Used the platform at my previous company and I'm happy that we did. We had a number of recruiters who all enjoyed the platform. Sometimes our recruitment projects intersected and the platform allowed us to keep everything organized.

You can customize almost everything on the platform. The overview for the pipeline is very nice to use, and you automatically get data about the candidates that would take too long to get manually. You can communicate with other recruiters through the platform and even get recruiter performance data.

A bit of loading time when dropping upwards of 500 resumes at a time. It takes a few minutes but now they made it so that you can do other things while it finishes its work.

Overall I highly recommend it. It really helped us make placements faster, and we have a better overall vision on what everyone is doing as all the information is centralized in the platform.

1. Great UI: very easy to use. 2.Finding the most relevant to a job in a large database can be done by simply uploading a job description. 3. CRM tools to manage clients and communication. 4. The feature to manage placements is great to keep track on candidates placed until the end of their probation period. 5. Mailchimp integration allows us to easily run follow-up campaigns with candidates.

SMS messaging to candidates is not added at the moment, however it is on the development roadmap.

We use the software for both our internal recruitment and more importantly to find and manage the workforce we outsource. Since we have started using the software we have drastically improved our efficiency and its made our lives much easier so I'm more than happy to recommend Manatal.

All the tools needed to do recruitment efficiently, for the best price in the market. Very easy for anyone to use. We do everything in the platform, from finding candidates and managing clients, to handling communications and scheduling activities.

For the value it offers it's hard to complain. Plus they are constantly adding new features and improving the existing ones

Very easy to set up and good value for your money. The competitive price actually doesn't mean lower quality. There are a lot of tools and they mostly feel very polished. The development team is also adding new features and integrating new job boards regularly so it really fells like the platform is growing.

Good UI: easy to use and nice to look at. The resume parser works great, and avoids us a lot of manual input. Very flexible: lots of customization options are available. Custom career page: one of my favorite features is the career page builder, it's really easy to use and customize. Price: really competitive pricing and easy to scale, start with the first plan then upgrade once your database reaches the limit.

I wish there were more templates for the branded & custom resume generator. The current ones are useful and works well but I would like to customize them a level further.

Great software. A quick demonstration to my boss and we made the transition from Excel. Convincing him was also made a lot easier since it's the most affordable ATS in the market. The software helped us reduce the time to hire, cost per hire and improve the quality of hires.

First it is very easy to use. It also allowed us to automate lots of tedious tasks and greatly increase our efficiency. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar makes it so that we almost never have to leave the platform to communicate with candidates.

The product includes all that is needed to conduct an efficient recruitment process. However as it is still an evolving software it doesn't integrate yet with all local job boards. We have requested a couple to their support team and two have been added so far. Hopefully the rest will come soon.

Without doubt the best value if you are looking for an ATS offering the possibility to integrate via API.

Great help received by the customer support. We were trying
to integrate our systems with Manatal via API and they really went above and beyond helping us to achieve that. Now everything is set up and running and we love the software.

It's a very nice little software. It has everything we need, and even a few features that we still haven't explored yet. Very good pricing as well.

It's very easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person so I'm grateful for the simplicity of it all. I like the candidate profile display and the automated candidate-to-job matching. It also works very well with the job boards we use. The support team was very helpful to guide me and my team during the first few days, and they are always reachable via live chat.

No big complaint. The in-app tutorial only covers the basic features so it took me some time explore everything. Some extra career page template would be nice. Other than that it works very well.

Having all the recruitment tools from job posting to onboarding has greatly improved my day to day work. I also believe it has had a positive impact for candidates since we are able to deal with their applications in a more efficient way and spend more time discussing with them.

It is exactly what most companies need for recruitment. Very easy to set up, customize and use. It can be integrated with Gmail and Outlook emails so all conversations with candidates are saved in the system for further reference. Great to organize, screen and store large quantities of job applications and CVs. Includes some useful analytics tools.

My only grudge is that they do not integrate with some of the more local job boards allowing automatic job posting, which would save us time. I will revisit this review once this has been fixed but for now it's a four star.

Overall, great solution. The ease of use and the value are unbeatable. Also the customer support is particularly responsive and attentive. We are very happy and will continue to use it for all our hiring needs.

It's very easy to customize your hiring pipeline and drag and drop candidates as they progress through the stages. Screening is also made very easier, drop a job description and it will let you know how much of a match candidates are for that specific job. Posting jobs is automatic on a number of job boards so we don't have to repeat this manual process for each board. No extra costs, all features are available by default. Overall increased our efficiency!

Lots of functionalities under the simple looks of the interface which can be a bit intimidating. On the good side there is a documentation and customer support is very responsive. More languages for the custom career page would be a great addition.

Very good platform. Way easier to use than most competitors. It also offers a large number of tools for a pretty cheap price tag so good value. The only thing missing is premium job board job posting but that should be available in not long.

Great software for a team of around 10 recruiters. There's no implementation and setup takes only a few minutes then you are good to go. Everything is very easy to do including creating a new custom career page and having your openings automatically posted on free job boards.

