I've been using Manatal for my recruitment for a while and I can't say I'm disappointed in the software or the support team. The platform is very easy to navigate. Features are also very easy to pick up, and every time they introduce a new feature, they add user guides on how they work and so on.

Being able to add a large number of resumes and getting AI recommendations for the top applicants is my favourite feature. I also use the LinkedIn sourcing extension on the daily, it helps me import in-depth candidate profiles in passing. Very useful.

If the integration feature included more career portals that would be great. There are many global ones but not some local ones that I use like Quikr, I hope that they localize more this aspect of the product.

Great ATS. Easier than most other recruiting software we used and full of features. There are no extra costs as all features are included in both plans so it's pretty hard to beat the value of their 15 plan when comparing it to other recruiting software.

Clear interface and features that cover the every step of the hiring process. My favorite tools are the automated job posting and the possibility to invite hiring managers to participate in the hiring process.

At the end of the 14 days trial we were still evaluating other options so it would have been great for them to extend it for another week. We didn't get the extension but still went with them as the software was the most promising. Luckily we haven't got any regrets regarding our choice.

Very easy to implement (simply login on your browser) and very easy to use, I recommend the software to anyone wanting to step up their recruitment efforts.

The platform highly customizable and allows us to work with our vendor directly within the platform. The price is transparent and affordable, plus the price increases as I add users and not as the database increases. This is a pricing system I prefer.

While it's possible to add our logo and company name. It's not possible at this point to change the interface color. This would be a nice addition.

We've considered a couple of options and none were as user friendly and as functional. Overall it's been a huge time saver thanks to tools like automatic job board posting and candidate scoring. We are looking forward to the future features they release.

Keeping everything regarding recruitment organized. Customizing pipeline stages. Reporting capabilities. Inviting for free and collaborating in the platform with hiring managers. Job board and GSuite integrations. Easy to use career page builder. Candidate scoring. The list goes on...

There is no option as of now to SMS candidates directly in the platform as of now, but this is something they told me they are considering. Since platforms that offer this feature are more expensive and do other things not as well this is not a big issue.

Very good to centralize all recruitment channels, gather candidate profiles and store them for future use. It's also easy to integrate with Gmail so no more need to change tab to write a candidate an email.

I learned to use the platform in around 30 minutes, then had a demo call with the support team to go into the more advanced features. Good database management tools and candidate profiles that include everything from social media to past communications and internal notes, etc. Good candidate recommendation and scoring tools that save us a ton of time when screening candidates

No big complaints, we wanted the software to allow employee referrals but this was added a few months back. The only thing that I hope they add is more career page templates. The current templates look good but we would like to have something a little more complex without having to code it ourselves

Saves a huge amount of time by cutting manual input and automating tasks. The career page looks great and was very easy to build. Our collaboration and organization has greatly improved. We couldn't do without it!

We have been using the software for over 4 months now, it's very easy to use so getting everyone onboard was super smooth. There is no installation at all, I only had to customize the platform to our needs with the help of their support team. We post all our jobs and deal with a lot of candidates so the integration with Facebook Jobs and the resume parser are perfect for us. I love the social media scraper as it allows us to identify potential issues before they arise.

The two things I'd like to see is a wider selection of email templates from the start so we don't have to draft them ourselves and a select all button on some pages to make selection of candidates, jobs, etc easier.

Best-value ATS in the market. Very easy to use, has all the indispensable features an ATS should have, plus a couple of fancy and very helpful ones like the recommendation engine.
Overall I highly recommend the software!

Best bang for the buck. Wide range of features that'll streamline sourcing and recruitment processes. The development team is very attentive to its customers' needs. Very reactive customer support.

Large resume can take a while to load in some cases.

We selected, implemented and now use the platform to hire. It helps in many ways like keeping everything organized and everyone synchronized. Getting everyone to use it was also very easy as the interface is quite self explanatory. So overall we are very happy.

Easy to implement: simply log in from your browser and upload your resume in bulk. They will be parsed and candidate profiles created. From there simply customize the platform to your needs and invite team members. Their support team also provided a full training session to make sure everyone was familiar with all the tools. The software is very complete and offers tools for each step of the recruitment process. My favorite is the AI recommendation, which selects the best candidates from our large database after simply uploading a job description.

SMS messaging to candidates and more templates for the career page are two points I think should be added in my opinion. Other than that we are very happy with the software.

Very good. I would recommend this to anyone who is currently doing recruitment and wants an ATS that can both help with things like candidate screening, and exploit their database to the fullest.

Great experience overall. We've been able to increase drastically our recruitment efficiency by sourcing candidates faster and leveraging our large pool of candidates.
