Gs RichCopy 360 is one of the tools which helps to continue the work very smoothly. Synchronizing and backup are very imported for our job because of dealing with a lot of project-related documents and these documents are the most important part to increase the businesses of the company.
It is the best for syncing to servers and clouds like it helps to copy from windows server 2016 to Windows Server 2019 and also to OneDrive cloud.

Syncing a file server to a another server and syncing file to OneDrive cloud storage is easy, also it is easy to configure the software and extremely reliable.

I love the auto scheduling of the sync and backup, the warning messages are also clear and running as a service features is great it allows a Laptop to act as the hero to sync between servers, servers and cloud storage like OneDrive.

The enterprise version seemed quite expensive as compared to the standard version if just talking about copy from server to server or to cloud.

And I would to add that GS RichCopy 360 offers CRC checking as part of the file copy process, and it works pretty well.

Worth every single penny, works as expected, faster than standard Windows copy, and copy files with CRC Errors. GS RichCopy 360 is a real God send for me, and is now my all time favorite software.

I would focus on 4 points:

- Lastly, the customer support team at GS RichCopy 360 is exceptional. They are knowledgeable and responsive, and they have helped me resolve any issues or questions I had promptly.

The price! but as a one-time purchase software, it is not a big deal.

We recently needed to consolidate a number of files from my Box account over to Dropbox. I don't really have any cons for now and I can update my review in the future if any cons appears.

GS RichCopy 360 not supports versioning and I informed them to take care of this in the coming update

The need for syncing a large files at once in easy and fast way made us to search and to use a rich backup tool like GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise which make me feel safe while syncing to SharePoint online or OneDrive.

Full featured sync tool especially the GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise. It integrates with the cloud accounts simply, so we can easily backup audio files over internet.

The enterprise edition is high priced, I need just the price of required features for syncing to SP and OneDrive.

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise has most definitely improved our organization because it saves the IT a lot of headache. You can back up at many different ways, but this is the perfect way to keep a customer and a company in compliance in that they've got their data backup in a secure way.

It is able to backup data to NAS and clouds encrypted as needed, the jobs are easy to manage and it is good at job monitoring and reports plus the good support.

It is expensive for the enterprise edition.

GS RichCopy is a great program for desktop and server backup for large businesses , and I would to say that our backup system was less than desirable, and it failed often. GS RichCopy Enterprise solved that problem and we can verify that backups are done daily.

Provides a good price for the value when it comes to desktop and server backup, easy to configure, fairly fast, the backup is automatic and runs in the background, and the support agents were very courteous and professional.

I have been using GS RichCopy for over 2 years and have never had any problem.

Syncing specific files was not easy for us, Robocopy didn't give us an easy way to just copy specific files, and we found Gs Richcopy 360 which gave us very powerful features to execute our backup tasks, it was an amazing experience

I am impressed with some features like it has an easy interface, easy implementation, multiple features to sync to computers and clouds easily.

Just the name. It was very difficult to spell at first.

Gs RichCopy 360 is just what I needed to copy a specific files from folder into another folder. Really the best feature for me that it has the ability to do back up for large multi-file and folder and then only update the changed or new files/folders. Really it was a good choice.

It is a real-time saver and the price is handy, Also the ease of use is one of its Pros. The quick response time from the Support team makes me always comfortable.

Nothing comes to my mind now, maybe they should support Unix and Linux.

We were searching for an inexpensive app to copy our folders and all types of files, we found GS RichCopy 360 and we found many features than we need, and it works very good over the last 3 years with us.

I used GS RichCopy 360 three years ago and I can say that it was quick, works as I need, works very well with NAS. very workable to move files from the crashed drives, helps save more time replicating highest data synchronization over multiple devices, allows verification of file's moved or copied and can copy from multiple source folders into one destination folder.

None until now and we are working on running this app on all our servers now.

There was a unique situation where all the remote locations in Europe, all needed to sync files securely to the main branch for reporting purposes. Given that none of the entities involved would allow inbound connections, and that the data was 'sensitive' in nature, a needed solution that would be reliable, automated, and secured on a regular schedule. GS RichCopy was as we expected

It can transfer files over the worst connections, so it is very reliable.
It transfer files accurately and securely.
The GUI is fairly easy and straightforward.

The only thing I don't like about GS RichCopy is that not enough available online material to train especially with how to handle clouds.

We have windows servers and GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is fantastic to make backups. Really simple to configure and practical way. The most charming part about GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is that it works on windows servers and can backup SQL databases.

GS RichCopy 360 is the best tool to migrate files to SharePoint Online. It lots of features and customizations. Great event logging and product support is excellent. Users with minor technical knowledge should be able to use easily. Relatively low cost has made it indispensable in my workplace and the reports can be scheduled for regular backup.

When I said must have copy tool, I mean it. Copy files between our machines required a copy tool like that if we need 0 file loss.
GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is also suitable for small, medium and large businesses and that's what makes it the best for us in the future too.

It works with most of the clouds, if we need to copy from our machine to cloud (Dropbox). Easy to install, easy to configure and easy to follow the progress of your copy.

I think nothing to say, the tool is perfect and inexpensive for what it offers.

Moving a bulk of folders and files to other devices is not easy, so using Gs Richcopy Enterprise was a good choice. However I found it is not easy at first but it gets the job done.
