The tool uses advanced algorithms and techniques to optimize data transfer and minimize the time it takes to complete replication tasks and also the users can specify which files and folders to replicate, set up filters to exclude certain types of files, and control the bandwidth usage of the software. This makes it easy to tailor the software to specific needs and preferences.

Infrequently, there are errors that I can't understand.

It helps to copy files in just a few clicks, no need for command-line tools and no need to wast time.

I like its interface and simplicity in the approach of copying files from a local PC to another PC in another place.

I like the available features in this copy tool that can work with any copy project.

The tool is only in English which is not suitable for other countries!

The great benefit to Gs RichCopy to others that you can backed up your files in multiple locations from a separate locations fast. It is just what I needed for my work.

The software is easy to use and intuitive, with many useful features, accuracy, very reasonable price, quick response time from the support team and the time taken to take incremental backup is really fast.

Nothing that I've came across and I will update my review in the future if I find any problem.

It is the best file copy tool do accurate file verification. After copying files, it can thoroughly check that the source and destination files are exactly the same by comparing checksums. This ensures that there are no errors in the copying process and provides peace of mind for important file transfers. The verification process can even fix errors automatically by recopying only the problematic files.

It provides a high degree of control over how files are copied. It has options to control the number of threads used for copying to maximize speed on your system configuration. Nothing bad about GS RichCopy and all features we used are very accurate in their purpose.

GS RichCopy 360 is very easy to use, even for beginners. The interface is clean and the documentation is comprehensive. I've never had any problems setting up or using the software.

Gs RichCopy 360 is one of the tools which helps to continue the work very smoothly. Synchronizing and backup are very imported for our job because of dealing with a lot of project-related documents and these documents are the most important part to increase the businesses of the company.
It is the best for syncing to servers and clouds like it helps to copy from windows server 2016 to Windows Server 2019 and also to OneDrive cloud.

Syncing a file server to a another server and syncing file to OneDrive cloud storage is easy, also it is easy to configure the software and extremely reliable.

I love the auto scheduling of the sync and backup, the warning messages are also clear and running as a service features is great it allows a Laptop to act as the hero to sync between servers, servers and cloud storage like OneDrive.

The enterprise version seemed quite expensive as compared to the standard version if just talking about copy from server to server or to cloud.

All parts of the software is excellent and nothing to worry about.

We recently had to do some transferring of data between two 4 TB portable HDDs /NAS and our laptop, and GS RichCopy 360 was the suitable tool to do this work.

And I would to add that GS RichCopy 360 offers CRC checking as part of the file copy process, and it works pretty well.

Worth every single penny, works as expected, faster than standard Windows copy, and copy files with CRC Errors. GS RichCopy 360 is a real God send for me, and is now my all time favorite software.

No problems faced during the use of this tool, it is excellent.

And I would say the installation process was smooth and quick. It took only a few minutes to download and install the software on my computer. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. I was able to navigate through the various features and settings with ease.
And using real-time file synchronization was a great experience. This feature ensures that any changes made to a file in one location are automatically updated in the other location. I would focus on 4 points:

The filtering system is easy to use, and I can set up multiple filters for each transfer.
- It provides detailed logs and reports of each transfer. This is helpful for tracking the progress of a transfer, identifying any errors or issues, and ensuring that the transfer was successful. The logs are easy to read and understand, and I can export them to a CSV file for further analysis.
- Lastly, the customer support team at GS RichCopy 360 is exceptional. They are knowledgeable and responsive, and they have helped me resolve any issues or questions I had promptly.

The price! but as a one-time purchase software, it is not a big deal.

We recently needed to consolidate a number of files from my Box account over to Dropbox. With tens of thousands of files totaling over 40GB, downloading and re-uploading everything manually wasn't practical and we started searching for tools that could automate the process of copying files between these two cloud services.

I don't really have any cons for now and I can update my review in the future if any cons appears.

GS RichCopy 360 not supports versioning and I informed them to take care of this in the coming update

The need for syncing a large files at once in easy and fast way made us to search and to use a rich backup tool like GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise which make me feel safe while syncing to SharePoint online or OneDrive.

Full featured sync tool especially the GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise. It integrates with the cloud accounts simply, so we can easily backup audio files over internet.

The enterprise edition is high priced, I need just the price of required features for syncing to SP and OneDrive.

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise has most definitely improved our organization because it saves the IT a lot of headache. You can back up at many different ways, but this is the perfect way to keep a customer and a company in compliance in that they've got their data backup in a secure way.

It is able to backup data to NAS and clouds encrypted as needed, the jobs are easy to manage and it is good at job monitoring and reports plus the good support.

It is expensive for the enterprise edition.

GS RichCopy is a great program for desktop and server backup for large businesses , and I would to say that our backup system was less than desirable, and it failed often. GS RichCopy Enterprise solved that problem and we can verify that backups are done daily.

Provides a good price for the value when it comes to desktop and server backup, easy to configure, fairly fast, the backup is automatic and runs in the background, and the support agents were very courteous and professional.

I have been using GS RichCopy for over 2 years and have never had any problem.

Syncing specific files was not easy for us, Robocopy didn't give us an easy way to just copy specific files, and we found Gs Richcopy 360 which gave us very powerful features to execute our backup tasks, it was an amazing experience

I am impressed with some features like it has an easy interface, easy implementation, multiple features to sync to computers and clouds easily.

Just the name. It was very difficult to spell at first.

Gs RichCopy 360 is just what I needed to copy a specific files from folder into another folder. Really the best feature for me that it has the ability to do back up for large multi-file and folder and then only update the changed or new files/folders. Really it was a good choice.

It is a real-time saver and the price is handy, Also the ease of use is one of its Pros. The quick response time from the Support team makes me always comfortable.

Nothing comes to my mind now, maybe they should support Unix and Linux.

We were searching for an inexpensive app to copy our folders and all types of files, we found GS RichCopy 360 and we found many features than we need, and it works very good over the last 3 years with us.

I used GS RichCopy 360 three years ago and I can say that it was quick, works as I need, works very well with NAS. very workable to move files from the crashed drives, helps save more time replicating highest data synchronization over multiple devices, allows verification of file's moved or copied and can copy from multiple source folders into one destination folder.

None until now and we are working on running this app on all our servers now.
