PositiveI like the option of this application very much. You can create any signature you can dream of, add images and link website.

Very useful signature software
Date: Dec 16 2021SummaryFor the product you need to buy a number of users/licenses. It would be nice that when this number is exceeded that it continues to work for all users for a certain period of time (grace period of e.g. on month). Because then you can more easily see how many licenses you really need.
PositiveSoftware is easy to install and easy to use. All configuration can be done in a browser without installing software.
NegativeDeployment of the modern CodeTwo Signatures Web Add-in works only with Outlook as part of an office 365 subscription. This type of deployment does not work (yet) with standalone versions of Outlook (with perpetual licenses).
