Microsoft Teams is a perfect solution to any size company's chat messaging needs! With a wide selection of administrator settings and the ability to go one-on-one outside of the group chat, it is perfect for training and more in-depth conversations. It offers users the ability to utilize cloud storage with Dropbox, Google Drive, Asana, and others to share documents, pictures, graphs, and presentations effortlessly. It does take up a large amount of space, so those with smaller hard drives may find it lag or slow down their computers. If you require several channels and group meetings, Teams may frustrate you. With a limited allotment, those with multiple needs will be disappointed.

At the beginning with overwhelming features, one can get easily confuse. But after some time you will see how much affords it saves for you.

Since the implementation of Microsoft Teams we have seen increased productivity since team members never have to leave the App to get work done. Teams can share documents related to their topics and get instant feedback through chats.

I can have one-on-one conversations with colleagues, meet online and share files all in this single app. Specific channels are created for specific groups so that as a team member i can only focus on channels where i do my work.

I have to make sure i move my files into properly named folders to avoid confusion during retrieval.

From my time using Microsoft Teams, it has been great. The background feature has been good and easy to jump on calls.

Pretty straightforward application, lots of people use it so it is convenient to have and use. Never any major issues.

Can be laggy or slow at times., usually is not the case though.

This would be the future solution for most of the meetings even after the pandemic as this saves a lot of time & resources. Resources such as physical space, commute time are saved considerably.

One of the many systems out there for virtual meetings. I do not see anything that stands out to make this program better than others.

MS Teams is installed on many computers when purchased, so no installation in necessary. And since many already have it, there is quick access for those who already use it, no installation, no filling out a new form.

When not running in the background, it take a long time to launch. Fairly new to the market, so many are staying with what they use the most like Zoom, WebEx , Skype or BlueJeans.

Microsoft Teams is overall amazing! Can't stress enough how useful it is in the workplace. As an engineer, I am constantly communicating with others, and teams helps me to do that even with the pandemic. It is easy to use as well.

I had not used this software before starting my new job, but as soon as I was introduced to it I realized its many perks. I love how it has the super easy to use chat feature personally, it feels like texting and is great for sending quick messages back and forth.

There should be more emoticons added to teams, so when you send texts you can send more smileys.

Overall, Microsoft Teams is a good video meeting and calling software, especially for students because of the assignment/project submitting feature. There are some crashing issues, but they might get fixed after an update.

Microsoft Teams best suited for large organizations with sound technical environments. It offers best of features to conduct meetings, make recordings, sharing data/files, etc. It is less appropriate in machines with limited connectivity

Microsoft Teams is well suited for organizations where everyone is on board with it, and therefore all teams are using it. When you have some departments using Teams and others not using it, this leads to confusion as to where documents are stored, and access issues if someone needs to see a document but is not part of the appropriate Team. I also think there are more intuitive cloud-based file sharing systems out there. Microsoft Teams needs to work on its user interface to make it quicker and easier to organize and edit document sets.

- Moving documents from one place to another is also clunky and not intuitive. You cannot move an entire folder, but only a single document at a time. This wastes time.
- No edit history for text messages.

My experience with Microsoft Teams is a short one but well-received. I use this on a daily basis to communicate with my team. It's one of the fastest and least buggy chatting services I've ever used compared to others. I manage over 30 files in a day which are shared through Microsoft almost instantly/automatically. It saves me the hassle of having to invite people manually. Even though it's slightly limited, it delivers exactly what you're looking for. A chatting and team management app.

I don't think there's a thing I don't like about Microsoft teams, it does exactly what it's meant to do. I guess the only con is that it's slightly limited compared to other team management apps.

It isn't as good as Zoom. I would prefer Zoom because Zoom is so easy to use, and I don't need a special account to use it.

It is made by Microsoft, so every windows computer comes with it. It also is very easy to use especially for adults.

You need to have a Microsoft account in order to use it, and it isn't as good as zoom.

Overall, while I think this would be great for someone who can dedicate the time to set everything up or hire someone who specializes in doing so, it was a miss for me, and probably way too far off to ever be feasible to use.

The features are unarguably robust, complex, and detailed. They have all your bases covered in terms of whatever you may need for your business from document sharing to voice calls, team meetings, video conferencing, web hosting, email, and much, much, much more.

Perhaps, it is a bit too much. Navigating through Teams is much like navigating an entirely new operating system you've never used before, if it's your first time. It's dizzying, and really not user-friendly at all. Although it has a ton of features I would love, it's also way too time-consuming for a small organization (like me, 1-2 people) and just not worth the amount of time it would take to learn it all.

Great overall experience with Teams. We use Teams on a daily basis – it has changed several of our work processes and made our lives easier!

Our team LOVES having a hub for storing files, having conversations, managing calendars, and holding team meetings all in the same place!

It would be great if Microsoft Teams synced with Planner and OneDrive in the future!

The chat feature is the one that I am most familiar with as far as this software goes. It is easy to use and helps save on phone calls to co-workers. It's much faster to use chat to communicate. It also has meeting and calendar features that are useful too.

I don't like the fact that the default setting is to start up with Windows. I would like to be able to launch it only when I'm ready to use it.

My organization uses this product daily. I love the using the "Teams" feature for differentiating between different internal teams for document storage and announcements. Highly recommend!

I enjoy being able to customize chats internally based on niche groups that communicate together. It's also great that it meets the need of performing conference calling internally and externally.

I wish that it was easier to clear the notifications for "reactions" such as a thumbs up. Sometimes the notification seems to linger.

Overall our experience is wonderful with Microsoft Teams! The product definitely adds to our productivity!

It is so easy to use and have multiple group chats by department or with individual. We have temporary chats as well like for everyone that is in our fitness challenge. Love this product!

I really haven't found a problem with it. Sometimes it might be nice to have the video chat capabilities, but I know we can upgrade to that if it became a need.

Conferences and all the work, in general, feels more efficient, there is better and more feedback on what we do, and the suggestions are more beneficial since everything happens in real-time. Many applications and the integration of other services means that decision-making can be done instantly, and working on documents and files as a group is much easier. From finance to chatbots, there will be something in your app library that will undoubtedly help you automate some parts of your work and improve your work experience.

One of the most significant advantages and what I like most about Microsoft Teams is its many applications and features; they help this program to be more than a video conferencing application; it helps collaborative work to be done as we participate.

It is not as widely used as other applications, so new members may not be as familiar with the program, but once they integrate and learn to use it, it is unstoppable what can be done with this program.
