Misleading advertising and loss of time. I'd rather do the work again than pay to be able to save my work on supposedly free software.

Easy to convert to pdf and merge files. easy to download and setup. can't find any other positive things to say about this misleading scam

Can't save your work unless you upgrade to paid version. was supposed to be free, but free version is so crippled it's useless. always asking you to upgrade or activate.

A good tool, a good price... It saved me from spending plenty of money and gave me Just what I needed and a little bit more.

Mainly, the price... I needed a solution to creating and manipulating PDF files spending the less possible, and I found it in this product.

I liked more The original distribution of menu, sometimes it took me several minutes to find the way to do something.

PDF Architect 7 actually a delight to work with and I have used it for a dozen years. Only contacted support three or four times in the whole period, usually for billing / activation problems which were handled in 48 hours.
Now charged for features I neither wanted nor would used and it's impossible to contact a human being to straighten it out.

They have gone to a new billing/support system another useless bot.
I recently renewed my license and though I only wanted basic renewal, they have charged me for OCR and other features I specifically did not want. Maybe there was default feature addition in the small print. I'm not sure.
Try to contact support, which is no longer supported, I redirected to their bot.
Naturally, there was no answer to my FAQs and after drilling through the menus, there was a Contact Us via Email link.
Which I clicked on. Filled out the field. An pressed Submit.
Guess what?
The feature didn't work!
Of course.
I'll try again later.

Charged for features I didn't want.
Impossible to correct Billing Support to disconnect and obtain a refund.

Whatever. Customer service for billing is terrible. Good luck trying to reach a person and rectify a billing problem.

The product is fine, it does what you'd expect. The actual pdf work is good, but I won't be buying again. The billing is a mess.

The automatic renewal billing is a mess. Re-up your subscription manually, or you'll be billed and rebilled twice. AND you'll never get a response to customer service.

No complaints. Thus far I have not come across any deficiencies.

Used for years now and works well although it does not appear to be able to fully convert a PDF to an editable word document.

The app is all embracing and works well and have been using 2 versions for many years and I find them both quick and easy. I would like a proper conversation to an editable word document.

Nothing all works well with the various attributes however a proper conversation from PDF to a word document would be good.

Product works well, but beware of unwanted add-ons when placing order. Chat is open M-F--watch time, it is calculated for London!

Finally was able to access chat to confirm my unwanted software was cancelled.

Website adds upgrades that must be deleted before paying. I wanted the $29.95 Standard Plan--accidentally added upgrades for total of $64.80. Took 2+ hours to finally resolve the issue

User-friendly and easy to use. Never fail my expectations in terms of the features of the software.

Almost flawless in the program design. The merging of files from various types of file extensions helped me to easily compile a report.
The insertion of the watermark is effortless and nice.

I can't think of any at the moment.
Whatever I need and expected in the software, it can do.

Exemption made to E-Sign PDF Architect used to be the best!
When You solve this issue of SSL error 35, enabling the user to sign documents without running internet risks, kindly let customers know.
If there is any other way to sign without internet, just working with software, kindly please instruct me.

Second to none, thanks to FORGE, allowing this communication. Have been successfully using PDF Architect plenty of success, al time long.

When bought E-Sign, it did not work SSL error 35. No way do disconnect antivirus/firewall for working with. What a deception. Also, there is not any instruction on how to address this. That is why features is noted 1.

Well pleased for the investment. Many programs cost significantly more, provide less support and perform no better.

This program does the same job for me for much less than other programs! The technical assistance is fast and thorough! Well pleased.

It's not free but really nothing else that I can think of.

It is a very easy hands on tool, i recommend it to all user professional or non professional; the online support is very reactive.

First I was using pdf (standard) for a while and then iI decided to improve and update towards pdf-Architect ; also it was more affordable in comparison with Adobe.

Honestly I don't have any issues that keep me from choosing this product.

Nice to use! I incorporated it to my billing and managing application (medical purpose). Especially PDF Creator allows me to create pdf's to send them easily to the patients

It is an easy to use PDF editor. Moreover compared to the Adobe product , one subscription gives the use of the whole program. Additionally I use PDF Creator Free from the same company to my entire satisfaction.

The color red is too bright! Differences between version (7,8 and 9) make it difficult sometimes to retrieve some functions (pre registered stamps for example). It sometimes skips from the subscribed version to a non subscribed version (free version)

I use PDF Architect as supplemental support to my existing Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop subscription which does not offer the much beloved "whiteout" feature.

Easy to use; especially like the "whiteout" feature under the Comments section which allows any undesired areas to be erased.

Would prefer a stand-alone purchase option rather than an annual subscription which must be renewed annually. Even a 2- to 3-year subscription at a discount would be much appreciated.

99.52% satisfied. Not going back to the Standard version if I want to be as productive as I need to be. Oh, whether it's AI bot or a real person, the Chat made the process of upgrading to Pro easy and painless. It/she (Mary) let me have a discount based on the fact I already had purchased the Standard version about 6 months prior. Nice. Definitely sticking with Pro till I retire in 3 years.

PDF Architect 9 Pro has all the editing, security and conversion features I need on a daily basis. I tried the Standard version for the past 6 months, down from using the Pro version from 2022 til May this year. Standard worked great however my work scope expanded unexpectedly and I needed the other features available only in Pro. It's damned reliable, accessible and easy to get my work done. Simple as friggin that.

I tried to upgrade to Pro from my desktop app in the account management section but it went to a webpage no longer exits kinda thing. Not sure why that couldn't be fixed in a software update to the desktop app.

The Standard version was sometimes slow, and me too impatient surely, when stitching PDF documents together to form a single document. Not terrible, just slow. Probably heavy processing involved, but it would seem to freeze for a while and I wasn't sure the changes were made.

I have been using the PDF Architect application for a few years. Mostly the free version, but now I need the paid services. Activation, support troubleshooting and using the app is a real experience.

I asked to change business name on the invoice. Problem solved. It took only a few minutes. The support was very helpful and quick.

When I activated the product and filled in the form I couldn't find a field for company name, only a surname and first name. So the invoice was made out in my name, not the company name.
Maybe it was my mistake.

I can use this product without getting stressed. The software is very well designed and the package can be supported on five computers for a one time price.

This product is very easy to use with excellent support if required. The software is very keenly priced.

Putting in the password can be a problem for first time use.
