Manatal allows me to save time on every step of the way, from sourcing candidates and reviewing applications, to setting up activities and collaborating with my team and hiring managers.

The candidate scoring system and the social media enrichment are some of my favorite tools as it saves me a huge amount of time screening candidates. Inviting hiring managers to collaborate on the positions they are involved with is very easy, saves us time and allows to save all information related to that specific application in one place for future reference.

The software is very easy to use but the UI in my opinion could use more colors or be more original, as of right now the only two colors you will see are blue and white. Would be great if that could be customized.

Overall, my company is very satisfied with Manatal! For a very, very affordable price, we have access to so many useful features and tools. I also appreciate the responsiveness of their support team whenever we have questions about the software. We benchmarked other recruitment softwares but we found this one offered the best value-for-money.

Being a fast-growing company, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding candidates. Manatal made it possible to easily source talents from different channels like job boards, career page or Linkedin. It also centralizes all applications for us. It's very convenient because we don't have to go through different job boards one at a time. An added benefit is that the software is very easy to use.

A select all button would be great on certain pages to export data from the account more efficiently. Some options to customize the interface would also be a great addition.

A very good deal. The ATS is as comprehensive and as detailed as any of the expensive ones, but at a more budget price.

There's a functionality for our every step. I especially like the sourcing tools and the social media feature (saves me time trying to find candidates' social media accounts). The job & candidate matching also saves a lot of time, and the career-page is much better than what we had before.

I run a graphic design company and am a graphic designer by trade, so I would appreciate more options to customize the interface but I understand that this is not the main purpose of this platform. Other than that no complain, the software does what it advertises.

I would say that the solution is great for everyone. People with little experience using ATS will find it very easy to use, while experienced recruiters will appreciate the number of features that actually make our life easier.

Managing openings and candidates is extremely easy, alone or when multiple recruiters are working on a position.
Same applies to managing leads and clients with the built-in CRM menu.

Until a couple of weeks back the Gmail integration was not possible which made going back and forth a little painful but it's now possible to integrate Gmail and Google Calendar and manage both in Manatal.

The solution is great for mid-sized companies because it's easy to use and implement, scalable and affordable. It has all the features most companies require to conduct their recruitment activities and will definitely cut the time spent doing manual data entry and repetitive tasks. Overall it simply makes a recruiter's life easier.

I found it very helpful that the software offers an easy to use career page builder. There are a couple of templates available and customizing them is very easy despite not having any web design or IT background. To add to that, the software allows me to post job ads for free across multiple platforms in one click, and all incoming applications are compiled in the software. It is efficient and allows the team and I to allocate our time and efforts elsewhere.

I have no complaints after a couple of months using the software. However I'd like to see more email templates added and the possibility to WhatsApp candidates in the platform.

It is one of the most exemplary software in its field with a lot of features, covering almost all aspect of the recruiting process. It is also very easy to set up and use this user friendly software.

I cant really think of any cons other than a few bugs which can be cleared very fast by the support team

Very good! Hiring my team and keeping things organized while doing so was easy compared to the old Excel or Google Sheet. My mind was set on Manatal after joining the trial and comparing with other solutions, but as a bonus they are also the most competitive pricing wise and offer a great support (they'll always get back to you within 2-3 minutes when using the support chat in the app).

Finding and importing candidates from Linkedin is so easy, and once in the system simply by pasting a job description the software recommends the best candidate for that role. What a time saver!

The program does everything I need well. My only complain is that the interface is in english only.

Generally a very strong option when looking at the various ATS in the market. Hiring used to be much more complicated before we started using Manatal.

Very fast and user friendly. Lots of useful tools. The app on Android is great when not in the office.

A free version would be great. Currently they only offer a free trial and then a $15 / month plan.

It's been over 6 months and nothing bad so far. They keep adding features and improving the UI so I'm pretty excited to see what they have in store for the future.

We are a staffing agency so we use it for our central piece of business software and thus we use it for applicant tracking as well as managing all of our job orders. In addition to this we use it as our customer relationship management tool with all of our clients and client contacts.
Very easy to use from a work flow perspective in adding candidates linking them to jobs and following them through the process.
Great plugin for browsers, Outlook and Word to easily import resumes and candidate profiles.
They are regularly updating the systems so you get ongoing improvements.

Good features and very simple to use. Sourcing candidates from Linkedin is made very easy. Many user types, permissions levels and collaboration tools that allow teams to work efficiently together. The inbox and activities can be synchronized with Gmail and Google Calendar.

Depending on the type of resume of each candidate, it's rare but happens that the custom resume generator miss one field.

