The tool is easy to implement, configure and change. You can set up a variety of rules and templates which makes it very versatile.
If you reach out to the support team you can be sure to always speak to a professional which makes troubleshooting so much easier.

Using Server-Side Mode wont show your signature while typing mails. This sometimes confuses users.

Brilliant product, brilliant support, easy to roll out and the outlook addon allows you to see your signature before attached which is a big plus.

Works as intended we have not had any issues rolling it out and any queries we've had support has been brilliant answering.

No cons just does what is advertised and have had no issues during the roll out.

It is a good tool to centralize the signature for everyone in the company and update it at any time without the user even noticing it. Highly recommended!

Easy to manage, have a built-in design that you can preview, and also it is easy to add or remove the license.

Simplicity of this software is amazing. Very easy to use and understand. The ability to see signatures in real time is another feature we like with this product.

It is easy to integrate a tenant, and the provided tool for creating Signatures is easy to use and very intuitive. The permission management is also excellent though out with using active directory groups or users.

The only downside right now is the fact that there is no add in for Outlook for Mac because a lot of users are Mac users, especially for a team with large marketing and design department.
Changes made from the integrated apps setting on office admin center take a while to deploy, especially when adding new users to the solution.

Very happy with the product so far once all is setup and configured. Doesn't seem to be a product you have to take care of constantly.

It's a set and forget solution. Once all is setup theres no need for admin tasks anymore. I really like the easy signature designer as well. Will be appreciated by those in our company that will update them down the path since they are not very good at computer systems.

No support yet for Outlook on macOS. Had to manually setup exchange connectors, for some reason the automatic setup didn't work in our tenant.

Very good tool. Everyone feels comfortable using it and it is very easy to make changes and rollout your signatures.

It is easy to use and the price is also quite fair. The structure of the tool lets you start right away, without hassle or any training needed.

As far I can not really find any cons. The interface could be a bit more modern, but this is just my impression.

CodeTwo is a super easy email signature tool. It is highly customizable, too. We use the hybrid solution to handle any mail client. The signature design tool is also very intuitive.

The options. It handles server-side, client-side, or hybrid setup. You can easily configure special signatures for marketing campaigns. You can easily setup different signatures for internal or external users.

I wish the Outlook plugin could automatically distinguish between internal or external email.

Overall, our experience with CodeTwo has been extremely good. After setting up our tenant, the steps to creating the desired results were easy to achieve. We all were very impressed with the ease of use and quality of such an elegant solution.

As a CIO, finding a product that just works is always desired. Using CodeTwo for our email signatures was perhaps one of the best technology purchases we have made in many years. It was easy to set up, make changes, and overall a very light IT lift to create a professional.

None that I know of... all was as expected. Our team had little trouble getting up to speed on the platform.

I recommend to use it as it's features rich and easy to configure and use. Support services are good.

Easy to use and configure. Has many templates admins and users could select from. Easy to integrate with Microsoft Office 365.

Dynamic signature preview is not yet available. Will be good to have in future releases.

Ability to assign signature design rights to individual users or groups. aka marking. Thy don't need to be exchange admin rights holders to update templates.
You can synchronize and utilize custom AD attributes.
I absolutely love the time/date rule for adding on extra into to signatures. Setup yearly notices what auto appear based on the time of year is fantastic.

Not able to change an embedded hyperlinks within a replace text the dreaded default Get Outlook Mobile.

It is a very nice cloud signature tool. Users don't have to manage a signature and it doesn't matter which device sends it as the email goes out from the sender and picks the signature assigned to the user as per membership.

We are give trial to test out the features we need. Prompt response from the support if there is any issue.
Lots of signature templates to choose from, combo rules etc and we can easily manage the users who we want to license or not. Quickly copy rules and test them out.

The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to provide many tools like the graph tool to help identify where the issue was. Lots of great reference materials and links were provided making it easier to troubleshoot.

Not much really if I had to pick anything it was the time difference that my tech was on from the eastern standard time zone I am in.

Overall my experience has been great. CodeTwo delivers the signature within seconds of the email going through.

We have brand consistency that can be centrally administered. A benefit here is that each user doesn't need to take the time to set up their own signatures.

There aren't any major cons that have come to mind.

If you have a lot of users in your company, I recommend that you consider deploying this product, as it will save you a lot of time, as well as improve your company's visual identity. You'll find that email signatures worries will be a thing of the past.

Controlling licenses in use could be easier, but it's nothing you can't control the way you need to.

An easy-to-use solution with a lot of ancillary features to solve issues related to deploying consistent, branded email signatures company-wide. Works great on Mac now too.

Nothing major. Sometimes retina logos can be downscaled when the image is embedded into Outlook. Also the notification that appears when a signature is automatically inserted seems unnecessary.

My overall experience with CodeTwo signatures has been very positive. Their support is top. My last ticket was solved in merely 2 hours.

If you run into problems, their support is very quick and helpful.

Can't think of any cons immediately, it could always be cheaper I guess ;)
