Everything in the system is well-documented via video. But we did sign up for a free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we weren't aware of yet. A text messaging app integration is something we'd want to see implemented in the near future. We've been told that this is only available via their API, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.

Although every program has its quirks and it can be tricky to get exactly what you need, but this one is specifically adaptable, so we were able to easily customize it to meet our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and set up distinctive recruitment funnels that can be used for any new role. Not to be overlooked, the customer service is appreciated.

They're constantly working to improve the product, which is a positive thing. In the last few months, they've added new integrations with our candidate assessment program, more job board integrations, and mass emailing.

Has been very important to the growth of our company. A reliable applicant tracking system is a huge help to us as our agency grows and we have more clients and more candidates. If your business is expanding, this is a good software to invest in.

We'd love something that could do both an advanced search and a boolean search at the same time!

I wish I could change the UI menu to our company's color.

Easy to use interface that does not feel too overwhelming. The Advanced Search tool conveniently help us rank candidates in our talent pool for teach jobs.

The Chrome extension is great for creating candidates but I wish it could create contacts as well.

We've been using Manatal for about a year. The whole team loves it as it is very easy to use and covers all processes of a recruitment agency.

Very easy to use, even for most of us whom never had used an ATS in the past. It makes collecting candidates from all the different job boards, social media, etc super convenient. We could not go back to Excel and Pipedrive.

We switched from Excel as a candidate database and Pipedrive as a CRM. Changing was easy, there's no installation at all. We imported all our candidates, jobs, clients and contacts via CSV file. Once that was done, we were good to go. Support and training was also provided for free during the transition, which was not the case for two other solutions we tested. This includes a CRM which allowed us to kill two birds with one stone!

The possibility to add more media like videos to the job descriptions or add content in different languages in our career portal would add a lot of value for us. Other than that the software does what it does well.

Highly recommended for any recruiter out there. The software was easy to learn so everyone in the team was operational after a few days only. The support and training provided is also great, there's a live chat in which you can ask your questions directly and they usually respond within minutes only

Has cut manual entry by a lot, all the while being very easy to use. Candidates apply on the career page and end up in the relevant job ready to be reviewed, or I simply drag-and-drop the resumes I receive and the system creates the candidate’s profile with all the important information. It's also very easy to narrow down on the best candidates in a large candidate database: add a job description to a job and the software automatically ranks candidates based on that description. Lastly, the latest GDPR update is extremely practical to gather data processing automatically from candidates!

I would like to see them implement a multilingual career page. Currently we can post jobs, disclaimer, etc. in any language but the interface can only be in Spanish or English.

All the CRM and ATS needed for an agency to run for a price that is one of the cheapest in the market. Even though it's super affordable, Manatal includes lots of cool features like social media enrichment or AI candidate scoring which help a lot our sourcing and screening.

The AI recommendation of candidates doesn't perform great when using job descriptions in Thai language.

Since the free trial began, I've had a fantastic experience. We are now 6 months in! It was a winner all around because it was jam-packed with features, brilliant performance, and have a fair price point that is great value for money.

It's a pretty simple ATS to learn and install. They provide outstanding written and video documentation. My favorite feature is the AI recommendation and automatic extraction of candidate social media and resume parsing because it reduces the time spent finding and screening candidates significantly.

The email inbox feature on Manatal is not available during the 14-day free trial.

A must-have for any growing business. If you work in HR, this will relieve you of a lot of extra labor. Everything is simple to use and understand. They got a 14-day free trial that is good to try if you are testing the waters for an ATS.

The user interface, features, and customer service are great. It has all the professional tools you'll need to source, track, and organize candidates and collaborate with the team.

As a recruiter, Manatal makes a lot of complicated tasks easier. I love the Chrome extension and can automatically post my jobs on a number of job boards like Facebook or Google. It even has a career page builder which I used to build our main website. All of the incoming applications from these arrive directly in the corresponding job, so I don't need to go through different websites to track and manage each candidate. Also big thanks to Rodrigo and their support team for the training they provided.

Little UI things like the tutorial bar could be improved as it can get in the way. You can close it, but I think it could be better placed elsewhere.

Very well priced and and brings tools that really add value. Support is very responsive whatever the enquiry is. We are overall very happy with the software.

Makes made it very easy to source from various channels like job boards, Linkedin or career page and centralize all applications. It is also really easy to use.

Tweaks in the interface like a select all button would make the software even better.

We have been using the software for our agency and it's really been a breeze even though I am not very tech savyy.
- You can connect your Gmail to easily interact with candidates and other contacts in the platform.
- Live chat in which you usually get a response within minutes.
- The app is handy when on the move to review new applicants for example.

A setting to adjust font size on the mobile app would be very useful since the icons can be a bit small.

The location setting is sometimes not really precise when entering a candidate or client address.
