I find this CRM super easy to use. The support team are excellent. it is far more robust than people might think especially at this price point, It does everything i need and much much more. Well worth the price.

I love the automations, landing pages, email templates and ease of creating professional looking emails, forms, appointments capabilities and socials.

I would like to see folders for automations the same way there are folders for templates.
The landing pages can be a bit clunky to use and there can sometimes be a strange translation between desktop and mobile view. But the support team are always there to assist.

Our overall experience has been very good so far, customer support is quick and all of the functionality we need is included.

Easy to use solution, does what we need and allows us to build landing pages and data capture with ease.

The CRM is full of features and also has interactive dashboards that provides good analytics that help us focus on important lead information. The best part is the email template builder using which we can create the best templates using the drag and drop builder.

I had a great experience using this CRM. It is less expensive CRM with the best email marketing features in the market. I can't think of any better tool than this at this price point.

The Platform has all I need in one place. I use the CRM and the automations to manage my campaigns and the Service module allows me to answer emails and reply to chats. Everything is saved in the platform making it easier to see past interactions with clients and prospects.

The limit on emails I could send at the beginning but this has increased gradually.

EngageBay is a really simple platform to use. Overall it is a very user-friendly. Having tested many CRM systems I found this to be the best. I was able to upload 25k contacts with in few minutes where as it takes an hour in other systems.

It was a little challenging at times to setup the email sequences as it lacks the option to change the order of emails in the sequence.
