My experience with teams has been positive, it’s definitely allowed my team to meet easily and schedule meetings with no problems.

Teams works well with other Microsoft products so it’s easy to schedule meetings with my team at work.

The screen is somewhat small so it’s hard to see documents with small fonts.

If you are planning a company-wide adoption planned I'd say Teams is the most recommended tool for messaging and communication.

As long as you have an office 365 subscription you will get the most of it since has a lot of integrations (e.g. outlook, one drive, sharepoint, one note and more)
What I love is whiteboards which allow calls to be more interactive
Mobile apps is very friendly and easy to use

If you don't have an office 365 subscription is going to be tricky to get the most of it since you will have the basics so basically the downside is you have to subscribe. Not recommended for personal use being honest.

The product is a welcome addition to our office. It helps us keep in direct contact without missing an e-mail causing us delays. I would say with all the options out there in the current market, this is a very tried and true value.

I have used Microsoft Teams almost daily for a couple years now. The ability to quickly interact with staff for quick questions and on the spot calling is a must in today's ever changing business world.

Current upgrades have caused lag times or constant 2 part verification which can be frustrating at times.

Microsoft Teams is overall a must have product if you are a Microsoft Shop. You just need to take the time to know how it works and even more create some procedure for your co-worker to use it properly.
Otherwise I recommend it.

Easy to use.
Plenty of features.
Easy to communicate between team members or even with external contacts.
Voice, text, dashboard, diagram, name the feature you need and it's there.

The product is so huge that you really need to take the time to know the product before properly using it.

Overall experience had been great specially with the
Multiple meeting options (breakout room)
Conducting event facility is one of the best feature with full hd resolution and unlimited time period.

Teams event & meeting has helped us a lot in the lockdown times.
With the breakout option we can do multiple meeting at 1 time which is a great thing.

You can use real-time tools such as auto-captions, background filter and video calling.
It can be used for text, voice as well as video meetings.

The big organisation could use its feature of subgrouping of the participant.
The recorded session is stored on the cloud rather than locally, saving a lot of space and time.

You can't get a copy of the recorded session in the local environment.
It is a bit complicated, new users may get confused.

Overall, Teams is a very productive video conferencing tool for students and teams because of its unique features.

If you have Office 365, Teams is one of the best choices for collaboration, video conferencing and application integration. Microsoft is putting a lot of effort in to making it an effective front-end to its Office365 Office and Sharepoint platform. Arguably a must-know business tool to know these days.

-It does allow for private use (if you are well organized :-))
-There are high levels of integration with other web-based solutions
-Smooth integration of desktop, web and mobile interfaces
-Continued improvements to keep up/excel - ultimately replacing Skype

-Crashed infrequently (mainly win10, win7), not on linux
-Quiet a memory hog (adapt process priority if needed)

We have been using Microsoft Teams for a long time and my experience with this software has been great. It makes handling team works collaboration seamless.

I like that Microsoft Teams is affordable and that it integrates well with other Microsoft with tools.

I cannot really think of anything wrong with Microsoft Teams and it works well.

Overall we love the software. It has brought our team and projects together as we work remote. The growing add-ons and new features such as tasks, approvals etc. are a great welcomed upgrade.

This software has really let us pull together our projects and work remotely and still feel like a team. The integration throughout the Office 365 apps is incredible.

The cost of the per user call number for teams meetings is a bit much especially if you have users that doesn't setup meetings constantly.

So far best application for professional and casual video conferencing.
The sound and video quality are great.
File sharing is very convenient.

Application takes time to launch and crashes sometimes.
The interface is very difficult to understand, it could be made a little simpler.

Teams is a comprehensive product that integrates so easily with my email and calendar. I love the ease of integrating my co-workers into the conversation via text, or quickly invite them to a virtual meeting. Easy and efficient!

The updates were often time consuming, and would happen when you open the system, not in the background. If you experienced when opening Teams to get on a call, it often delayed your ability to do so.

Teams is a great virtual meeting/screen sharing application and a good alternative to pricier GoToMeeting or Zoom accounts as it is part of the MS Office Suite. The only downfall is there isn't a call-in number. Other than that I highly recommend Teams.

Being able to share content and have conference calls without a separate system is definitely a plus. Our organization uses Office 365 and Teams is a part of that suite. We use Teams for training calls, touch bases and meetings. It is easy to use.

There isn't a conference line or a phone number to join. It has to be through the application. If your computer doesn't have a microphone, you need to open the app in your smart phone for audio.

It is a good option to establish more professional communications in terms of chats, video conferences and file sharing and to exploit all the communication channels for a complete affectivity among collaborators. However, it is not highly recommended for managing activity progress.

This application offers us a simpler alternative for messaging between workers with a group chat that allows us to exchange messages and share any type of file. At the same time, it offers a videoconference option where up to ten collaborators can participate.

Although its functionalities are very effective, in terms of ease of use it leaves much to be desired since it has so many add-ons and they are grouped in an excessive way that it can be frustrating for many to learn how to use the application. In addition, it does not have a start of progress of activities or news relevant to the company or project being carried out.

The app is fast, reliable, strong security features, and gives you a well clear experience while video calling. You can schedule and control the access of participants. Overall good option for corporate meetings.

Microsoft teams let you call in super high definition of video as well as audio.
The interface follows a structured and well-categorized blueprint, So you can manage groups with ease and have a great experience.

Too much categorization.
Anyone in a group can start a meeting or a scheduled meeting even if he does not schedule it.

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been outstanding I mean I expected to have some difficulties when starting but there were absolutely none! Thanks Micro :-)

Everything about Microsoft Teams is amazing! It really is everything that I needed to access was right there!

It has great tools along with collaborative working and virtual connectivity like E2E encryption for secure lines and data safety, survey & feedback, and task management.

Microsoft Teams provides the best collaboration platform to engage people for productive team work through virtual connectivity. It is also the best for the team meetings and distance learning/webinars tool.

It would have been great if Microsoft Teams provided the screen mirroring feature along with screen sharing, but it misses this feature.

Overall Teams is a great system to keep in constant contact with staff members, share files, notes, calendars, etc. It's a must have in a busy office.

Teams is great for staff that are working at home and are able to easily contact other staff throughout the company. Files can be made and added to in real time and automatically saved with each entry.

The only issue I have with Teams is that it can be a little busy with multiple conversations going on between different staff members.

Microsoft Teams works well for companies of all sizes. Its design and features are ideal for collaboration and working remotely. It is a quality product with great customer support and a wide portfolio of flexible options for businesses.

It is a fantastic tool with lots of features. The software allows video calls, conference calls, chatting, screen sharing, and file sharing. The mobile feature is easy to use and very convenient. Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

It would be valuable if more third party applications could be integrated with the software. Initial features and design are not intuitive. At times, meeting links bounce users between the application and online platform.

Overall it is easy to use and easy to explain to those who need help. Good quality, nice navigation and you can add files or find files.

The video quality is great and the product is easy to manage. Nice jingle too when it rings instead of a boring ring tone.

Haven't found anything yet that I don't like. So far so good.
