Response time was excellent. I received a confirmation email as soon as I sent the "help" request, and later got the email with step-by-step instructions on to resolve my issue.

I have a subscription to PDF Architect 9, which allows me to convert from PDF to Word to Excel or vice versa. Last week it blew up. my brother (in IT) tried to uninstall/reinstall and nothing worked. There was no phone number to call for technical support, which was also a plus, because instead, we got support in the form of an email, which was easier to follow than phone support. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

I have no complaints at all. I don't know what else to say.

Frustrating, I feel cheated. And I am not sure I can use it for more than 1 week. I will protest credit card if I get blocked out.

Amount of functions. Nothing else yet, It is very cumbersome to use compare to PDF Standard. I cannot get it to do what I want.

Could not find program to download. I read i would be billed $19.98 for first year. I was billed $48.00.
When I finely got to downloaded program it continues to say 7 day free trial.
I do not know what to do at this point.

Worth it. Even with all the bugs and constant application interference, this is still a really good product that I use daily.

Easy to operate and figure out functions. Pretty simple to figure out how to accomplish a task without much research or effort.

Lots of bugs. Sometimes menus do not appear. I get a crash report even when I wasn't using the application. In the beginning, this application CONSTANTLY tried to take over my computer and change settings to become the designated application for ALL PDF. Lots of things going on in the background that sometimes disrupt my other operations, and I simply have to completely shut it down. This is a similar issue with most applications these days. So, you just accept it -- you don't have a choice. Since the company is in Canada (or elsewhere), my credit card company always thinks the charge is fraud. This makes it difficult to renew sometimes.

I encountered a payment issue, but I'm pleased to share that it was promptly resolved. After overcoming this hurdle, I successfully installed the software, and it's now functioning seamlessly. It was initially disconcerting that customer support information wasn't readily available on the website. However, once the payment was completed, the support team proved to be both responsive and helpful. Their assistance post-purchase was commendable, and they efficiently addressed my queries. While the initial lack of visible support options was a concern, the positive resolution and subsequent support experience have left me satisfied with the overall product and service.

For me an essential product as i could not print written music otherwise and for printing and sharing the free version is all I need.

I use to too print and share music and written documents edited in other programs. Thus use standard free.

I find emails insisting of buying a full package a nuisance especially with saying time is running out to get a deal at times I have no time to investigate if your rules have changed. Hence the confusion.

We use only the PDF creator tool from PDF Architect.
This works fine for us and make PDF creating easy.

Easy to use.
A lot of features, to support making PDF-Files from other applications.
Supports encrypting.

A little bit tricky install and uninstall, if you prefer only the PDF creator tool.

Great product for a great price! Once you learn how to navigate the features are easy and equivalent to Adobe.

Everything Adobe can do but for way less. We switched over and our company has saved thousands! Thank you!

The reset password page dint work and tried login multiple times but went in vain.

Excellent customer service. Best 'chat' service i have received in a long time. Transcript of the chat very helpful.

Knowledge, clear, concise communication, stayed available on the chat line even there was some time between some messages.

I am satisfied with the features, the interface is user-friendly but I don' like the fact that I will have to pay a yearly fee.

I like the features that are provided; although not being a professional it is sometimes handy to be able to edit PDF-documents or to e.g. insert/withdraw pages.

I am not so happy with the fact that you charge a yearly (rather expensive) fee. I started using PDF Architect years ago, in version 4. It offered the necessary features for what I need and I only had to pay the purchase cost. I upgraded several times but had problems to activate the program on a new device (on replacement of my laptop). I stopped upgrading but now - my former laptop is completely outdated - I can no longer 'buy' the software, in my opinion it is a lease.

We are a small company that needs flexibility, a great product at an affordable budget. This works for us as we can do everyday functions, be competitive and help our company grow.

Love the price, interface and ease of use. We can add user accounts as we need them. This matters as we are a small business and provide our own tech support our company.

Understanding where to go for help can be made easier, support chat would help on the interface.

I've been using PDF Architect since it was released and before that I used the predecessor product PDF Creator for many years. I've never had any issues with the products and recommend them.

Editing features that do everything I need, at a third or less of the price of Adobe's product. If anything, it's even easier to use and not as intrusive day-to-day.

Appalling customer service. They invited me to download PDF Architect 9, (up from my installed version 8) The download apparently wiped out my subscriber information. After FIVE days, customer service has not given me a substantive response or cure.

Ive not looked to change in well over a decade, its my go to PDF programme. Its ease of use and the usefulness of all the modules is what makes this PDF programme stand out from the others, the converter is the best as well.

The app, but just as important, the outstanding customer support, if there is a problem, they deal with it, they treat their customers as prized possessions, so from that point of view, everyone else is second best.

The fact you can no longer buy it outright and still get the updates, but that does not distract from its overall quality and ease of use.

Good Acrobat alternative, competitively priced. Support via email worked. I like it overall and I plan to renew it.

Product is stable, works as expected. The conversion tools (pdf to ppt etc) work very well. It has a well designed interface, though not as intuitive as the original Acrobat, still it works fine.

Security management is not easy to use. I had some trouble creating pdfs from scratch at the beginning, then I got used to it.

It is a good product that works well in MS windows OS.

Good timely response from the support team. I have an older Architect 5 that I bought several years ago. They easily fixed my License problem for a new laptop along with a small upgrade to the next higher version 6. They also offered me a discounted price for their latest version 9.

PDF Architect is basically a good software, but the problem is that I don't get support in my native language (Hungarian), and English is difficult.

More and more offices are sending PDF documents that must be filled out online. This basically requires PDF Architect.

Renewal and installation are still not quite user-friendly.

Thus far my experience has been a total and incredibly annoying disaster. Terrible. Atrocious. I think I'll go to Adobe.....

As I haven't been able to ACTIVATE my account I can't say what the Pros are.
I bought the product but I'm told I don't have the correct password and the numerals I am sent DON"T CORRECT the problem.

I am unable to ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
I don't know how good/bad the program is......

The overall experience is excellent. I use this program frequently and am very pleased with the results.

I like how easy it is to use and the many features.
When I had a problem, the support is excellent, friendly and professional. The chat feature was very convenient.

I had a problem using this program for a while. I guess something got corrupted and the performance was not acceptable. I guess that happens sometimes and is nor the fault of the program.

Overall it is a great price, great product packed with many useful features that outperform other similar products.

Does everything reliably and then some, cannot get any better than this anywhere! Very affordable price as well.

One drawback is that it does somehow sign out when this was not initiated.
