    The worst experience ever

    I will never buy something from this company again. I prefer to pay twice the price and still using Adobe Acrobat... at least I know it work with the minimum acceptable quality, and it cannot be said about PDF Architect.

    Price was the main pro, but this did fall in the first two days when it was supposed to work with the minimum features as Adobe Acrobat does.

    Program features are much less inferior than described, it is not ease to use nor interactive, nor configurable, it is heavy and slow even if we compare with Adobe Acrobat, the OCR features are useless. But the main thing, the absolute "Good-For-Nothing" is the technical support = I tried to receive some information, created a ticket, waited for weeks for some new, and then they simply cannot wait for some days until I try to perform the "solution" they suggested? In time, the suggestion does not work, but again... they will never know simply 'cause the ticket was cancelled! Congratulation guys, this product sucks!

    Following a hard drive failure, it was impossible to reinstall my old pdf version on my new computer. With the help of the support, I was able to resubmit my application and find all the specifications, in particular that of being able to create a PDF file from a scanner.

    I am very happy with the support provided. All other similar E-File software products were more difficult to work with and MUCH more expensive.

    I was unable to get this module to work. I was able to access the Customer Support on-line chat forum. The support clerk was very courteous, patient and professional. That clerk walked me through the process to get my PDF E-File software to work properly.

    The support clerk advised me to make a change to my McAfee virus scan software to exclude two PDF Architect executable files from that virus scan. My PDF software works now, BUT I am hoping that the PDF Architect corp will make some modification to their software so that Virus Scan executable files will NOT have to be excluded.

    Was frustrating initially in activating until the support people resolved it. This took longer than anticipated.
    Now that all is sorted it is an excellent product as I have used the previous versions (PDF 6, 8) before without issues.

    The many features are very useful once one learns to navigate and use them. Some self learning is required, not an issue. That is why Ease of use is scored as good.

    Excellent support, Very happy with PDF Architect Version 7. I currently am using version 7, and have no cons with this version. Now 8 and 9 I did not like the changes that were made and 9 has some major delay issues. I had to switch back to version 7, could not do my work with version 9.

    I after trying a few different PDF editors have found the Source forge has been the best for me for the money. I started out with version 4, I am up to and running now version 7. Now this is not against PDF Architect, but version 8 & 9 I had issues with so I went back to 7, I am very happy with this version. Just give them a little time to get the bugs out of version 9, or maybe version 10 when it comes out might fix some of the issues I was having. I can tell you their support is excellent. They have helped me with a couple of issues and that support was great...
