OrangeHRM is a polished HRIS software it is good for small and medium enterprises they just need to include payroll system.

The user interface is very user friendly and the all the standard HRIS features are included. Also the customer service is quite good.

Our overall experience with OrangeHRM was positive. From initial setup to daily use, it was very user friendly and simple to use.

Our organization has been really struggling to keep track of employee training. OrangeHRM was the solution. We can now keep track of training for all employees, and the reports we can generate based on the training type or date, etc, are numerous.

OrangeHRM worked well in every aspect that we needed it to work, and I really don’t have any negative points to make.

While it was fairly easy to use and management was able to keep things tracked, it didn't work well for our org and wound up getting tossed.

Overall a vast experience software, needs some technical expertise to complete all fields, customer support is superb but only for paid support or on the cloud, for the open source it's an expensive affair as its community support and pay per instance is expensive.

Cancel leaves is complicated, one needs to go to reporting manager who then needs to raise a ticket with IT and then they go to developer to log a ticket. This is very time taking.

I'd say that OrangeHRM is a pretty solid platform if you're just starting out. But it's not as anywhere as professional-grade such as a tool like Workday.

I've been using this software around 3years for handling my HR management related work and looking forward to be connected with it for a long time. It's been very easy to monitor the team's activities, job profiles, rating, leave managements etc.. Overall, very satisfied using it and can say this is one of the best HR management software.

Orange HRM has the most reliable feature that how simply a user/admin can understand his/her HR scope in the career prospect. Easy to manage, track and analyze the team's performance which is the upmost requirement for an organization to grow. It's excellent UI interface allows user to explore and understand each module of the software.

Under My Info module of the software, it's pretty difficult sometimes to update salary & job details which updates after trying multiple times. Login becomes difficult sometimes during inputting the login credentials. Updates rolled out are less which can decrease the user interaction level.

I like how user friendly it is to manage and setup. I appreciate the customer services we have received, it made integrating extremely easy. Both our HR department and our IT department have really enjoyed this experience over all. I highly recommend OrangeHRM Free HR Software.
