fan of how templates are distributed, but once you get used to it, things are actually quite simple.

Great product, great support with many customizable options. Saves users time when emailing because they don't have to add their contact info in the signature and allows us to brand our emails.

Many options to customize signatures and disclaimers. Pulls user information directly from Active Directory.

They don't have phone support. Though email support is fast, courteous and gets to the resolution quickly.

It is straightforward to integrate with Azure AD and configure. Preparation of signature templates is also effortless as there are pre-defined templates you can use to adjust to the company needs.

Last but not least, it does not require any additional management software. Management is done via the web application.

Fast and reliable. Cloud based managing and support also replies fast to your issue if you have them at all.

It is cloud based. Easy in the managing different signatures for different companies. Licensing is easy to manage with Office365 groups.

Have not found them yet. For us this software had more features than the previous one.
