Overall it works but there are definitely some areas of the software that feel clunky, not a bad option though.

Microsoft Teams can be integrated into Microsoft office 365, but it is not possible to create written document edits, audiovisual presentations, or much else within the platform. In addition to this, such work material cannot be shared among meeting participants if editing is desired, or if screen sharing is required to work with such information live. In this case, once the content has finished being edited externally, it can be exported to some other platform of the user's preference.

The scope that Microsoft Teams allows us to have is not only very broad, but it allows us to cover different types of meetings depending on our needs. In this sense, we have been able to use Microsoft Teams not only for large meetings involving dozens of people, but also for small meetings more similar to group calls.

Through Microsoft Teams we have greatly improved the quality of our participations, because now we can not only configure our screen image so that it can adapt to the overall quality of the devices of others, but we can also delete the backgrounds of our presentations, to keep the team properly focused and concentrated on the work.

Microsoft Teams, although it can be added to the Microsoft office 365 platform, does not allow us to edit our documents within the presentations, and such documents, once imported into the platform, cannot be sent while the presentation is being made, which represents a clear limitation in our work methodology.

This is by far the best office workspace/chat/collab software I have used, I would highly recommend this software to any office or group that needs to discuss and plan things out.

I would recommend using it, but maybe a tutorial would not be bad either. Similar to Zoom, but with classroom capabilities.

This was primarily used for college classes and made it easy to identify who was in the classroom and see who was talking.

I felt like it was a bit confusing at first to use.

100% use love using this app to text and easily contact my family and friends and talk with them discuss stuff.

I like that I and my friends can connect more easily contact each other and work on our business. And it is such a good app for reaching out to people. And I like how the design is and stuff. And the video and photo sending took me a minute with the other apps but this i learned fast.

I didn't like that it would glitch out whenever i tried to call.

It's a great experience and one of my most used tools at work. We can keep in touch when we are out of the office without using our personal cell phones.

I can't think of any Con at all. You can customize the chat to your needs, add tabs, settings, etc. If you don't like it, you can probably adjust it.

The Chat window can get full, and though I can delete my posts, I can't delete those of others.

Teams came as successor of Skype for Business and it has all the missing features of Skype.

It's required from work. Nearly every meetings we use Team. Since Microsoft has so many software/apps, function integration or data sharing is something that other apps may not have.

Integrated with other MS apps/software, e.g., Outlook. It's easy to schedule or check meetings. Links will be automatically sent to the meeting receivers. Recording is another feature that is super useful.

I also use slack for meetings. The good of slack is I can draw lines on the screen and the other team member knows where I mark on their screens. I wish Team will also have this function.

Overall, Microsoft Teams can be used by anyone in any scenario. It is very beginner-friendly because of the simple UI.

An essential program to have. We used Skype for many years and recently switched to teams in 2021. So far I am absolutely loving it.

I like Teams as it provides a great overview of conversations, teams, and organization information. This is a very collaborative program and helps tremendously in our work.

We use teams because our Hoylu's Teams App and it's generally accepted by non-zoom enterprises as secure for Video Calling. We migrated from slack but still use both.

- Pinning links, docs, and Hoylu Workspaces to Channels for ease of access.

- I don't get notifications for multiple orgs like we did in slack (only by email).
- You can't turn off Teams notifications so you're always dinging if you're having a side convo on a call.
- It takes a lot of bandwidth to screen share and be on video.
