    I like the simplicity and ease of use of this CRM. I can easily manage my contacts and deals. Their deal kanban view gives a clear picture of the deal stages. Apart from all of these they have a fantastic customer support that I have ever seen. Their are always available with in few seconds and help us with screenshots and video recordings followed by screen sharing calls.

    I helps me to manage my contacts, deals and track my emails. I can easily import my contacts using a CSV file and create deals on them and move to different stages. I also helps me to track the emails opens and clicks and create a list of those interested clients to follow up with them.

    It is very easy to set up compared to other CRMs I have used. Importing my contacts and syncing with HubSpot is very easy. It will also sync your Outlook calendar. I also like the interface. The UX is amazing compared to other CRMs I've used. The client promotion feature is easy to use with all Mailchimp/Pardot features. Customer support is excellent, with quick responses and 24-hour fixes, but issues are rare..
