I think the biggest pros are they set you up for success, it will tell you what you need to do next and what authentication and verification you need to deliver, cleans your list and helps prevent you from spamming. There’s even more options available for design and settings, like having subscriber preference lists for people instead of just unsubscribe.

I used to wish there were more customizable options, but now it’s pretty extensive, I do wish there were some more features to customize the forms for email collection.

For the email function I give it a 9/10 only because a member unsubscribed unintentionally and we have had great difficulty getting her back into the audience without completing a form that I'm unable to locate.
