    Was frustrating initially in activating until the support people resolved it. This took longer than anticipated.
    Now that all is sorted it is an excellent product as I have used the previous versions (PDF 6, 8) before without issues.

    Excellent support, Very happy with PDF Architect Version 7. I currently am using version 7, and have no cons with this version. Now 8 and 9 I did not like the changes that were made and 9 has some major delay issues. I had to switch back to version 7, could not do my work with version 9.

    I after trying a few different PDF editors have found the Source forge has been the best for me for the money. I started out with version 4, I am up to and running now version 7. Now this is not against PDF Architect, but version 8 & 9 I had issues with so I went back to 7, I am very happy with this version. Just give them a little time to get the bugs out of version 9, or maybe version 10 when it comes out might fix some of the issues I was having. I can tell you their support is excellent. They have helped me with a couple of issues and that support was great...

    I have a subscription to PDF Architect 9, which allows me to convert from PDF to Word to Excel or vice versa. Last week it blew up. my brother (in IT) tried to uninstall/reinstall and nothing worked. There was no phone number to call for technical support, which was also a plus, because instead, we got support in the form of an email, which was easier to follow than phone support. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

    Worth it. Even with all the bugs and constant application interference, this is still a really good product that I use daily.

    Lots of bugs. Sometimes menus do not appear. I get a crash report even when I wasn't using the application. In the beginning, this application CONSTANTLY tried to take over my computer and change settings to become the designated application for ALL PDF. Lots of things going on in the background that sometimes disrupt my other operations, and I simply have to completely shut it down. This is a similar issue with most applications these days. So, you just accept it -- you don't have a choice. Since the company is in Canada (or elsewhere), my credit card company always thinks the charge is fraud. This makes it difficult to renew sometimes.
