Best CRM Tool for Sales & Marketing
Date: Jun 23 2024SummaryI like the simplicity and ease of use of this CRM. I can easily manage my contacts and deals. Their deal kanban view gives a clear picture of the deal stages. Apart from all of these they have a fantastic customer support that I have ever seen. Their are always available with in few seconds and help us with screenshots and video recordings followed by screen sharing calls.
PositiveEngageBay CRM has lot of "Pros". I like the simplicity of the CRM. It helps me to manage my contacts and deals with an ease. It offers 360 degree contact view which gives all the details of the contact.
NegativeThe option to import deals is a bit tricky but their customer support team helped on this and so far I had no issues.

I also helps me to track the emails opens and clicks and create a list of those interested clients to follow up with them.
PositiveI like the fact that all features are accessible and I can fully utilize a CRM that runs my business smoothly. I used it to manage my contacts, deals and track the emails and it does this perfectly.
NegativeIt has all the features that are needed for me but it lacks a few things like autosaving of email. At times when the browser crashes all the data is lost as there is no auto save and we need to create it again from scratch.

I also like the interface. The UX is amazing compared to other CRMs I've used. The client promotion feature is easy to use with all Mailchimp/Pardot features. Customer support is excellent, with quick responses and 24-hour fixes, but issues are rare..