I have been running independent recruitment services for some time now, and after some time started to be overwhelmed by huge Excel sheets which hurt my productivity. I looked for affordable solutions and found this platform. It really answered all my need as it allows me to track and manage candidates efficiently through each step of the process.

Keeps everything organized and is very easy to use and navigate. The resume parser allows me to create candidates without having to type anything manually (this helps because I receive a lot of resume applications via email). I also created a good looking career page for my openings in only a few minutes. Overall I found that it offers the best value and saves me a huge amount of time.

It would be great if the career page offered more languages than English and Spanish. Some of my candidates are not that proficient in English so it would make it more accessible for them to offer more languages.

Gave the free trial a shot since it seemed like one of the more affordable options on the market. I was not disappointed, the software is very complete and customer support was both helpful and very responsive. Once recruitment starts picking up and the need for an ATS comes up, this will be my go-to.

Very intuitive and user friendly

Tons of tools that will save you time like the resume parser that eliminate the need to manually type candidate profiles or the recommendation tool that scours your database for the best candidate for a given job description. The career page builder is also extremely simple to use: in a few minutes you'll have your custom career portal up and ready to receive applications.

One area I think could be refined is the one click job board posting. The system works well right now but the ability to share jobs to more free and paid job boards would be a great addition.

We adopted the software quite some time ago, and I have to say it was one of those unexpected shifts in how our recruitment goes. You can tell that the team genuinely cares about the software and about the clients. They've always been eager to help and quick to respond.

We go through large volumes of applications in our recruitment around the year. The software helps a lot with cutting through the noise and scoring top profiles. Saves me hours of work. There's collaboration features so that the whole team communicates and remains involved.

I'll admit there are the occasional bugs. The ATS used to struggle with certain resume formats, but there have been updates to the parsing aspect since, and we've yet to encounter another problem.

Includes everything we need to run our recruitment processes, takes no time to set up and cost is low when compared to other solutions so all in all we are very happy. On top of that the support is probably the best I've ever received when it comes to online softwares.

Easy to track and manage candidates and clients on a kanban board. Can be connected to Gmail to send and receive emails from the platform. The mobile app allows us to easily work while outside the office when needed. The live chat support is super easy to get help when we have a question

While the UI is easy to figure out some customization options can get a little complex I found. Big thanks to the customer support team for responding to our questions in such a timely manner and taking the time to explain all the features.

It's the thing that I always needed it includes everything needed to recruit. It is also very easy to use. I love features it has like the resume parser, the ability to invite hiring managers to participate in the hiring process and sharing positions to job boards in one click. It is a very helpful Product.

I want that more job boards should be there that support one click posting. And more templates or customization options for the career pages should be added so that it can be even more unique.

Pretty good. The software saves me from the more boring aspects of my job. It's handy, simple and easy to use. And it provides very nice features (AI recommendations, Social media enrichment, automated resume parsing, to name a few). It's also cheap compared to other ATS. Overall, a very good experience.

The features on this ATS are something else. I found the AI recommendation system very helpful. It saves so much time. The guest access portal is also very handy for my supervisor & managers to actually see how our recruitment is progressing. Most of all, I enjoyed using the customizable job pipeline. The interface, the simplicity, it's just what I needed.

It was difficult to navigate the vendor portal at first. I had never used such a function before. It took some time, practice, and one demo call with Manatal's team to finally get used to it. They provide documentation explaining the process now, but back when I started using the software that was not the case

Great experience with this software. It’s very easy to use for one, but also the support team was super helpful all along the free trial, with any questions we had even though we are a small company. They also showed us all the various features during a video call to make sure we know all about the tools included in the platform. Overall it has made recruiting easy for us

Where to start? First of all it’s very easy to use. To give an example I created a custom career page in a matter of minutes, and sharing jobs there was equally easy. The set of tools really covers every aspect of the recruitment process from finding candidates to onboarding so it’s kind of an all-in-one recruiter toolbox that will save you so much time.

No features currently to send SMS to candidates. This would be a great addition in order to reach candidates directly on their phone. Other than that the software covers all our needs so we are pretty happy.

If you have been using Excel to manage your recruitment processes for all this time you should definitely give Manatal a try.

It has been a great tool to help us scale our sourcing operations. Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter.

No big complaint at this point. In a perfect world I would like to see WhatsApp messaging included in the platform but from all the ATS we tested none of them offered that feature.

It's very well-made compared to other solutions. You can do a lot with this platform and build an effective process around its features. It helps me manage candidate data and keep track of our recruitment campaigns.

I'm fond of the level of customization here. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and once you connect your emails and calendars, it more or less becomes the only tab you need to have open, a one-stop recruitment shop of sorts.

Some features I haven't had time to dig into so I don't use them at the moment. I will need to dig into the documentation to find out how they work. Other than that it's a great software to use.
