This product came as a surprise at the price point and features it offers. I was a HubSpot user and was searching for a decent alternative to save money. I evaluated EngageBay and found it to be a good alternative.

Honestly I did not find that cons considering the price and what it offers. It'll be good to have few more integrations though.

After evaluating dozens of platforms to use for my business am really satisfied with my decision to go ahead with EngageBay. Being a HubSpot users, I was always concerned about the price akin to every small business owner. But I am really glad to have found EngageBay, it has allowed me to streamline all my processes under a single umbrella and my team is just loving. Strongly recommend this to every one looking for a CRM, Marketing Automation platform.

It is a fully integrated platform with all the features you need for your marketing, sales and service. To add to it, they also have a live chat feature.

Though the platform has many features, it would be good to have a knowledge base where one can learn about all the features and how to use them. Having said that, their support is always available to answer your questions.

Great to have all your systems in one place. Has live chat, email marketing, and so much more to bring it together.

Set up is a little difficult but it's not terrible.

It has wide functionality that allows you to do multi-functional business activities that includes marketing and help desk. One thing I really liked about this tool is its live chat service for the help desk.

EngageBay has tons of capabilities that ensure everything can be managed. Using EngageBay you can manage CRM, help desk, email and social media marketing from the same software. Its marketing strategy and lead manager works great.

The only downside of EngageBay is its weak marketing reports.

Overall product is satisfactory and affordable to bring all sales, marketing and support needs into one platform.

Having minimal third party integrations. Seems they are actively working on them. Hope will add soon.

Overall it is good software. I would recommend you to try it, I am sure you would love it. They have lifetime free subscription as well.

- Affordable software (I love EngageBay pricing). Earlier I used to pay $29/month for 500 subscribers for only marketing software. But now with the same price, I got 50,000 subscribers with marketing, sales, live chat, & help desk software which is really helping me a lot.

I am looking for Shopify integration which is not there but they said it is in the review stage and will be available soon. Waiting for it.
