We digitized our recruitment processes using this software. It has eradicated all paper applications, helped harmonize and centralise all of our recruitment operations. Communications between the recruitment team and the hiring managers has also greatly improved leading to a more efficient hiring process for everyone. Given it's price tag, I would say it's a must have for all HR departments that still don't have a recruitment solution.

Some glitches can occur when creating branded resume, depending on the format of the candidate's resume. I would also like more languages added for the UI, especially for the career page as it is now in English and Spanish only.

I recommend this software, they have a lot of things to offer and takes the feedback seriously to improve the software plus they offer free trial! I'm really happy cause it made everything easier for me and it saves my time!

The UI is very simple, and easy for me to keep track of my candidates and store the data in a systematic way. A lot of features that you can use like editing the CVs, keeping track of your own performance, etc.. The google extension of Manatal is my favorite since you can send multiple connections on Linkedin!

A bit laggy from time to time, but it doesn't last long. Few bugs, but easily fixed by the Customer service team.

It has really been great, there are a couple of things that could be perfected but overall it's a solid system.

The platform has really been great for us. It's very easy to use and do things like creating a job and sharing it on multiple job boards or sharing notes with other users throughout the process.

Things like creating branded and custom resume can be improved because even though it doesn't happen often, some resume format don't convert well.

The software has everything we need to to run our recruitment more efficiently. Social media enrichment and AI based recommendation are two things that we really appreciate and that other ATS don't have.

Almost everything can be customized to meet our requirements, which can get a little confusing at first but thankfully the support team is very reactive.

Very positive. It's the ideal solution for an agency our size both in terms of features and cost. I can both manage/collaborate with my clients and recruiters easily. All the information regarding past jobs and candidates is easily accessible. My recruiters also use a lot both the social media feature to get to know candidates easier and the AI candidate scoring to
find the best candidates faster in our large candidate database. These two tools help greatly in terms of speed and getting to know candidates better.

Very easy to track/manage candidates and openings. It also includes CRM tools so it's similarly easy to manage prospects and clients. The collaboration tools are also super useful as I can invite my clients for free to collaborate on their openings directly in the platform, cutting the need for sending some emails and centralizing everything about these openings in one place.

There's only some aspects of the UI I'd like to tweak since I use some tools more than others and that would cut clicks when moving from a page to another in some instances.

It covers the basics and adds a bit more in terms of features, functionalities, and integration to job portals and other HR software. Overall, I think Manatal is one of the most promising in its field, it excels in supporting candidate sourcing and internal collaboration. It's not yet at its best, it's still a joy and a time-saver to use.

I think this is one neat little platform. It's very easy to use, and it covers more or less every stage of my recruitment process. Some of the features are really fun and make things so much easier. The AI recommendations engine is just an amazing feature to have.

There was a day when the social media enrichment tool just refused to work. It took a couple of hours for the support team to handle it, but that was a hitch in my day. The resume parser doesn't parse JPEG pictures, so that could be a plus if it gets included, but then again I've yet to find a solution that supports this.

I am having a good time using the platform. It has really made my life easier by automating tedious tasks. I can recommend it to anyone that is looking to optimize their recruitment and not spend huge amounts of money for that.

By far the easiest ATS to use, even for people that have no experience at all. You can feel that they tried to keep things simple and intuitive while at the same time having as many features as the more expensive solutions in the market. The parser and Ai recommendation are my favorite tools as they save so much time.

I would love to see more templates in the career page builder. If it was not for that I would have given a perfect score as it offer by far the most value currently.

I used the software for the last 4 months to run my recruitment agency, switching from Excel. It's a great quality of life tool that saves me a huge amount of time so I'm very happy I made the investment. I highly recommend it to people launching their agency, when you reach a point at which using Excel becomes a drag.

Very easy to use, and lots of features that make my life easier. It is very easy to find candidates in a large database, simply search by typing keywords (skills, location, diploma, past experiences,...), this saves me a lot of time compared to searching an Excel file or doing a new search on Linkedin. The CRM tool allows me to manage all my clients and I can invite them to participate to each recruitment process directly into the platform. No more looking into my email inbox for an old feedback on a candidate, everything is now in Manatal. Finally, the price was a very important factor when deciding to subscribe after my free trial. I could not find any other ATS that offers so many features for the same price.

