CodeTwo email signatures for O365 has been a massive blessing for our Marketing and IT department. Being able to centrally manage and keep signatures consistent has helped our brand (and my OCD).

Super easy to setup and get started with. The interface is intuitive and has tons of options. I have been very impressed with the new autoresponder feature also.

We have been using CodeTwo for more than 6 months and to be honest I haven’t come across any cons as of yet.

Design interface is easy to use and good email features for organization branding. Always great support.

The Process and management is very user-friendly. It's easy to implement with office 365 solution. The support team is valuable.

At the moment, we cannot complain about Code Two Email Signatures. There is nothing I dislike about the product.

Nice look, easy to install on phones and computer. I wish the pricing was a bit better or part of the overall 365 licence.

I like that you can upload your design and easy to make changes. I like that the cellphone requires no set up.

Wish it was a bit cheaper so we could provide it to all our employees. For a small business its quite expensive when you figure in the 365 licence and that it is in USD

I love CodeTwo and I really think it is the best solution for central HTML signature management. this is why I design and refer all of my interested customers to CodeTwo.

CodeTwo offers a product that has great flexibility by nature since all of the HTML background code is editable. They also have an awesome HTML specialist team for help with specific questions regarding the design.

The online web editor needs a lot of work because it doesn't allow you to have complete control over the tiny details of the design. Though this is easily avoidable by writing the HTML code manually instead.

This application gives a professional appearance to the company's email communication. CodeTwo Email Signature for Office365 is a real added value and is part of the company marketing strategy.

Easy implementation, good value for money, platform independent and uniform for the entire organization and great features, good support and still in development.

The use of the designer is sometimes difficult, this must be improved.

Initially, we were only allowed one local admin, which caused some difficulties. They recently remedied that shortcoming.

I enjoy not having to think about my email signature anymore! CodeTwo has a fantastic Sales and Service team who are professional, friendly and they get back to me in a timely manner.

I would prefer to be able to see the cost of our tenants subscriptions on the main tenant page, but that is the only 'con' that I have experienced with CodeTwo.

I configured the product independently since its use is really easy and when I found myself making mistakes in the settings, the support immediately helped me solve the problem. I like the option of this application very much. You can create any signature you can dream of, add images and link website.

I am not a fan of subscribing to a program, but I guess the pricing is fair.

For the product you need to buy a number of users/licenses. It would be nice that when this number is exceeded that it continues to work for all users for a certain period of time (grace period of e.g. on month). Because then you can more easily see how many licenses you really need.

Software is easy to install and easy to use. All configuration can be done in a browser without installing software.

Deployment of the modern CodeTwo Signatures Web Add-in works only with Outlook as part of an office 365 subscription. This type of deployment does not work (yet) with standalone versions of Outlook (with perpetual licenses).

We love this tool and recommend it to our customers. We even use this ourselves! Highly recommended if you are looking for a centrally managed signature tool.

There are not any that I have come across. Everything works great and if we have ever had an issue the support team have resolved our issues the same day.

This tool gives our support desk a comfortable positions when helping our clients setting up uniformed signatures.
It's a professional boost for us as reseller but also, and foremost, for our customers.
