This software for video conferencing is easy to use and install. It is easy to use features such as chat, screenshare, etc.

It is harder to find some features such as changing audio output; this is a problem with multiple monitor setups as there is sometimes a spurious output for the monitor speakers.

Microsoft teams has been an essential component to our business and allowed us to organize things in a fashionable manner.

With COVID-19 pandemic, our employees have resulted into working remotely, and Microsoft Teams comes in handy in supporting collaboration and communication among the different remote teams located in different places. The high definition in calls clarity and the ability to connect with each other from anywhere at anytime using any device like smartphone and desktops is amazing. Its capabilities of chatting, collaborating, meetings and calling in one single platform has met all our meeting and collaboration needs. We have increased productivity and reduced costs greatly. Not only that but its effortless integration with third party tools like Asana, Dropbox has enabled teams to have increased versatility when using the tool.

The chat feature requires improvement to be more organized and easy to locate a chat that i was in.

The shared screen can get buried behind opened windows and can get difficult to find.

it is a good instant messaging application that integrates very well with all of the Microsoft products, specially with outlook since it instantly sends a message for upcoming meetings.

When sharing screen, the option for stop sharing it is hard to find, thats the only con I've see with this service.

My only issue with Microsoft Teams is that the subscription fees are high.

I think Microsoft/Office 365 is a great office productivity solution in general and when Teams was first added a few years ago, it only made Microsoft/Office 365 better. I highly recommend Teams to anyone, but especially existing Microsoft/Office 365 users. And maybe most importantly, Microsoft has done a great job in continuously improving Teams as a SaaS solution. They seem committed to the solution vs a couple of years ago when they were still seemingly debating between Teams, Skype for Business, and Skype for collaboration productivity.

Teams is the perfect solution for chat, audio, or video collaboration if you are already a Microsoft/Office 365 user/customer. The tool is integrated into the other Office tools and it's essentially "free" with your existing subscription. If you are already a Microsoft customer, it seems like a no brainer to use Teams (at least internally) instead of a competing tool like Google Chat/Meet or Zoom or Cisco Webex or Slack, etc. If your customers or partners use those other tools then I suppose you have to use them in addition to Teams.

I think the other tools like Google Chat/Meet and Zoom have some more or better features, functions, and overall usability as standalone tools. For being a somewhat new tool, Teams interface to me is actually a little cluttered and unintuitive even compared to its predecessor Skype for Business which I liked quite a bit.

Overall, Microsoft teams are a great app for professional use or used by the organization because of that features and are professional-oriented. There are some crashes in the app, but other than that, there is no major con.

Amazing tool with great features. As usual, Microsoft delivers top notch product. I have been using it for long time. Here are my personal reviews below

Please release more themes as its limited to only two. No more concerns from my side.

It's a good program just needs some things fixed and make it so that the product holds up to its name.

It's a great way to communicate with others throughout the company. It is quick and easy to use and to work with.

It tends to crash a lot. It doesn't work consistently due to Microsoft having issues multiple times with Azure.

If I were conducting a project meeting and needed to video chat or call, I would choose Teams over Zoom because of its cloud sharing features.

Our office infrastructure uses O365 Business suite for sharing files internally and externally using SharePoint. On Teams you can create a project then share the documents associated with that project all on one platform.

After using Zoom it is an adjustment to use Teams. Some of the features and icons aren't as common to me to use as in Zoom.

Teams does the basics well, but many features should be implemented better in order to actually be useful to users.

Teams has been essential for my team and broader organization to continue to function during the past 1.5 years of Covid. Video calls, voice calls, and chats with anyone in the organization is super easy which has been CRITICAL to all collaboration for quite some time.

The platform seems relatively robust-- it offers integration with sharepoint and other Microsoft platforms (e.g., calendars). You can also build groups (Teams) where you can have focused conversations and work flows. These should be pros, but they are solidly in the con category because of how clunky these features are. They aren't intuitive. If you go through the effort of learning how to use these features, you will be lucky if your coworked will do the same. For example, I've been a part of several Teams set up around a particular project. They never work well in part because all users have to manually opt into turning on notifications. The relationship between file sharing on teams and sharepoint is murky to most users, and therefore is no well utilized.
It is frustrating that this platform has so much to offer that is under utilized at more organization as a result of poor design.
