If you haven't any technical knowledge , don't run away just yet with GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise! Yes, you have to open up the PDF Guide and to understand how to run the tasks , but it really isn't all that hard and I think it's worth the effort.

I love that GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise can synchronize everything very fast and with no limit to the transferred data.

The Ease of use is 3/5 and the German language not supported (we have a German partner).

SharePoint was our target and we were searching for a simple, easy and affordable way for this migration.
Sharegate desktop was used by one of my friends and it was his suggestion, and he also suggested to an alternative "GS RichCopy 360", we made a full comparison between both and we found GS RichCopy is the suitable one for our budget, and after using it, I would to say, it was an excellent choice.
It made our migration to SharePoint more easy and simple, there is no hassle and mistakes.

Comparing to Sharegate price, GS RichCopy is a very inexpensive tool and it does the same thing.
And it has more extra features related to backup and migrations operations.

The design of GS RichCopy 360 in my opinion deserves 4/5.

It is my preferred tool to support four various backup types such as Full backup, Incremental backup, Differential backup, and Files Synchronization. It has the ability to copy my files from/to many computers in local network and to copy to/from remote servers.

We are about to use your software to copy from our servers to Azure Storage, and I know it is easy for your tool. My dream is to make your tool supports copy from cloud to cloud, if this happens, this will be perfect.

I love gs richcopy 360. I have it deployed in prod to serve as a reliable transfer tool of large files from one place to another.
I love the control it offers, and I like that it works great with my Synology.
It is how I keep my Windows important files synchronized to Synology .

My opinion about gs richcopy 360: it is so flexible, usable, very efficient with great tracking and support that is very knowledgeable and responsive, and it offers a lean, efficient, simple method to automate backup of my important files.

Nothing is missing, it has all the features that I need 🙂

Overall, this is a wonderful solution for backing up to Dropbox, the features are very easy, and it has features that other competitors don't have.

GS RichCopy 360 is very easy to set up and use, implementation was smooth, it copies all my files and photos on all my computers to DropBox easily and securely.

The price of it for the small business use is a little bit high.

When we needed to backup our Laptops to NAS which was located on a different network, we faced a problem while using NetBak Replicator because of the unwanted path on the QNAP and this artificial path render the backup useless for my intended purposes. Gs Richcopy 360 recommended to us and we found more than what we need for our backups.

GS RichCopy 360 doesn't create unwanted paths , quick , simple, well done interface, supports long pathname, and provides Email notification if we need.
We have the advantage to run it on schedule without having to worry about opening the program or not.

I think it is very well done program for the backups, no cons.

GS RichCopy 360 is a great program and it works perfectly for us. It works wonderfully, syncing everything on our other external hard drive effortlessly onto our computers or other hard drives.

The GS RichCopy 360 has a clean interface, has many options, has a good intention, syncs everything we've needed, and no noticeable slowdown.

None that we have noted and the support was so helpful for any request.

Gs Richcopy 360 provides me with a simple, effective, and fast backup solution that also works in the background of my windows.

It is a light program that does not slow my Laptop, has an easy configuration, high customization for each case, and saved me a lot.

I use it to backup my PC directly to my external HDD without any loss daily. It works very fast if I need to backup to OneDrive. I consider it as one of the smartest and manageable way to get important data backed up.

Having a tool like GS RichCopy 360, we don't really have do any manual copying , this means, all our backup done automatically in any needed time.

It is a very powerful and accurate tool. GS RichCopy 360 managed backing up to all my 5 hard disks very easily and automatically. It has a very understood and good looking logs, organized to give you all needed informations.

It is a compatible tool that needs to be easier for my staff.

Our problem during the data migration project was mainly with the ACLs, not all permissions were copied, we found this solution GS RichCopy 360 and it was an excellent tool.

Can copy the ACLs from the server to a faraway one and can copy file and folder attributes.
The GS RichCopy 360 has the ability to auto-update features and it has a nice looking "Show Progress Screen".

We faced some difficulties when trying to migrate our file server to Office 365 SharePoint. Our issue was the ability to copy from our server straight to Office 365 SharePoint.
Gs Richcopy 360 Enterprise did the task with offering app authentication and supporting larger sized jobs.

Powerful to copy to SharePoint (Office 365), supports larger sized jobs to the SharePoint. The speed was good, can be controlled, and smooth to the SharePoint. The Gurusquad Engineers was knowledgeable and helpful with me on this point.

The App was easy to manage and can't be described as difficult.

When a backup tool needed with the option of copying files based on last modified date, GS RichCopy 360 was suggested to us, it was professional to deliver this filter in easy way.
I would not forget accuracy of synchronizing my files.

We was needing to sync one folder from our local windows to many FTP, we didn't find any effective results with tools like Goodsync and Syncbackpro as you have to create multiple jobs for each FTP and then run each manually.

GS RichCopy 360 was a great choice to sync to many FTP folders automatically.

The tool has an easy interface and just simple few steps to do anything, for example, what if I need to sync from windows to many FTP folders:
- create multiple jobs
- link the first job with others.
- You can only start the first job and the rest will follow by themselves. you will use a feature called "Start job in the post operation"

Speed and robustness are another 2 advantages.

I am a Sales Area Manager Assistant who has large amounts of data to process, daily data must be transferred to many branches all over the world safely, and Gs Richcopy 360 was the best choice to make this job automatically and daily.

Gs Richcopy 360 transferrers my data safely.
The Support is quick to help me resolve the issues.
The program emails me when the task is done or if any problem happens while my backups running.

The ease of use was my problem but it is not a big deal.

We copied about 1T of data from our Laptop to another, but unfortunately, the data was copied with the wrong year (2002), so it was big trouble for us.
We were trying to look for a tool that copies just the time attributes of the source files without re-copying the files again to the destination laptop, finally, we found GS RichCopy, it is just a few steps and transferring just the time attributes of the source files done. I love this product and highly recommended.

My review is simply to thank GS RichCopy 360 developers for their effort because they made everything easy with their software while transferring from anywhere to Nasuni. No problems exist now.

It solves all the problems that I was facing before with Nasuni.
I have all the needed features under my hand to help me in any process.
It has a great logs system which makes everything fixable.
It has a nice progress bar and an easy Emailing system to present the processes.

All the used features work very good and no problems exist.

I have been searching for many years to do a backup of anything and any kind of data. In the past, copying file server and database to a destination server was very hard, as we faced many problems such as losing data, and some kinds of data didn't copy.
Gs Richcopy 360 was the perfect solution for all copying operations, not just backups.

Can copy from multiple sources to destinations at once, own a straight user interface and Gs Richcopy has a very intelligent include/exclude filters.

Have not found any problems yet, I love it.

Working with a famous syncing tool gone to the end and we were wouldn't work with it again because of the price, our work mainly depends on transferring data from a local windows server to Onedrive for business daily, Gs Richcopy 360 now does what we want and more.

It makes me very satisfied every time using it, very intelligent, saved us a lot of time, reliable, great file synchronizing tool for syncing servers and the cloud.

I wish it was easy to find a strong tool like that, it takes me years to find it and to know that it can do the same jobs and more.

I'll admit that it is an intelligent tool to back my videos and audios and I sure that the program solves many problems but my only problem is with the trial version, it can only copy 5 files from every folder.
I just need it to be like the others like giving me 30 days with the full options.

Intelligent tool. Gives me a report and send Email after the data transfer finished. Logs are understood and easy to use the backup function.

The trial version is limited. I think it is just for learning.
