Overall, which the exception of the one con noted above, this solution does everything we had hoped it would and more!

The integrations are incredible! I expected it would integrate with other Microsoft products well, which it does, but it also integrates with many software products I would not have expected. One example is PandaDoc, which we use for all of our electronic signatures.

The ability to connect a phone line to teams is cost prohibitive given there are other solutions with phone lines at a much more affordable rate.

Overall, I know there are a lot of systems out there that are used for communication among a company, but I would say this is one of my favorite ones I have used so far.

I love how you not only can use Teams for chats, but you can also save files/documents/sheets on there in one area to then be shared with everyone that needs access. To me, it felt like another version of Google Drive, but with a chatting system as well.

When I was using it there was a limited amount of chats you could have. I am not sure if that is still the same, but I would look into it incase it is still the case.

Teams is a decent choice for communication in an organization. It's free, integrates with Microsoft Office software easily, and is generally pretty stable. However, its featureset and overall performance leave a lot to be desired compared to Slack and Discord.

We have found this Microsoft extension to be an excellent tool and alternative for group communication in our company. It allows us to create internal group chats with options to exchange any type of attachment with more than ten users. And we have taken great advantage of its videoconferencing through its screen sharing option for better explanation of tasks remotely.

We consider that Microsoft Teams, among so many options of use, lacks options that allow us to visualize the progress and efficiency with which projects are carried out. Also, the usability of the application seems to us a bit complicated since it has too many options and extensions that our newcomers find it much more difficult to adapt and confusing.

This tool has a lot of management features to share documents and streamline communications. It can be used with a flexible range of number of active users - good for both small and large groups. Combines video meetings with document management and many communication needs.

There is a learning curve. It's not huge, considering the number of features available to users. However if you are a casual user, or you only go on periodically for meetings (presumably with other users who are more familiar with the tool, because otherwise wouldn't they probably just use a competitor?), then it might feel frustrating or buggy. What seems to be bugs may just be user error.

Overall this a great tool to use it daily basis in corporate field. I think Microsoft delivered a finest tool after skype. Easy to work with and it has great features.

Excellent Application for commutation. This App is way too good for daily use. We have been using it for very long time for Video conferencing, Meetings, presentation and chat. Too easy to handle and fast connectivity with low bandwidth.

I have been working on this tool since 2 year for my interviews and for my regular call as well. I have observe that the that the calling sound quality is really amazing even video clarity is good. The screen share, live recording and background image customization is really admirable.

There is an issue with the back ground noise cancellation. We need to work on this issue. Apart from that we need to work on user interface if required.

If you do not have additional permissions you are not able to access certain features. Understandable, however it would be helpful to have this ability when you are not an administrator.