So far so good, I hope that they keep adding new tools, add more job boards and keep the price the same.

All the traditional features of ATSs are there, plus a couple of unique features like social media enrichment. Very easy to use, great value compared to other competitors when comparing the feature/price ratio. No complicated implementation, simply login and use the app.

A video guide to setup and customize the career page would be great, and more templates to customize.

Overall great experience, would definitely recommend to any recruitment agency that does sourcing on LinkedIn

Have to be careful about the size of the CVs you want to parse as it may take some time

Simple, efficient UI but highly customizable at the same time
(recruitment pipeline, candidate information,..). Tools like the email templates really help a lot with routine tasks. Gmail integration works like a charm and now all conversations with candidates can be archived directly in their profile making it very easy to pick up where a colleague was previously working.

So far nothing bad to report. The software does everything we need and does it well.

Overall very good I can say that I recommend Manatal to anyone looking for an ATS.

Best ATS value wise, plus it's super easy to use. I highly recommend to anyone that spends their days doing recruitment from Linkedin, social media and job boards.

Lots of intuitive features that make my work much more efficient. For example the candidate rating system which cuts screening time by half, or the parser that automatically extracts information from candidates resume.

A freenium version would be great, right now there is only a 14 days trial and then you have to opt in one of their plans.

Hiring and recruitment process has never been easier since I was introduced to this software by one of my colleagues.
The price is reasonable for the features Manatal offers.

We have implemented the software over two months ago and have been very pleased so far. We went through a 14 days trial during which the support team guided us through the features and it was pretty clear for us after the 14 days that we would not be able to return to using Excel for our recruitment.

1 - The support team is really helpful and responsive.
2 - Easy to use. We were able to learn how to use most of the platform's features in 30 minutes. For the rest the support team helped us.
3 - We now have our own customized career page.
4 - Since we deal with a lot of resume, the mass import and parsing features are a huge time save.

The mobile version is not as easy to use as on desktop but all features are there so there are no limitations to what we can do.

We've been using the platform for over 4 months now. It was very easy to implement and get everyone started. Overall I can say it really has helped us improve our general efficiency and keeps all our work well organized.

Well organized interface, easy to use and customizable. The advanced search and AI recommendation are great to search in our database. Collaboration tools between team members and hiring managers. I was also charged to build our career page, it took me only 20 minutes to get to a good looking result.

A great addition would be to be able to text candidates directly on their phones. This is not a deal breaker but would make our life a little easier.

Overall very positive. It took me a couple of hours to get used to it but now I can confidently say that Manatal is saving me a lot of time. I highly recommend it to anyone that does both BD/account management and recruitment work at the same time.

Very clean interface and efficient interactive onboarding. This makes learning the software very easy even for someone like me who had not experience using an ATS before. The included CRM tools are a blessing as I do not have to move from one software to another when switching between recruiting / account management.

There are a lot of options to customize what users in a same company can see and do, which turns out to be a little complicated. I recommend new users to spend the time reading the documentation touching this topic as doing this would have saved me an hour of looking around and trying all the settings.

We are saving lots of time processing candidates and definitely improved the candidate experience through our new customized career portal and streamlining each steps of the hiring process.

Manatal is very complete, it includes pretty much everything you need to conduct an efficient recruitment process. The design makes the experience very intuitive even for people who have never used an ATS before. It is also very fast and is upgraded weekly with new features. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their recruitment process.

The only feature that I thought was missing was the possibility to change candidates status from "Hired" to "Employee" as a way to keep an employee records but this was added two months back.

I would recommend any business to try it. They offer a 14 days trial, and then the cheapest paid version only costs 15 and includes all the features. The support team is excellent and very helpful. They provided us with a full training which got us fully operational with an hour.

The platform is very affordable, only $15 per month, which is great for small businesses which want to try it out and see if it really works for them. The UI is very intuitive and it integrates easily with Gmail and Google Calendar.

There is no option to SMS candidates within the platform, only to send email and schedule activities.
