    Response time was excellent. I received a confirmation email as soon as I sent the "help" request, and later got the email with step-by-step instructions on to resolve my issue.

    I have a subscription to PDF Architect 9, which allows me to convert from PDF to Word to Excel or vice versa. Last week it blew up. my brother (in IT) tried to uninstall/reinstall and nothing worked. There was no phone number to call for technical support, which was also a plus, because instead, we got support in the form of an email, which was easier to follow than phone support. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

    Worth it. Even with all the bugs and constant application interference, this is still a really good product that I use daily.

    Easy to operate and figure out functions. Pretty simple to figure out how to accomplish a task without much research or effort.

    Lots of bugs. Sometimes menus do not appear. I get a crash report even when I wasn't using the application. In the beginning, this application CONSTANTLY tried to take over my computer and change settings to become the designated application for ALL PDF. Lots of things going on in the background that sometimes disrupt my other operations, and I simply have to completely shut it down. This is a similar issue with most applications these days. So, you just accept it -- you don't have a choice. Since the company is in Canada (or elsewhere), my credit card company always thinks the charge is fraud. This makes it difficult to renew sometimes.

    I am not so happy with the fact that you charge a yearly (rather expensive) fee. I started using PDF Architect years ago, in version 4. It offered the necessary features for what I need and I only had to pay the purchase cost. I upgraded several times but had problems to activate the program on a new device (on replacement of my laptop). I stopped upgrading but now - my former laptop is completely outdated - I can no longer 'buy' the software, in my opinion it is a lease.

    Ive not looked to change in well over a decade, its my go to PDF programme. Its ease of use and the usefulness of all the modules is what makes this PDF programme stand out from the others, the converter is the best as well.
