We faced some difficulties when trying to migrate our file server to Office 365 SharePoint. Our issue was the ability to copy from our server straight to Office 365 SharePoint.

Powerful to copy to SharePoint (Office 365), supports larger sized jobs to the SharePoint. The speed was good, can be controlled, and smooth to the SharePoint. The Gurusquad Engineers was knowledgeable and helpful with me on this point.

The App was easy to manage and can't be described as difficult.

When a backup tool needed with the option of copying files based on last modified date, GS RichCopy 360 was suggested to us, it was professional to deliver this filter in easy way.
I would not forget accuracy of synchronizing my files.

We was needing to sync one folder from our local windows to many FTP, we didn't find any effective results with tools like Goodsync and Syncbackpro as you have to create multiple jobs for each FTP and then run each manually.

GS RichCopy 360 was a great choice to sync to many FTP folders automatically.

The tool has an easy interface and just simple few steps to do anything, for example, what if I need to sync from windows to many FTP folders:
- create multiple jobs
- link the first job with others.
- You can only start the first job and the rest will follow by themselves. you will use a feature called "Start job in the post operation"

Speed and robustness are another 2 advantages.

I am a Sales Area Manager Assistant who has large amounts of data to process, daily data must be transferred to many branches all over the world safely, and Gs Richcopy 360 was the best choice to make this job automatically and daily.

Gs Richcopy 360 transferrers my data safely.
The Support is quick to help me resolve the issues.
The program emails me when the task is done or if any problem happens while my backups running.

The ease of use was my problem but it is not a big deal.

We copied about 1T of data from our Laptop to another, but unfortunately, the data was copied with the wrong year (2002), so it was big trouble for us.
We were trying to look for a tool that copies just the time attributes of the source files without re-copying the files again to the destination laptop, finally, we found GS RichCopy, it is just a few steps and transferring just the time attributes of the source files done. I love this product and highly recommended.

It solves all the problems that I was facing before with Nasuni.
I have all the needed features under my hand to help me in any process.
It has a great logs system which makes everything fixable.
It has a nice progress bar and an easy Emailing system to present the processes.

I have been searching for many years to do a backup of anything and any kind of data. In the past, copying file server and database to a destination server was very hard, as we faced many problems such as losing data, and some kinds of data didn't copy.
Gs Richcopy 360 was the perfect solution for all copying operations, not just backups.

Can copy from multiple sources to destinations at once, own a straight user interface and Gs Richcopy has a very intelligent include/exclude filters.

Have not found any problems yet, I love it.

Working with a famous syncing tool gone to the end and we were wouldn't work with it again because of the price, our work mainly depends on transferring data from a local windows server to Onedrive for business daily, Gs Richcopy 360 now does what we want and more.

It makes me very satisfied every time using it, very intelligent, saved us a lot of time, reliable, great file synchronizing tool for syncing servers and the cloud.

I wish it was easy to find a strong tool like that, it takes me years to find it and to know that it can do the same jobs and more.

I'll admit that it is an intelligent tool to back my videos and audios and I sure that the program solves many problems but my only problem is with the trial version, it can only copy 5 files from every folder.
I just need it to be like the others like giving me 30 days with the full options.

Intelligent tool. Gives me a report and send Email after the data transfer finished. Logs are understood and easy to use the backup function.

The trial version is limited. I think it is just for learning.

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is extremely helpful for my company and especially for me as a system admin, daily I do migration process for servers and other copying processes using gs richcopy360 .

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is a powerful solution for long path names issues that appeared with long paths over 255 that robocopy can't handle.
I think it is great in copying the entire directory or only the modified files.

it's not for free but it has affordable price compared to the others that can handle long path name problems.

The program contains many useful features that save my work in the daily operation of my business. It works smoothly and quickly.

The program is very fast, it was amazing when it copied 4TB at once from my location to a remote location.
It has a nice graphical user interface.

I don't think I faced a big problem while using it.

3 years using GS Richcopy till now without any issues in copying data , the great point in this program is that long path names not a problem .

GS RichCopy 360 is doing well with migrating servers, great to sync from Windows 10 to Windows Server 2016 daily and automatically.
Also, we have the feature of sending our data encrypted, it is great.

The program is fast and doesn't depend on the SMB protocol like Robocooy , each time the process is quick and smooth due to the multithreading advantages .

The GS RichCopy 360 deserves high evaluation at all.

I promote GS Enterprise primarily as a backup program. It is the most reliable and safe way to protect your data while moving it to any where.

I love the way GS works, it has saved me valuable time, excellent and the license is for one time.

I found some problems understanding some features but it is ok now.

I had a 1GB file on my Desktop that I'm unable to copy or move to other disk. I'm able to move it to other locations on the same disk, I get the following: "Data error (cyclic redundancy check). 0 file(s) copied."

helpful to bypass CRC and continue on with the copying . Usable, powerful and has good performance with the data transferring.

I just set it and forget it and after trying the free trial, I purchased the software.
GS Richcopy 360 did all what I need perfectly.

Syncs all my files to the external drive and recently for the purchased NAS . They have a well knowledgeable team that helped me to understand the not easy features.

It is OK but The software needs super users to use it.

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise was great to us when it solved the issue of copying open and locked files and it didn't consume our time.
It has a good advantage called byte-level replication, so only changes copied and no time-consuming.

GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise can copy open and locked files, good GUI, can copy only modified files and in real-time, good reports and logs within the copying process and after jobs complete.

it's not super friendly so the normal user needs more time to discover and learn all features.

I tried a number of Sync tools and they all had the same problem: multiple errors appears during the process. But with Gs Richcopy 360 I've had no errors at all. It's speedy, accurate and I'm glad that I have it.

This is the software that has finally organized my life, it has good interface, powerful, and many connectors. It works very well on Windows 10.

Linux is not supported by gs richcopy 360 and this is a very important Cons to me.

The software is faster and robust than the programs that I used before like fastcopy and teracopy , which means that it is dependable for me, day after day makes me like Gs RichCopy360.

It is faster, robust, easy to use, the installation is so easy, it has a good manual guide, no crashes or problems while copying from server to another.

I didn't face any problem while using it, because they have good support which work 24/7.
