    I find this CRM super easy to use. The support team are excellent. it is far more robust than people might think especially at this price point, It does everything i need and much much more. Well worth the price.

    Overall, I had a really positive experience. The initial on-boarding and presentation were very educational and demonstrated how EngageBay could fulfill our needs at a very affordable price.

    Their live chat and customer service is amazing compared to when I was at salesforce and had to wait days for a ticket to be answered. Questions are answered so much quicker and projects can move along faster with their support of their product.
