    This product came as a surprise at the price point and features it offers. I was a HubSpot user and was searching for a decent alternative to save money. I evaluated EngageBay and found it to be a good alternative.

    After evaluating dozens of platforms to use for my business am really satisfied with my decision to go ahead with EngageBay. Being a HubSpot users, I was always concerned about the price akin to every small business owner. But I am really glad to have found EngageBay, it has allowed me to streamline all my processes under a single umbrella and my team is just loving. Strongly recommend this to every one looking for a CRM, Marketing Automation platform.

    Though the platform has many features, it would be good to have a knowledge base where one can learn about all the features and how to use them. Having said that, their support is always available to answer your questions.

    Overall it is good software. I would recommend you to try it, I am sure you would love it. They have lifetime free subscription as well.

    - Affordable software (I love EngageBay pricing). Earlier I used to pay $29/month for 500 subscribers for only marketing software. But now with the same price, I got 50,000 subscribers with marketing, sales, live chat, & help desk software which is really helping me a lot.
    - Easy to use
    - No need to pay for multiple software to run your business.
    - Fantastic support

    I am looking for Shopify integration which is not there but they said it is in the review stage and will be available soon. Waiting for it.
