I didn't like some rules about copywriting or spamming. But I am sure they are making more good than bad. Especially when the users are rising weekly. There could be more curators.

Excellent. Easy to build dapps, easy to use most features as a user. You own your account outright and can take ur followers and community with you anywhere that has Hive integrated. True web3. No ICO, no owners, no pre-seed, no company, no CEO.

You own your account, community, followers list, content and digital economy outside of the platforms. You can tip hive content using lightening network. The governance is superior as it has a stake based community voting system for the top 20 witnesses. You can spin up your own platform easily.

Tokenisation and sign up process are not great yet. These are both being solved by SPK.network with honeycomb software for tokenisation and ceramic light accounts for easy off chain sign ups where you can link to other blockchain Accounts

Hive is awesome when it comes to build your brand via blogging and marketing. It has a vibrant ecosystem and rewards users for their content. Many big NFT games are building on Hive.

I don't have enough Hive. I need more. Many conspiracy theories out there. Some users wanna be gods.

I spend most of my online time on Hive and minimizing use of other platforms. Learned my way into blockchain there and found many new friends that make me stay here with fun. I am not sure why we do have not more users there though, for content creators, gamers and investors a great place in my view.

The blockchain is fast, secure and has a lot DApps I like such as the games like Splinterlands or Rabona. The community is pretty cool as well helping each other in serious situations.

Some flag wars in the past between whales, but that was mainly during the times this chain was named Steemit.

Hive has been an incredible learning experience. After wandering from web3 project to web3 project (trying to find something to really dig into), I found Hive. No fees made it very approachable, but the breadth and depth of communities and dApps is what really cemented it for me.

I've connected with wonderful, generous, innovative, and ingenious folks from all walks of life. There are exciting and established projects (e.g. Splinterlands, the Hive Blog) as well as small and vibrant ones (e.g. Hive Pizza, Rising Star, Actifit). In a few short months, I've been able to rediscover my love of fiction and find a home for some dusty works through a brand new project (Scholar and Scribe).

People in these reviews seem upset about 'whales hurting earnings' and 'censorship...' and while there's not much you can do stop an individual's vindictiveness, there are so. many. ways. to contribute, flourish, create (and receive) value, even if you've somehow picked up a powerful adversary.

I am so excited to see what Hive grows into over the coming years!

You get out of Hive what you put into it, both in terms of community value and actual, tokenized value. Like any online community (or collection thereof), there'll be a ton of lurkers, many regulars, and a handful of power users.

Connect this reality with the power of custom economies through decentralization and smart contracts, and you have the makings of an online revolution. Hive is special in this regard due to have no fees—meaning actions (transactions) suffer from much less friction than other blockchain-based projects.

Hive also makes it easy to move value between itself and other chains through the Layer 2 Hive Engine (or more directly through the Blocktrades dApp).

The learning curve for anything web3 is currently pretty steep. It's tough to think of ways to onboard new folks.

In some Hive based projects, the UX/UI is terribly clunky (some, not all!)

I feel like Hive does a poor job of marketing itself, despite having access to a multimillion dollar fund! Hopefully this will change over time :)

It is a huge shame, that they are keeping their downvote button. My presumption is, that this could be the end of the platform...

Good dApps and big community. Hive is a hard fork of Steemit about 2 or 3 years ago. They wanted to do it differently, they ended up doing the same...

A small circle of investors control the ecosystem with a downvote button, causing massive damage to the victim, once it is used. The general atmosphere there is extremely toxic.

I have been a HIVE user for three years. It is quite a complex and interesting platform. Every day I learn something new about it. I am glad to be part of hive because I have grown personally, spiritually and as a content creator. For me HIVE is the ultimate.

So far I like everything about HIVE. However, I would be more satisfied if I could easily find the rules by which I should follow in order not to make any mistake. That is to say, to know all its rules in general and in detail. That's all.

It was a great platform till it got completely taken over by a small circle of whales who completely police it. They hate being downvoted themselves and moan about it incessantly but love doing it to others for any reason from you earning too much, having an opinion different to them, defending someone else getting downvoted etc etc.

I don’t have much posItive to say.

This platform is rampant with abuse and from those that own the majority of stake so it’s impossible to compete. It’s more centralised than fb you’ll only do well here if you keep your head down and have no opinion at all or you make sure your votes never get decent. As then you’ll become a target.

Been using it for years and so far loving every day reading new posts on Hive. Sometimes post myself and love the feedback of the community.

Usable, running for over 2 years, great communities, and good to earn something also with every post and also upvoting.

Not too many users yet, can be a lot to learn at first to understand all.

Hive is a good place to post your original music and other work but for the past 2 years Hive has been run by about 10 people who seem to take great pleasure in downvoting and taking away all your earnings. It’s too bad that it has gone this way. Hive had a lot of Potential.

You can sometimes earn a little crypto from your Introduction post.
There used to be some really good musicians and artists on Hive but many of them have stopped posting.
There are a few bloggers who earn a lot if crypto from their Travel photography.

If you earn more than $5 you get downvoted for earning too much.
If you ask someone why they downvoted your post a bunch of bullies come and downvote all your posts and take all your earnings.
They never tell you why they downvoted your posts so it’s very discouraging to new bloggers.

Hive will be one of the largest communities and projects in all of web 3.0. Your token will be one of the top 100 and then the top 50.

Currently there are different alternatives to communicate on social networks, but hive is based on web 3.0, safe and with freedom of expression.

Great communities and earning potential. Although I prefer to hodl, it's available as an extra source of funds when needed. It's definitely not a get rich quick scheme, so if you're a long term player, you're bound to earn well. Newly updated 20% interest on hbd savings is insanely good!

It can be frustrating for newbies. Limited resource credits makes it difficult to post and comment. It has a bit of a learning curve, but hey, what doesn't?

Hive is a great place where you can find a little bit of everything from streaming, videos, recipes, life blogs, talking about topics like pets or love and sexuality and the best of all is that the economic benefit of our publications are for one and for its community, not for companies that take advantage of users, I firmly believe that hive will be a good example of what web3.0 will be.

I love hive because of the fact that it allows me to freely express what I like and to know that my content is my property and not some third party that can take advantage of it without consulting me first, in addition to all the great communities that exist within hive and the way it allows you to interact with other users with similar tastes to yours. Another nice thing about hive is not having the intrusive advertising that other platforms have or that they are not collecting our information to be sold later.

It is a platform that is not yet perfect, they could improve some things such as the design of the page or facilitate when writing without having to depend on a Markdown to give it the style that one is looking for, but as I said Hive continues to improve with each day that happens.

It is 10 out of 10, after all. Nothing comes close on Hive in terms of decentralization aspect. Bitcoin and Hive is only two crypto project which is marching the true meaning of decentralization.

Hive is the best decentralized alternative against Legacy Social Media. It is censorship-resistant with a strong and resilient community which is the reason this blockchain is thriving. Having working technology is good, but having a community who truly believes on this protocol is awesome.