The only downside so far for us is that it's not possible to share jobs to premium job boards. This is a feature we are told is currently being built but until it's available to users I will give a 4 stars score.

It's a very positive experience. We've been using Manatal for almost a year now and we're quite happy with it. Initially we just signed up for the free trial but the software and pricing were too good to pass up.

I like using this ATS because it provides a feature for every task I have to undertake while I recruit. The LinkedIn extension helps with the sourcing, the AI engine helps with the parsing and vetting, and now they've got even more features for collaboration, task management, guest access, onboarding, you name it. It's a compact solution that covers all the areas I need covered. Very good software.

If the software's interface was in other languages than English, that would have been very helpful. Some of our team members aren't as linguistically inclined, so it was difficult for them to use initially. I solved this by training them in using the software the same way Manatal's team trained me during the demo. It's not a major issue, but oh well.

Overall great value given all the features which are provided. Has made my life easier in many ways by automating tasks like filling candidate information or sharing jobs to job boards. There is also a free trial so it's very easy to give it a try to see if it matches your needs.

I've been using the platform for a month now. Learning the software was really easy, and for any question I had the support team was really responsive. Lots of things are customizable and there is a tool for everything in the recruitment process. Finally value for money seems to be the best compared to other platforms we've looked into.

As mentioned previously, there are many customization options, which can feel a little overwhelming and complex when you first try to play with the settings. Thankfully the support team is there and usually answers within minutes.

Great overall. Both user friendly and powerful. It's the perfect solution for mid sized companies looking for a scalable and affordable solution. It includes lots of features, my favorite being the AI recommendations as it saves a huge amount of time.

The candidate search tools and AI recommendation. You can leverage in a few clicks your past candidates and immediately see their fit with the job description you entered in the system. Social media enrichment is quite unique and allows us to know candidates better. My third favorite feature is the Gmail and G-Calendar integrations. It's super easy to set up and basically you can handle all communications/activities scheduling directly from the platform.

Almost none. More jobs in the first plan would be great as the 10 jobs limit is reached pretty quickly. That being said compared to other ATS this remains very affordable given the toolset offered for the price.

Overall very happy, definitely the ATS that offers the best value in
the market.

Manatal was very easy to set up and customize. It has all the traditional ATS features plus a couple more innovative ones that really help with candidate screening and finding the best candidates in a large database

The only language option for the interface is English. Manatal would have been easier to adopt for some of my colleagues had the interface been in the local language.

Very good experience. We started with a small team on the smallest plan and have now grown to 15+ people. Manatal has surely helped in this growth.

Basically, all the functions you can expect from an ATS are in here, for a much lower price than what the competition offers. They also release new improvements every week so it's nice to see the product growing.

Some minor UI improvements could be made in my opinion, but those are really nitpicking.

It's been a pleasure using Manatal, and I believe we will continue using it for our recruitment. I look forward to seeing what new features they introduce and how they optimize existing ones.

It's a very effective ATS, I'll say that. my process is so much better defined since I've signed up with Manatal. I feel a lot more comfortable using their job pipeline. It's also very useful in terms of monitoring my team's progress, and getting data about ongoing projects without any trouble. I like that they allow exporting and migrating data, the feature is almost everywhere.

The career page could look better. It's very customizable as is, but I wasn't a big fan of the design options. I guess I'm more used to the traditional domain-hosted career page, it's a bit more flexible.

The platform is very intuitive, and helps us serve our clients more efficiently. I recommend any agency to give a try to their free trial and see for themselves if it answers their needs.

The implementation was very easy and with the training provided to me and my team we were fully operational in a matter of hours. Thanks to the customer support for that! There are many features that make our lifes easier such as the recommendation engine which screens candidates according to job descriptions. The custom career page builder allows us to have our own career page without having to do any coding or such. Lastly the pricing is the best we have found in the market, very straightforward and with no extra costs.

The career page is customizable and the provided template are good but I would like to have more options to customize the career page such as more templates.

The goal was to give the software a test to see if it could help us in anyway improve our processes. I found it very easy to use and has all the features we need like career page builder and automated job sharing to job boards. On top of that it's very affordable and support was very good even though we are a small company. It will be my tool of choice once business starts to kick-off again.

Super handy to use: before starting the free trial I had never used an ATS, I expected the whole thing to be complicated but actually the learning curve was very short. Thanks to the support team that took me through the basic tools, the career page builder and database management tools.

I didn't explore all of the features yet, the ones I used worked well and the interface is generally easy to navigate and responsive. The only thing missing is some other languages than english for the interface and the career page.

I confirm what the other reviews are saying, the platform is super easy to use. It includes all the features needed to conduct efficiently a recruitment process from A to Z. Lastly, the platform is highly customizable.

The custom resume generator can glitch when the candidate resume is not in English. This can be fixed manually so it's not a big issue but the operation takes a bit more time.

Super easy to use and very snappy interface. There are minor points that can be improved but overall it is a very strong option for agencies looking for an ATS.

Lots of tools, you almost never have to leave the platform as it includes an email inbox, calendar, collaboration tools.

The dashboard (home screen) is customizable to an extent, but I can't have it display everything I would like to have. I hope that they will extend this later on.
