I will never buy something from this company again. I prefer to pay twice the price and still using Adobe Acrobat... at least I know it work with the minimum acceptable quality, and it cannot be said about PDF Architect.

Price was the main pro, but this did fall in the first two days when it was supposed to work with the minimum features as Adobe Acrobat does.

Program features are much less inferior than described, it is not ease to use nor interactive, nor configurable, it is heavy and slow even if we compare with Adobe Acrobat, the OCR features are useless. But the main thing, the absolute "Good-For-Nothing" is the technical support = I tried to receive some information, created a ticket, waited for weeks for some new, and then they simply cannot wait for some days until I try to perform the "solution" they suggested? In time, the suggestion does not work, but again... they will never know simply 'cause the ticket was cancelled! Congratulation guys, this product sucks!

Following a hard drive failure, it was impossible to reinstall my old pdf version on my new computer. With the help of the support, I was able to resubmit my application and find all the specifications, in particular that of being able to create a PDF file from a scanner.

The speed of the response to help me out. Received an email with all the explanations for the download, and for the installation and implementation of the product.

Positive. I think the product is very good and I enjoyed using it for reports. I am not sure it was needed to record payments, donations and receipts.

The renewal of the contract happened automatically and was charged against my credit card. I would have liked more notice so I could advise that I no longer needed the PDF service

I am very happy with the support provided. All other similar E-File software products were more difficult to work with and MUCH more expensive.

I was unable to get this module to work. I was able to access the Customer Support on-line chat forum. The support clerk was very courteous, patient and professional. That clerk walked me through the process to get my PDF E-File software to work properly.

The support clerk advised me to make a change to my McAfee virus scan software to exclude two PDF Architect executable files from that virus scan. My PDF software works now, BUT I am hoping that the PDF Architect corp will make some modification to their software so that Virus Scan executable files will NOT have to be excluded.

Perfect alternative to Adobe Acrobat. Compress pdf, split, merge, add images, its a brilliant product.

Been using the product since 2017. Able to edit documents. Add images as signature. Merger documents and even split them.

Not found anything wrong about the product. It is perfect.

I opted for the £28 options but £50+ was taken out of my account. Despite sending out 3 emails requesting to cancel the order or refund the access amount I have received no reply.

I'm very new to this package so time will tell but so far, after a couple of hiccups, all looks very promising.

The ease of use. Editing is very easy and the main reason I purchased this product. Collating separate pages into one PDF is very easy and useful.

The file-opening page - trying to be 'helpful' but isn't (in my opinion).

Simple yet powerful. Pay attention to sidebars where can approach features.

I am a long time user of the solution. Unfortunately, I had an issue with a renewal. The support agent was able to offer me a solution that responds my needs.

The right solution has been directly proposed by the support agent during our first contact. No need to have several contacts.

Time before getting the answer. It took almost a week before getting the first contact from the support agent. But once my ticket has been assigned, the communication was fluent and I got answer within the day.

Very difficult to use the program. Very expensive. Website very difficult to navigate. No Live Chat Support. Also, no customer phone number for you to call if you need to talk to a live support person.

Easy to use and good tools to manage pdf files.

Lots of advertisements, asking you to upgrade to more expensive versions. After declining, it suddenly started to fail recognizing my user, so I cannot use my PRO license. Furthermore, the yearly price is quite expensive.

Was frustrating initially in activating until the support people resolved it. This took longer than anticipated.
Now that all is sorted it is an excellent product as I have used the previous versions (PDF 6, 8) before without issues.

The many features are very useful once one learns to navigate and use them. Some self learning is required, not an issue. That is why Ease of use is scored as good.

The self education part can be improved. The continuous reminder to upgrade is not required.

Excellent support, Very happy with PDF Architect Version 7. I currently am using version 7, and have no cons with this version. Now 8 and 9 I did not like the changes that were made and 9 has some major delay issues. I had to switch back to version 7, could not do my work with version 9.

I after trying a few different PDF editors have found the Source forge has been the best for me for the money. I started out with version 4, I am up to and running now version 7. Now this is not against PDF Architect, but version 8 & 9 I had issues with so I went back to 7, I am very happy with this version. Just give them a little time to get the bugs out of version 9, or maybe version 10 when it comes out might fix some of the issues I was having. I can tell you their support is excellent. They have helped me with a couple of issues and that support was great...

Customer service off the chain, product could use a little tweaking, Kinda hard to edit documents and conversion from one to another not always smooth. OCR could use some tweaking.

Agent was quick and effective and answered my questions, Knew her stuff! Give her Kudos and a raise!

The website was a bit vague with the promotion. I expected a better performance.

Good program for the day to day use. Offers excellent basic features such as pdf handling, saving and printing.

Complete program! Can do much! Basic facilities are excellent, such as importing and publishing scans.

The advanced functions, such as text editing are not so easy for me. I had some troubles with fonts handling.

I have been overall happy with the product for a couple of years and will stay a customer for at least two more years.

PDF Architect is easy to use and reliable. What I liked especially today was the excellent support via the Chat function.

There could be more comment and mark functions for texts.
